Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dan bagaimana kepala sekolah berkoordinasi dengan orang tua siswa untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran jarak jauh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya peningkatan kinerja guru selama pandemi COVID-19 di sekolah direncanakan, mobilisasi guru untuk mengadopsi bimbingan teknis, dan sebagai “daily performer” di rumah. dengan orang tuanya. Guru untuk sementara menggantikan guru dalam dukungan, saran, dan implementasi pembelajaran jarak jauh. Kepala sekolah terus-menerus memantau, mengawasi, mengontrol, mengarahkan, mengarahkan, dan mengevaluasi program pembelajaran jarak jauh. Kedua, keterlibatan orang tua sangat mendukung dan mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh untuk memastikan keberhasilan pembelajaran. Pembelajaran jarak jauh sangat efektif dalam menilai tugas dan siswa mendapatkan nilai yang sangat baik, namun proses pemahaman konsep membutuhkan materi yang sedikit lebih sedikit dibandingkan proses pembelajaran online. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa selama masa pandemi Covid-19, peran kepala sekolah dalam memberikan pendidikan menjadi prioritas dalam perencanaan rencana intervensi

Abstract

Strategic management is the implementation of planning, monitoring, analysis, and evaluation carried out on an ongoing basis of all the needs needed by the organization in an effort to achieve its goals. Changes that occur quickly and spontaneously in the organizational environment will require organizations that are able to continuously evaluate strategies. Implementation of strategic management helps organizations to know the current state of the organization, then develop strategies, disseminate them and analyze the effectiveness of the implemented management strategies. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the quality of education that continues to move and change, and the specifications and qualifications will continue to increase with the times. This study aims to determine the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of education. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta IRA Medan.. The approach taken is a qualitative approach. The method used is interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that strategic management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta IRA Medan had been implemented and was oriented towards improving the quality of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this research article is to find out the relationship between improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure with management facilities and infrastructure as well. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach method with interviews which then the results of the interviews are analyzed. Educational facilities and infrastructure are part of efforts to aspirate educational goals in general and learning objectives in particular to take place effectively and efficiently. The context of management of facilities and infrastructure in the interpretation of the Koran is contained in the interpretation of Surah An-Nahl (16) verses 68-69 which contains the interpretation of the concept of building a division of labor in preparing infrastructure so that it is effective and on target so that its implementation is in accordance with its value in use. strengthened by the hadith of Rasulullah SAW if it is contextualized into the useful life of facilities and infrastructure..
