Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence or relationship between three independent variables, namely Transformational Leadership, Quality of Work Life and Company Reputation on one dependent variable, namely Work Engagement in Employees. Quantitative analysis method using the SEM Smart PLS 3.3 analysis tool. The results of hypothesis testing show that transformational leadership, quality of work life, company reputation have a positive and significant effect on work engagement; Transformational leadership has no effect on employee performance; while company reputation, work engagement and quality of work life have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research intends to understand and investigate how to increase patients' satisfaction by implementing the clinical information system and by looking at the service quality, green environment, and patients' perceptions to provide better patient satisfaction concerning healthcare services. The data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires in Jakarta, Indonesia. This research is based on descriptive and verification methods; the sample is determined through Purposive Sampling, and the method analysis technique is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that patients' perception significantly influences clinical system information compared to quality services and a green environment to achieve patient satisfaction. Healthcare clinics need to implement the clinical system information to assist the healthcare workers in providing quality patient services.

Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of Job Insecurity, Work Stress and Role Conflict on Turnover Intention in employees. The object of this research is accounting employees who work at PT Optik. The study was conducted on 58 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The approach used in this study is the Variance Based Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results of this study showed that job insecurity variables have a significant positive effect on turnover intention, work stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intentions, and conflicts. The role of a significant positive influence on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Personal Selling Services, Price, and Product Quality on customer satisfaction using MICE services. The object of this research is all customers of PT ABC. The population in this study is PT ABC customers in Jabodetabek, and the respondents' plan will be determined by the number of samples based on the Hair formula. Sampling will be carried out by purposive sampling method, which is a sample selected based on its characteristics. The analysis technique uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 analysis. Quantitative analysis methods with SEM analysis tools and Smart PLS 3.3 tools. The results of this study show that Personal Selling has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, but price shows a significant negative effect on Purchasing Decisions , besides that Product Quality shows a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Therefore, considering the existing market share, companies should improve purchasing decisions by paying attention to service quality and product quality through the application of attractive prices. The Technology Readiness Level of this study is Level 3. Analytic and experimental critical functions and/or proofs of concept characteristics. Active research and development begins, this includes analytical studies and empirical studies to physically validate the analytical predictions of separate elements of the technology.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the direct influence perceived ease of use, risk perception and E-Service Quality on buying trust and interest, and also to find out the indirect influence perceive ease of use, risk perception and E-Service. Quality of trust-mediated buying interests. The population in this study was all shopee users in the Jakarta region. In this study differs from previous research by using different variables and models in this study. The methods used in this research are quantitative analysiswith SEM analysis tools and SmartPLS 3.3 tools. The findings in this study are: (1) Perceived easy of use has a significant positive effect on the purchase intention of Shopee users in Jakarta. (2) Perceived easy of use has a significant positive effect on shopee user trust in Jakarta. (3) Risk perception has a significant negative effect on the purchase intention of Shopee users in Jakarta. (4) Risk perception has a significant negative effect on shopee user trust in Jakarta. (5) Service quality has a significant positive effect on the purchase intention of Shopee users in Jakarta. (6) Service quality has a significant positive effect on shopee user trust in Jakarta. (7) Trust has a significant positive effect on the buying interest of Shopee users in Jakarta. (8) Trust is not a mediation variable in influencing risk perception of purchase intention in Shopee Users in Jakarta.
