Abstract

This research aims to find out about good dorm management. The type of research used is qualitative research with a literature study or literature review approach. The data collection technique used is a literature study, where researchers obtain it from journals, books and other printed media that are in accordance with the research objectives. The results of this research are that dormitory management consists of 4 management functions, namely 1. Planning; each person in charge of the room makes rules for each room to maintain order, 2. Organizing; make detailed assignments for dormitory residents, 3. Implementation; implement the program that has been created and 4. Supervision; Activities carried out to see the process of dormitory management that is ongoing or being implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the role of classroom management in improving the academic achievement of students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Private As'adiyah No. 2 Bontouse, Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency as well as supporting and inhibiting factors that can affect it. The type of research used is qualitative research and the approach used is descriptive. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources or informants in this study are school principals, teachers or homeroom teachers and students. The result of this study is that good classroom management has an important role in creating a supportive and effective and efficient classroom atmosphere so that it can improve the academic achievement of students and teachers have an important role in the implementation of classroom management. The classroom management functions used by teachers or homeroom teachers are class planning, organizing, class direction, and classroom control. Factors that can affect the role of classroom management consist of 2 factors, namely supporting factors consisting of curriculum factors, buildings and facilities, teacher factors, student factors, and classroom dynamics, as well as inhibiting factors consisting of teachers, students, and family factors. The conclusion of this study is that the role of classroom management in improving students' academic achievement is very necessary, especially by teachers or homeroom teachers in order to create a supportive classroom atmosphere by implementing the functions of planning, organizing, directing and supervising. The factors that can affect class management consist of two, namely supporting factors and inhibiting factors.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of the Independent Student Exchange Program in increasing student tolerance. This study used qualitative research methods. This research uses various written data sources such as articles, documents and government policies related to education. The results of this research show that the Nusantara Module activities with four activity points consisting of, diversity, reflection, inspiration and social contribution provide a very big impact and role in increasing the tolerance attitude of Independent Student Exchange Program students as well as providing opportunities for Exchange Program students. Merdeka Students' ability to carry out the learning process together with regular students of the recipient universities further strengthens the tolerant attitude of the students of the Merdeka Student Exchange Program system.

Abstract

Training in using the Canva application is one of the most important things in developing digital literacy skills in the educational environment because Canva as a technology-based application provides a learning space for every educator and student to carry out learning. The aim of this activity is to improve participants' abilities in creating learning media and educational posters using Canva. The method used in this training activity is qualitative through descriptive analysis techniques. The training was carried out by providing material and direct practice using the Canva application. This activity was attended by 66 participants who were educators and students from three schools in different locations. The research results showed that Canva training provided participants with a positive experience in developing their digital literacy skills. Participants expressed an increase in their deeper understanding of graphic design and creating visual learning materials after participating in this activity.
