Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of principal supervisors in educational supervision: focusing on teacher performance. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach and used a descriptive qualitative research type. A deputy principal was the respondent of this study. Interviews, documentation and observation were used to collect data. Analyzing the data using field analysis based on the Miles and Huberman model, which goes through three steps: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results show that principals have a very important role in managing and improving the quality of education in schools and the use of the Electronic Performance (E-Kinerja) application strengthens supervision of teacher and staff performance. Despite identifying some obstacles, such as teachers' tardiness and the low attendance of administrative staff, principals take a solutive approach.

Abstract

As a school principal, the leader plays an active role and is always influential in all matters relating to the needs of school staff, teachers and all students. A good school principal has the task of fostering school culture and discipline, being a work partner, creating cooperation between all school students to create a friendly and goal-oriented school environment. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of school principals as leaders in building teacher academic culture. The leadership of the school principal certainly plays an important role in shaping and creating the teacher's academic culture. A good academic culture should ideally be possessed by all teachers in a school. This article discusses methods, obstacles and how school leaders overcome obstacles in building a teacher's academic culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan agar mengetahui tentang pengaruh dari strategi guru mengajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Adanya mekanisme dalam strategi pembelajaran yaitu keadaan yang menjadi pengaruh pada kesuksesan pembelajaran siswa. Karena adanya strategi diharapkan pembelajaran bisa mendapat hasil yang baik sesuai dengan yang di harapkan. Pada penelitian ini digunakan sarana penelitian berupa kuesioner atau angket menggunakan link google form  yang diberikan kepada siswa yang berjumlah 35 siswa atau responden. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: Penggunaan dan pemilihan strategi guru mengajar merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar para siswa. Dalam hal ini, guru-guru di sekolah sebaiknya dapat memilih strategi belajar yang menarik sehingga para siswa memiliki minat yang tinggi dalam belajar.
