Abstract

Atom, unit terkecil materi yang tak terbagi, bukanlah sekadar titik tak berwujud. Ia menyimpan keindahan kompleksitas dalam tatanannya. Inti atom, tempat sebagian besar massa bersemayam, dihuni oleh proton bermuatan positif dan neutron tak bermuatan. Di sekelilingnya, menarilah para elektron bermuatan negatif dalam orbital-orbital, bagai planet mengelilingi matahari. Interaksi antar partikel subatomik ini menentukan identitas unsur dan mempengaruhi perilaku kimiawi unsur tersebut.

Abstract

Education is the main key to unlocking human potential and abilities in living life. To achieve educational goals, various factors need to be considered, including the provision of complete facilities and infrastructure. Effective management of facilities and infrastructure in schools is very important for the smooth teaching and learning process. Management planning for Islamic education facilities and infrastructure is an important part in realizing quality Islamic education. Careful and focused planning will have an impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of utilizing Islamic education facilities and infrastructure, so that in the end the goals of Islamic education can be achieved. The principles are important guidelines in Islamic education facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to increase teacher understanding in applying Lumio by Smart in learning. And also helps students in more flexible learning. The method used is a quantitative method utilizing Lumio (digital learning platform). Lumio provides various features that can be used over and over again. interactive learning videos and various learning activities. Data was collected through trials using Lumio so that the learning material was not interesting and student involvement was passive. By using Lumio, teachers can present learning in a more interesting way. The use of Lumio stimulates students' active participation and facilitates class discussions, thereby increasing their understanding of the lesson material.

Abstract

Elementary School (SD) is like a golden period for children. In this phase, they not only experience a rapid surge in cognitive and social abilities, but it is also a crucial moment for growing self-efficacy or self-confidence. Self-efficacy, which is defined as an individual's belief in their ability to complete tasks and achieve goals, is an important aspect that needs to be developed at this time. This self-confidence is like a solid foundation that will support the child's success in the future. Therefore, this study aims to analyze in depth how positive interactions with peers can increase elementary school students' self-efficacy. It is hoped that this research will provide new insight into the importance of the role of peers in children's development, especially in building self-efficacy. The results of this research can later be used to develop more effective and student-centered learning strategies, optimally involving the role of peers. Based on research results, peers are proven to have a crucial role in growing self-efficacy or self-confidence in elementary school students. Peers are like pillars of support who provide support, encouragement and motivation for students to develop. Based on the results of literature research, it was concluded that the role of peers needs to be optimized to increase elementary school students' self-efficacy. Teachers and parents need to create a conducive learning environment where students can interact positively with their peers.
