P3TIP adalah Program Pemberdayaan Petani Melalui Teknologi dan Informasi. Program ini didanai oleh Bank Dunia dan relawan lainnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia pertanian di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi P3TIP terhadap perilaku petani termasuk perubahan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan petani dalam pembibitan benih padi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Panosogan dan Desa Sukaratu, Kecamatan Cikeusal, Kabupaten Serang, Banten. Data dianalisis dengan tabulasi dan wilcoxon. Responden penelitian ini adalah 35 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan P3TIP (Padra Seed Farming) mampu memberdayakan petani di Kecamatan Cikeusal yang diwakili oleh Desa Panosogan dan Desa Sukaratu, Kabupaten Serang secara optimal, dengan beberapa perubahan, yaitu perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap dengan nilai sekitar 1,96 / - 1,96, untuk pengetahuan -5,093 / 5,093, keterampilan -5,170 / 5,170 dan sikap -5,177.

This study aims to determine and anylyze the level of farmer participation in the soybean expansion program (PAT) expansion program in sudimanik village, cibaliung sub-district, pandeglang district to know analyze internal factors are related to the level of farmer participation in the soybean expansion program (PAT) expansion . this location research was conducted intentionally in sudimanik village, cibaliung sub-district, pandeglang district, the respondents in this stuy were 36 farmer. The study was conducted in april to july 2018. The reseacrh method used was survey method with descriptive analysis and hypotesis testing usingÃ‚Â non parametric stastic with test spearman rank corelation.The result of hypotesis testing is that there is a relationship between internal factors of farmers (education level, land area, income and cosmopolitan) and exrternal factors of farmers (extansion intensity and enviromental condition of the farm) with the of farmer participation in PAT soybean program in sudimanik village, cibaliung district pandeglang districtÃ‚Â participation rate in the planning stage was mostly classified as low (32%), participation in the implementation stage of the result was mostly low (26%), participation in the monitoring phase of activity evaluation was low (25%) and participation in the utilization stage was low (22%)

P3TIP is a Farmers Empowerment Program Through Technology and Information. This program is funded by the World Bank and other volunteers in order to improve the quality of agricultural human resources in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of P3TIP implementation on farmers behavior including changes in knowledge, attitude and skills of farmers in breeding of rice seed. This research is conducted in Panosogan Village and Sukaratu Village, Cikeusal District, Serang Regency, Banten. Data analysed by tabulation and wilcoxon. The respondents of this research is 35 respondent. The result of this research showed that P3TIP (Padra Seed Farming) Activity has been able to empower farmers in Cikeusal Sub-district represented by Panosogan Village and Sukaratu Village, Serang Regency optimally, because there are some changes, the changes are knowledge, skill and attitude. The value is about 1,96 / - 1.96 and Knowledge -5.093 / 5,093, Skills -5,170 / 5,170 and attitude -5,177.

Vegetable Price Risk During Covid-19 Pandemic in Serang City. This research aims to analyze price risk of vegetables during pandemic period in Serang City and to identify risk sources of high price risk vegetables in Serang city. Research was conducted by using secondary data from central bureau of statistic of Banten. Risk level was obtained by variation coefficient analysis through variance and standard deviation analysis. Identification of risk sources is conducted descriptively. Analysis result show that vegetables with high price risk with variation coefficient are spinach (0.058), long beans (0.052), potato (0.057), cucumber (0.094), cabbage (0.116), chayote (0.056), bean sprouts (0.059), long eggplant (0.051) and tomato (0.119). It can be concluded that tomato is vegetable with the highest risk which is followed by cabbage, cucumber, bean sprouts, spinach, potato, long beans, and long eggplant.Risk sources are generally caused by vegetables character which is typically perishable and supply fluctuations which is caused by pandemic condition.

This research entitled Land Resources and Accessibility to Support Food Security. This study aims to present information on the availability of land resources and accessibility in an effort to support food security in the Pandeglang Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive research model method with survey techniques. The results showed that the potential and availability of land in Pandeglang Regency is quite extensive, which is dominated by forestry, rice fields and large plantations with mixed forest data of 86,517.33 Ha or about 31% of the area of land use in Pandeglang Regency. Meanwhile, 18.24% of the area of land use in Pandeglang Regency with a land area of 50,888.90 hectares consists of shrubs. The area of rice fields 34,391.28 or about 12.32% of the area of land use and land use is 47,893.65 or 17% of the area of land use. Measurement of the aspect of access to food uses indicators related to the condition of the population, including the percentage of poor people with the number of poor people in Pandeglang Regency 115.90 (thousand people), the percentage of the population without access to electricity with data that almost 100 percent of households use electricity either from PLN or NonPLN, and the percentage of the population not working is around 41.56%. In addition, in the area of Pandeglang Regency there is a cooperative in the agricultural sector which is one of the infrastructure for providing food needs.

This study aims to determine the participation level of women farmers, analyze the relation between motivation and behavior with the participation level of women farmers in the P2L program. This research was conducted in the district of Curug Serang City, starting in May – June 2021. This type of research used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling method with 52 people as the sample population. The data used are primary and secondary data. In this study, the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and spearman rank correlation test. The result showed the level of women farmers participation in Curug District in the program P2L which is considered quite active. Based on result rank spearman correlation test showed that there is a significant and positive relation between motivation with the level of participation has a moderate correlation strength, and there is a significant and positive relation between behavior with the level of participation has a moderate correlation strength.
