Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the application of management functions in realizing institutional goals. Inhibiting factors and solutions. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, describing events in the research field. Data collection techniques through field observations and observations in the environment. Conduct in-depth interviews with key respondents. Carrying out documentation studies through existing archives. Researcher intervention through data reduction, data presentation, data verification and triangulation. The results of the research show that the management function of the school principal is running in accordance with the goals planned by the school principal. Implementation in the field shows that in its implementation there are indications of irregularities. The learning process is ongoing at school. In essence, the school principal has implemented management functions, but has not been effective overall. Researchers suggest that students avoid violating rules and regulations. The school principal should improve the management functions of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling (POAC).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the management functions at PT Mahkota Abadi in Bogor, and to analyze the functions of sharia financial management at PT Mahkota Abadi in Bogor. This research method is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach, research data is obtained from primary data, namely sources in the company which include managers, department heads and company employees, secondary data comes from company data or financial reports. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that PT Mahkota Abadi implements management functions well in the company, as seen in the performance of its employees who already understand their duties and responsibilities, as well as financial planning made by the heads of each division in detail and thoroughly in accordance with operational needs. company. And have social responsibility in the form of providing assistance to the surrounding community, while running the company, do not do anything that is contrary to the rules and principles of sharia, for example actions that can harm other parties or usury in financial transactions but are carried out fairly and honestly, so that in transactions both parties parties gain benefits.

Abstract

The activities of STIQ Amuntai’s student, which is very different from student life in general, entering a new environment for students become a stimulus that sometimes causes various problems, one of which is self-adjustment, either with themselves, peers or the surrounding environment so. The purpose of this study is to find out the level of emotional maturity and the level of discipline of students along with to determine the influence of maturity on student discipline at STIQ Amuntai. This research method is a quantitative method by taking 44 student samples. This research was conducted using a questionnaire method consisting of 2 scales, namely the emotional maturity scale and the discipline scale. To find out the effect of emotional maturity on discipline, this data analysis technique will eliminate the rebound with the IBM 25 SPSS for Windows program. Based on the results obtained, namely the distribution of the high category there are 4 students representing 9.1% while in the medium category there are 36 students with a percentage of 81.8%, in the low category there are 4 students representing 9.1%. The dominance of the results of the research on emotional maturity in STIQ Amuntai students shows the dominance of the results in moderate categorization. The level of discipline of STIQ Amuntai students is predominantly moderate, the distribution of discipline categorization is as follows: 63.6% is classified as moderate amounting to 28 students, 18.2% is classified as high amounting to 8 students and 18.2% is classified as low amounting to 8 students. Based on the results of the study which shows that STIQ Amuntai is dominated at a moderate level of categorization. It is known that the Pearson correlation coefficient (r) of 0.318 means that the correlation between emotional maturity and discipline in STIQ Amuntai students is 0.318 or classified as a sufficient correlation coefficient because the value of the correlation coefficient is at a value of 0.26 – 0.50 and is in the category of sufficient correlation relationship. In addition, a significance value (p) of 0.035 < 0.05 can be interpreted that there is a positive and significant influence between emotional maturity and discipline. Here it can be interpreted that emotional maturity has a significant influence on the discipline of STIQ Amuntai students

Abstract

This research wants to explore the law, factors and causes, implications, public perception, and efforts to overcome pregnancy in marriage due to adultery. This research method is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through a. Observation at the research location. In-depth interviews with informants. Documentation of existing data such as meeting notes, books, and archives related to research. The conclusion is that the impact of cases of pregnant marriages due to adultery which occur repeatedly has shown that there is a form of announcement that reflects a shift in the socio-cultural perception of society regarding the issue of marriages of pregnant women due to adultery. This reality is contradictory in the context of social law. Efforts to address the problem of pregnant marriages have been carried out by existing social institutions that do not represent comprehensive and systematic efforts. Therefore, reconstruct the societal paradigm regarding the issue of marriage, and pregnancy due to adultery. To resolve problems that must receive attention from various parties.
