Abstract

Kepemimpinan dalam manajemen merupakan konsep yang sangat penting dalam mencapai kesuksesan organisasi. Kepemimpinan melibatkan kemampuan seseorang untuk mempengaruhi, mengarahkan, dan menginspirasi orang lain untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Dalam konteks manajemen, kepemimpinan berperan sebagai faktor kunci yang memengaruhi kinerja individu, kelompok, dan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Kepemimpinan dalam manajemen melibatkan berbagai aspek, termasuk pengambilan keputusan, komunikasi efektif, motivasi, pengembangan tim, dan pengelolaan konflik. Seorang pemimpin yang efektif memiliki kemampuan untuk mengartikulasikan visi dan misi organisasi, serta merumuskan strategi yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Mereka juga mampu menginspirasi dan memotivasi anggota tim, mendorong mereka untuk memberikan yang terbaik dan mengembangkan potensi mereka. Selain itu, kepemimpinan dalam manajemen juga melibatkan kemampuan untuk mengelola perubahan.

Abstract

One effective strategy to increase student learning activity is to apply varied and interactive learning media. This learning media can be packaged in the form of games or educational games that utilize technology such as smartphones or laptops. Want to provide a fun and interactive learning atmosphere. The online game Wordwall could be the solution! This platform offers various types of interesting educational games to increase students' enthusiasm for learning. The hope is that students can enjoy a more open and confident learning process so that students understanding and skills become better. This activity aims to increase teacher creativity and student learning outcomes through the use of online game-based learning media Wordwall. By implementing Wordwall in learning, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of education and produce the nation's next generation who are intelligent and creative. Socialization activities and practice of creating learning questions in the form of games using the Wordwall application have proven effective in improving teacher abilities. This is proven by the results of activities which show that the majority of teachers have mastered the use of the Wordwall application and understand its benefits in learning.

Abstract

Elementary School (SD) is like a golden period for children. In this phase, they not only experience a rapid surge in cognitive and social abilities, but it is also a crucial moment for growing self-efficacy or self-confidence. Self-efficacy, which is defined as an individual's belief in their ability to complete tasks and achieve goals, is an important aspect that needs to be developed at this time. This self-confidence is like a solid foundation that will support the child's success in the future. Therefore, this study aims to analyze in depth how positive interactions with peers can increase elementary school students' self-efficacy. It is hoped that this research will provide new insight into the importance of the role of peers in children's development, especially in building self-efficacy. The results of this research can later be used to develop more effective and student-centered learning strategies, optimally involving the role of peers. Based on research results, peers are proven to have a crucial role in growing self-efficacy or self-confidence in elementary school students. Peers are like pillars of support who provide support, encouragement and motivation for students to develop. Based on the results of literature research, it was concluded that the role of peers needs to be optimized to increase elementary school students' self-efficacy. Teachers and parents need to create a conducive learning environment where students can interact positively with their peers.
