Abstract

Abstract Modern times force Islamic religious education to develop quickly, efficiently and effectively, so that PAI learning is not left behind with the digitalization of the increasingly advanced world. Learning facilities in the current era of digital globalization should be adapted to technological advances. The use of technology as a learning medium is one to increase the interest in learning students so that teaching is not always monotonous. This study aims to illustrate the use of the TikTok application as a PAI learning medium. A qualitative descriptive research design was used in this study. The TikTok application is the main topic in this study, with discussions about the use of the TikTok application as a learning medium. This information is collected using a type of descriptive method of analysis using research facilities in the form of journals. The results of the study stated that the use of the TikTok application with its ease of use and diverse functions can be useful as a means in an innovative and interactive learning process. But in addition to positive influences, there are also negative influences in the use of TikTok, so it is hoped that educators can be creative and careful in using these media to run effectively and students are wise in using it Keywords : TikTok, Digital Age, Learning Media, Islamic Education Abstrak Zaman modern memaksa Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berkembang dengan cepat, efisien dan efektif, sehingga pembelajaran PAI tidak ketinggalan dengan digitalisasi dunia yang semakin maju. Sarana belajar di era globalisasi digital saat ini layaknya disesuaikan dengan kemajuan teknologi. Pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran yaitu menjadi salah satu untuk meningkatkan ketertarikan minat belajar peserta didik agar pengajaran nya tidak selalu monoton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pemanfaatan aplikasi TikTok sebagai media pembelajaran PAI. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Aplikasi TikTok merupakan topik utama, dengan hal bahasan tentang pemanfaatan aplikasi TikTok sebagai media pembelajaran. Informasi ini dikumpulkan menggunakan jenis metode deskriptif analisis menggunakan sarana penelitian berupa jurnal. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi TikTok dengan kemudahan penggunaan dan fungsinya yang beragam dapat bermanfaat sebagai sarana dalam proses belajar yang inovatif dan interaktif. Tetapi selain pengaruh positif terdapat pula pengaruh negative dalam pemanfaatan TikTok, sehingga diharapkan bagaimana pendidik dapat kreatif dan cermat dalam penggunaan media tersebut agar berjalan dengan efektif dan peserta didik bijak dalam menggunakannya. Abstract

Speaking, one of the four skills in English is seen as the most essential skill for English learners to master. Most people’s success in learning can be seen by how well they can talk and communicate. Teachers must have techniques in place to support the learning process and achieve specific characteristics in the teaching and learning process. This research aims to discover the techniques used by English teachers in teaching speaking skills to eighth-grade students at SMA YPVDP Bontang in the academic year 2022-2023. The qualitative descriptive method was employed in this study. An English instructor at SMA YPVDP Bontang, who taught class X, was the focus of this investigation. Interviews and observation were used to gather data, which was subsequently analyzed utilizing interactive, and condensation data models—utilizing data triangulation for data validation. The researcher found that teacher use three techniques, namely role play, small group discussions, and debates, to teach speaking skills.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyosialisasikan pentingnya literasi media dan kemampuan pemahaman informasi di kalangan masyarakat online. Era digital saat ini telah memunculkan tantangan baru terkait dengan kemampuan masyarakat dalam menyaring informasi yang diperoleh melalui berbagai platform online. Kurangnya literasi media dapat menyebabkan penyebaran informasi yang tidak valid dan merugikan, seperti hoaks dan disinformasi. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang konsep-konsep dasar literasi media dan memberikan keterampilan praktis dalam memilah informasi yang benar dan relevan. Metode kegiatan ini meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, studi kasus, demonstrasi praktis, dan sesi tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran, penguasaan konsep, dan sikap kritis peserta terhadap informasi online. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan literasi media dan pemahaman informasi di kalangan masyarakat online.

Abstract

Penguatan Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Madrasah di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Madrasah" diselenggarakan pada Rabu s.d. Kamis, 06-08 Maret 2024. Acara workshop berlangsung dari jam 08.00-16.30 WITA bertempat di Madrasah Tsnawaiyah Negeri 1 Penajam Paser Utara. Peserta workshop adalah kepala madrasah di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara, serta guru dan tenaga kependidikan di lingkungan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Penajam Paser Utara, dengan jumlah peserta aktif sebanyak 30 orang. Indikator dari keberhasilan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini ialah menghasilkan sebuah pemahaman dan juga komitmen dari kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara dan para kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah, serta rencana strategis dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan madrasah di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of instilling religious and moral values in children to protect them from the threat of moral degradation that occurs along with modernization. To achieve this goal, one of the approaches used is learning to use motion media and songs. This study aims to discover the stages passed and the benefits of using motion media and songs in learning to instill religious and moral values in early childhood. The type of research used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The location of this research is in Al-Hikmah Kindergarten and Al-Quds Kindergarten, Samarinda City. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a single-site analysis by condensing data, making data displays, and verifying and drawing conclusions. The results showed that at TK Al-Hikmah, the planning stage was carried out by recruiting teachers who were competent and had a strong Islamic background. The implementation stage is carried out by singing songs about getting to know angels, getting to know the 25 Prophets, and getting to know the obligatory nature of Allah. The results obtained in the kindergarten are forming new positive behaviors or habits in children. As for the Al-Quds Kindergarten, the planning stage is carried out by strictly selecting teachers and preparing songs to be sung with children. The implementation stage is carried out by singing songs that recognize body parts and prepositions in Arabic and clap ablution. The perceived benefits are that it can stimulate children's motor movements and help to introduce religious and moral aspects to children.
