Abstract

Ethics and Business Law are identical to the rules and procedures for running our business by existing laws not to harm any party. An excellent economic activity, of course, has complied with the regulations that have been set. The implementation of an affair, trade, industry or related financial activity carried out by a business entrepreneur. Business Law can determine the progress of a company or other entrepreneur in implementing their performance because every company has different principles. Of course, every country also has different business laws. As an increasingly developed country, Indonesia is expected to be able to implement business law enforcement evenly.

Abstract

Literature Review Article Building Occupational Safety and Health (K3): Analysis of the Work Environment and Work Discipline is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) the work environment affects Occupational Safety; 2) Work Environment has an effect on Occupational Health; 3) Work Discipline affects Occupational Safety; 4) Work Discipline has an effect on Occupational Health; and 5) Occupational Safety affects Occupational Health.

Abstract

Previous research is important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the reuse interest model through customer satisfaction during the covid-19 pandemic through the promotion of cashback and e-service quality. A Marketing Management Literature Study. The results of this research library are that: 1) cashback promotion has an effect on re-use interest; 2) e-service quality has an effect on interest in reuse; 3) customer satisfaction has an effect on interest in reuse.

Abstract

Usaha kecil mikro dan menengah menjadi andalan bagi Sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia, di dalam peneltian ini khususnya UMKM yang bergerak pada bidang tanaman hias, yang mulai buming pada tahun 2020, dengan banyaknya persaingan yang terjadi pelaku UMKM tanaman hias harus lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam menentukan strategi dagang. Peneliti ingin berkontribusi dalam menentukan startegi tersebut, dengan memilih variabel promosi dan kualitas pelayanan yang akan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, peneliti memilikih 100 pelanggan sebagai responden, hasil menunjukan adnaya pengaruh yang diberikan kedua variabel independen promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian, yang menyatakan bahwa, jika pelaku umkm meningkatkan strategi promosi dan kualitas pelayanan akan berdampak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

In a company, employees are one of the most important elements to achieve company goals. The performance of an employee is certainly influenced by several factors that a manager needs to know. Managers must know the strengths and weaknesses of each manager in order to maximize the potential and minimize the shortcomings of employees. Factors that affect the performance of an employee are motivation, compensation, and competence. Motivation is needed by an individual because basically humans need encouragement or encouragement in order to work better. Motivation is given as a way to improve employee performance to carry out their responsibilities. The different competencies of each employee are also a factor in the good or bad performance of an employee. Competence in each employee must be improved in order to achieve company goals. Compensation also affects an employee's performance. Compensation can be in the form of money or other facilities. Compensation is given as remuneration by the company to employees who have carried out their duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

The development of the times requires all elements to develop, even more so within an organization. Currently, human activities in organizations are nothing more than Artificial Intelligence, which supports all organizational activities and makes work more efficient. With the existence of Artificial Intelligence, it is also expected to be able to increase Work Creativity because it can support the development of ideas for members of the organization. Then Artificial Intelligence will also increase the productivity of organizational members and Job Satisfaction. In this article, the researcher uses a descriptive qualitative method, in which the researcher collects data from trusted sources and processes it into the SPSS application. The results of this study are: 1) Work Creativity related to Artificial Intelligence in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, 2) Productivity related to Artificial Intelligence in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, 3) Job Satisfaction related to Artificial Intelligence in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0.
