Abstract

In political practice in Islamic countries, disputes often occur between communities due to differences of opinion. The most appropriate solution to overcome this problem is to apply tolerance. Tolerance in politics will create healthy political relations for the prosperity of citizens. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to look at the condition of religious tolerance which recently is often directed at Islam, that Islam is an intolerance religion. This approach aims to prove the accusation that Muslims are the most tolerant group. The results of this study indicate that from an Islamic perspective it is emphasized that we as Muslims must have an attitude that upholds tolerance and maintains harmony so that divisions between religions will not occur. The data in this study includes primary data obtained from interviews with three speakers, namely practitioners, teachers, and students who have insight into tolerance in the political sphere from an Islamic perspective, as well as secondary data in the form of Hadith, Qur'anic postulates, and previous research journals. The results of the research conducted resulted in the conclusion that knowledge and understanding of inter-religious tolerance is important. People must explore knowledge about inter-religious tolerance to learn because we Muslims have to be political. The political strategy in Islam is by da'wah. Harmonization between religious communities is by creating a peaceful atmosphere to establish better communication and help each other if there are difficulties in order to create a harmonious atmosphere in the community. Therefore, in the Islamic perspective it is emphasized that we as Muslims must have an attitude that upholds tolerance and maintains harmony so that there will be no divisions between religious communities.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian (SIMPEG) dibangun sebagai penunjang dan pendukung pekerjaan pegawai. Simpeg pegawai bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam mengakses setiap data yang berhubungan dengan data pribadi setiap pegawai dan dukungan dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan pegawai pada balai KSDA Sumsel. Berdasarkan kuesioner awal terdapat beberapa permasalahan mengenai kurang updatenya data kepegawaian, kurangnya beberapa fitur monitoring dan kurangnya pemahaman fitur-fitur pada aplikasi simpeg. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur tingkat user experience dalam penggunaan simpeg dengan menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Metode UEQ memiliki tools sendiri sebagai alat bantu dalam pengolahan datanya, memiliki 26 skala/indikator penelitian yang berasal dari 6 variabel penelitian (attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, novelty) yang terkait dengan pengalaman pengguna sehingga dapat menghasil data yang valid. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 34 pengguna simpeg dan pengolahan datanya menggunakan tools UEQ version 10. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Setelah melakukan penelitian didapatkan hasil yaitu keseluruhan aspek memiliki nilai rata-rata positif > 0,8 dengan nilai attractiveness (2,52), perspicuity (2,64), efficiency (2,62), dependability (2,31), stimulation (2,43), novelty (1,73), yang menunjukkan tingkat pengalaman pengguna merasa simpeg memberikan kemudahan serta memberikan rasa ketertarikan dalam penggunaan simpeg. Sehingga dapat memberikan efisiensi dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan pegawai.

Abstract

Kode warna bertujuan untuk memberikan warna tertentu pada Map Rekam Medis. Masalah yang ditemukan yaitu belum adanya kode warna pada Map Rekam Medis sehingga terjadi kesalahan penempatan rekam medis (misfile). Tujuan Penelitian yaitu mendesain sticker warna pada Map Rekam Medis. Jenis penelitian kualitatif terapan, subyek petugas rekam medis berjumlah 2 orang dengan obyek Map Rekam Medis. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara Wawancara dan Observasi. Keabsahan data triangulasi sumber dan metode. Pengolahan data dengan reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Ukuran sticker kode warna 3 x 6 cm, berbentuk persegi panjang dengan pemasangan dilipat pada map rekam medis, bahan Mirror A3 yang dibagi menjadi 75 sticker, warna sesuai jumlah wilayah 12 dalam wilayah, 1 luar wilayah. Adapun warna ungu, kuning, abu, Hijau Tua, Orange, Biru Muda, Coklat Tua, Magenta, Hijau Muda, Merah, Biru Tua, Hitam, Pink, abu-abu. Aspek isi dituliskan angka digit ke-3 pada masing-masing kode wilayah. Saran desain yang ada untuk ditindaklanjuti dengan pembuatan sticker kode warna yang akan ditempel pada rekam medis sehingga dapat mengurangi angka kejadian misfile.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the importance of parental awareness in understanding children's growth and development. Parents are the first madrasah and teachers are the second education for early childhood. This research is a descriptive qualitative research in the form of a case study. Data obtained by means of observation and interviews with parents and teachers. The results of the study are the role of parents in stimulating children's cognitive development, namely as: ( observer, motivator, facilitator, madrasah, and problem server ); the second is the impact of the role of parents on children's cognitive development, namely: children are motivated to study at home, children become more critical, become more active, experience an increase in the achievement of learning outcomes, are able to set goals, and are able to bring up a character of responsibility and self-confidence. Abstract

In this digital and Industry 4.0 era, information and communication technology plays an important role in the world of education. The integration of technology in the learning process has been proven to improve the quality of education. School principals have a central role in facilitating and encouraging the effective use of technology in schools. As leaders, school principals are responsible for providing adequate technology infrastructure, developing policies and strategies that support the use of technology in learning, and ensuring teachers and students have the necessary skills. This research aims to explore in depth the role of school principals in using technology to improve the quality of education. The research results show that school principals must be leaders in the application of technology, utilizing it as a primary tool to transform the teaching and learning process. The criteria for a school principal as a leader in the use of technology include interpersonal and communication skills, vision, planning and management, technology and infrastructure support, staff development and training, as well as evaluation and research. Effective school principal leadership by optimally utilizing technology can improve the quality of education in schools.
