Abstract

Latar Belakang : Masih banyak kasus ditemukan dengan keluhan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang masih kurang, dokter datang terlambat, perawat kurang peduli pada keluhan pasien, sehingga pasien merasa mutu pelayanannya tidak sesuai, oleh karena itu pasien akan mencari tempat pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih baik. Perilaku asertif merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan di Rumah Sakit. Tujuan : menganalisa hubungan perilaku asertif perawat dengan mutu pelayanan pada pasien. Metode Penelitian: Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi experimental dengan rancangan penelitian cross-sectional design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan pursosive sampling dengan 37 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan alat ukur instrumen perilaku asertif perawat Liesmangku Langit dengan 12 pertanyaan dan instrumen mutu pelayanan keperawatan pada pasien Nurul dan Anisa dengan 25 pertanyaan. Uji Normalitas menggunakan Shapiro-Wilk dan Analisa data Chi-Square. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil uji Shapiro-Wilk pada perilaku asertif yaitu 0,364 dan mutu pelayanan yaitu 0,145. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square, diperoleh perilaku asertif dan mutu pelayanan dengan p value = 0,031 dimana <0,05. Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara perilaku asertif perawat dengan mutu pelayanan keperawatan.

Abstract

Data from World Health Organization (WHO) shows that cases of internal bleeding due to accidents are 5.8 million deaths per year worldwide (Dahlan et al., 2021). Early awareness of internal bleeding is very important so that nurses can immediately take anticipation to prevent unwanted things(Damayanti, 2022). This literature study aims to determine the effectiveness of the CAN BLEED score for early detection of internal bleeding emergencies in trauma cases. The research method uses a literature review study design using PICOS. Article search through publish or perish 8 application with keywords "early detection AND internal bleeding AND trauma" from Pubmed, Crossref, and Google Scholar search databases based on the year of publication 2018-2022. The results of the article search found 4 articles relevant to the main topic. The results showed Canadian Bleeding (CAN BLEED) score is effective for determining internal bleeding in trauma cases.

Abstract

Hospitals as providers of health services for the wider community are required to provide health services with good quality health services. The quality of hospital services can be achieved one of them with SBAR communication, so that the information conveyed can be informative and well received which will improve the handover process so that patient safety can be realized. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between effective SBAR communication and the quality of handover implementation in the Inpatient Room of JIH Solo Hospital. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The number of respondents was 90 respondents divided into 72 nurses and 18 midwives who were given observation sheets using the SBAR communication method and observation sheets for the quality of handover implementation. Variable correlation assessment using the chi-square test. The results of the analysis of the relationship between variables are significant with a sig value of 0.000 (p=0.05). Then, the value of the correlation coefficient between variables is very strong, namely 0.979. The use of effective SBAR communication resulted in the majority of respondents namely 79 people or 85.7% being categorized as qualified. In its implementation, the majority of respondents with a total of 87 people (196.7%) were categorized as qualified.

Abstract

Background: Schizophrenia is one of the mental disorders that has a high global prevalence where the impact of these symptoms can cause a decrease in cognitive function, There are various kinds of therapies that can be done to improve cognitive function, one of these therapies is Brain Gym where this therapy is useful for stimulating the brain so that it can maintain cognitive abilities, Objective: To determine the results of the application of Brain gym therapy for changes in cognitive function in schizophrenia patients. Methods: The method used in this application is descriptive with a pre-test post-test case study application design on 2 respondents, the application instrument is the C-SARS questionnaire observation sheet. Results: Before being given Brain gym therapy Mr. E and Mr. A were in the moderate category with scores of 19 and 17. After being given Brain gym therapy Mr. E and Mr. A are in the mild category with scores of 9 and 8. Conclusion: There was an increase in cognitive function in Mr. E. A and Mr. E from initially in the moderate category to the mild category after being given brain gym therapy
