Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the strengthening of the implementation of Merdeka Belajar policy through the role of the mover teacher. The research method used in this research was qualitative. The type of research was library research. The data analysis technique used in this research was content analysis technique. The research results obtained were then presented descriptively in accordance with the research problems and objectives. The results of this research showed that the strategic role of the mover teacher, namely  as a mover force in a school based on teaching experience in school, which basically moves all components of education to be actively involved in improving the quality of education, The mover teacher in Merdeka Belajar is expected to be able to direct and shape students in developing their personality as a whole, The mover teacher changes the pattern of educational transformation from a centralized pattern towards decentralization with the mover teacher as an agent and the school as the leader of the transformation process, The mover teacher is a learning leader in Merdeka Belajar who has the ability to move the educational ecosystem to realize learner-centered education.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of digital literacy on reading interest in fifth grade students at Al Munawaroh Elementary School, Sentani Regency. This research is quantitative with a survey method. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using normality, linearity, correlation, coefficient of determination and linear regression tests, the results obtained were t_(count )= 2.689, which means that digital literacy has an effect on students' reading interest. Apart from that, the r value shown is 0.453, which means there is a "medium" relationship between digital literacy and students' reading interest

Abstract

Pembelajaran di dalam kelas seringkali menghadapi tantangan seperti kurangnya komunikasi antara peserta didik dan guru, rasa bosan, serta kesulitan penyesuaian diri dengan teman, yang berdampak negatif pada proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dukungan sekolah dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar peserta didik melalui pembelajaran di luar ruangan. Dengan pendekatan fenomenologi kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sekolah berupa motivasi dan apresiasi terhadap guru serta pembangunan hubungan positif antara guru dan peserta didik sangat penting dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kualitas pembelajaran. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penyediaan fasilitas luar ruangan yang lebih baik untuk mendukung pembelajaran aktif dan kreatif.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the literature review of the characteristics of elementary school students and the implications for learning. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research results show that education in the form of elementary school level characteristics also has an important role as an initial form of developing characteristics for students during their development period. The literature review in research is in the form of characteristics of elementary school students and implications for learning where learning consists of several elements that interact with each other: teachers, students, objectives, materials, media, methods, and assessment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang perkembangan model bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dasar untuk memberikan pengenalan tentang model bimbingan dan konseling seperti hakikat dan macam-macam bimbingan dan konseling serta penyelenggaraan belajar mengajar di sekolah dasar. Metode yang kami gunakan dalam karya ilmiah ini menggunakan Systematic literature review yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data dari beberapa sumber elektronik terpercaya, yaitu Google, Google Schoolar, dokumen dan lainnya. Model bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dasar ini merupakan profesi yang terfokus pada upaya mendorong pengembangan individu dan menyingkirkan hambatan lingkungan yang menghambat kehidupan masyarakat. Lingkup layanan bimbingan dan konseling tidak hanya terbatas pada lingkungan sekolah, tetapi juga mencakup berbagai area lain untuk mendukung pembangunan manusia dan sosial secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling (BK) services in primary schools play a crucial role in helping learners achieve their best potential. The complexity of learner development and the increasing demands of education demand the improvement of supporting programs for guidance and counseling services in primary schools. This study aims to understand the importance of the quality of counseling service programs, supporting programs for counseling services in primary schools, and improving facilities and infrastructure. Secondary data were obtained through a literature review study. Data collection techniques were carried out by literature study, namely studying related documents such as the plan for supporting counseling service programs in elementary schools and previous research. The results of this study are expected to help educators in running the counseling program better by understanding the importance of the quality of counseling service programs, supporting programs for counseling services in elementary schools, and improving facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Elementary School (SD) is like a golden period for children. In this phase, they not only experience a rapid surge in cognitive and social abilities, but it is also a crucial moment for growing self-efficacy or self-confidence. Self-efficacy, which is defined as an individual's belief in their ability to complete tasks and achieve goals, is an important aspect that needs to be developed at this time. This self-confidence is like a solid foundation that will support the child's success in the future. Therefore, this study aims to analyze in depth how positive interactions with peers can increase elementary school students' self-efficacy. It is hoped that this research will provide new insight into the importance of the role of peers in children's development, especially in building self-efficacy. The results of this research can later be used to develop more effective and student-centered learning strategies, optimally involving the role of peers. Based on research results, peers are proven to have a crucial role in growing self-efficacy or self-confidence in elementary school students. Peers are like pillars of support who provide support, encouragement and motivation for students to develop. Based on the results of literature research, it was concluded that the role of peers needs to be optimized to increase elementary school students' self-efficacy. Teachers and parents need to create a conducive learning environment where students can interact positively with their peers.

Abstract

Group tutoring is one of the important guidance and counseling services in elementary schools. This service has an important role in helping students develop themselves optimally, both in terms of academic, social, emotional and moral. Group tutoring in elementary school can help students develop their potential, improve social skills, build character, and overcome problems. Group tutoring in elementary school can be implemented using various methods which must be adapted to the needs and characteristics of students. Group guidance in elementary school must be carried out in an ongoing and structured manner. The important role of guidance and counseling teachers and class teachers is very important in the successful implementation of group guidance in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengekplor kemampuan peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika. subjek yang diambil berjumlah 3 peserta didik kelas IV A dan 1 wali kelas. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek yang yang dipilih berdasarkan kemampuan peserta didik. Tingkat kemampuan peserta didik ada tiga yaitu; kemampuan tinggi, kemampuan sedang dan kemampuan rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan peserta didik kelas IV A dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika terdapat tiga kemampuan yaitu; 1) kemampuan tingkat tinggi, peserta didik mampu mengerjakan soal cerita matematika dengan benar dan sesuai dengan runtutannya, 2) kemampuan tingkat sedang, peserta didik dapat menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika dengan cepat tetapi tidak runtut dalam pengerjaannya; 3) kemampuan tingkat rendah, peserta didik tidak dapart memahami soal cerita matematika.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi belajar peserta didik speech delay dan pendektan guru dalam menangani peserta didik speech delay.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan pedagogic. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dapat disimpulkan bahwa kondisi peserta didik speech delay di Sekolah Dasar Juara Al-Hikmah Jayapura diantaranya: a) peserta didik kurang memahami materi yang dijelaskan oleh guru, b) minat belajar peserta didik masih sangat kurang, c) peserta didik kurang berinteraksi, adapun pendekatan yang diterapkan guru dalam menangani peserta didik speech delay dalam belajar diantaranya a) Guru Memberikan Perhatian Khusus, b) Menciptakan Lingkungan Belajar yang Kondusif, c) Mendorong Peserta Didik berinteraksi dengan teman sebaya melalui kegiatan kelompok , dan d) Menyesuaikan Materi Pembelajaran dengan Kemampuan Komunikasi Peserta Didik.
