Abstract

This study aims to investigate the competence of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in conducting learning evaluations at SD Islam Kreatif Makkah in Padang City. Effective learning evaluation is considered crucial in enhancing overall educational quality. The research seeks to address gaps in understanding PAI teachers' competencies specifically related to learning evaluation. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation studies with PAI teachers at the school under study. Findings indicate that PAI teachers' competencies in learning evaluation tend to vary. Despite possessing strong theoretical knowledge, there are weaknesses in the practical application of learning evaluation. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of enhancing PAI teachers' practical evaluation skills through targeted training. It is anticipated that this approach can improve overall educational outcomes at SD Islam Kreatif Makkah in Padang City, and potentially in similar contexts at other schools. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran di SD Islam Kreatif Makkah Kota Padang. Evaluasi pembelajaran yang efektif dianggap krusial dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengisi kesenjangan dalam pemahaman mengenai kompetensi guru PAI dalam konteks evaluasi pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap guru PAI di sekolah yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru PAI dalam evaluasi pembelajaran cenderung bervariasi. Meskipun memiliki pengetahuan teoretis yang kuat, terdapat kelemahan dalam penerapan praktis evaluasi pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan keterampilan evaluasi praktis guru PAI melalui pelatihan yang ditargetkan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil pendidikan secara menyeluruh di SD Islam Kreatif Makkah Kota Padang dan mungkin juga di sekolah lainnya dengan konteks serupa. Abstract

One part of public policy is education policy. A policy arises because there is a problem that requires appropriate handling, so that the policy can be used as a guide. Formulating education policy is a process of formulating reforms for actions that are relevant and acceptable to common sense to resolve various problems related to education. This research uses qualitative methods and is included in the library research category. The data sources were obtained from primary books and journals related to the theme, the data analysis technique used descriptive analytical methods. The results of this research include: that the first time Islamic education was in the motherland was in line with the arrival of Islam to Indonesia. Through long dynamics there are three phases. First, during the Old Order the government slowly paid attention to Islamic education. Second, in the new order, during this period madrasas achieved equality with public schools. In the third period of reform, Islamic education in this period has developed advanced, the curriculum, then Islamic education is also paid attention to by disbursing a budget of 20% of the APBN.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kegiatan Bina Keluarga Remaja dalam Membina Remaja di Kampung KB Pesona Indah Bukit Gado-Gado Kecamatan Padang Selatan. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian Lurah Kelurahan Bukit Gado-Gado, Kelompok Bina Keluarga Remaja, Orang tua yang mempunyai Remaja dan Remaja. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa Peran Kelompok BKR dalam membina remaja dilakukan melalui 3(Tiga) tahapan peran yaitu penyuluhan, pembinaan, dan bimbingan kepada orangtua remaja yang kemudian dilanjutkan kepada remaja.
