Abstract

Ports are one of the transportation nodes that function as connecting facilities with other regions to carry out trade activities and have an impact on economic growth. This research photographs the Baubau Ferry Port in the Green Port concept which is currently being intensified by the Government. This type of research is qualitative and takes informants who understand the concept of a Green Port in relation to trade systems and encouraging economic growth. This research found that the Baubau Ferry Port is very strategic and has a strategic and vital role in encouraging equitable development and improving the regional economy, especially in Baubau City and its surroundings. The indicators for Greenport-based ports are environmental and social indicators as well as financial and economic indicators that are running optimally. The indicators of the Port Operational Performance Aspect must be improved by carrying out port operational performance calculations according to existing regulations. The conclusion of this research is that the Baubau Ferry Port can be encouraged to apply the principles of a Green Port so that it will support it in carrying out its good function in encouraging trade and encouraging equitable development and regional economic growth.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pembangunan yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah sangat dipengaruhi oleh tersedianya infrastruktur. Salah satu infrastruktur yang mendapat perhatian besar pemerintah adalah infrastruktur jalan. Salah satu material khususnya lapis permukaan jalan beraspal adalah Aspal baik yang berasal dari jenis Aspal minyak maupun aspal alam yang tersedia dan diproduksi dari pulau Buton sebagai lapis Penutup Permukaan Jalan beraspal. Sayangnya hal itu tidak berbanding lurus dengan pemanfaatan secara maksimal Aspal Buton. Aspal Buton adalah jenis aspal alam yang sudah dikenal dengan sejumlah karakteristik uniknya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam upaya pihak kampus (Universitas Sulawesi Tenggara) yang ingin mendorong pemanfaatan Aspal Buton secara maksimal demi peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kab Buton secara khusus dan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara secara umum dan tentu berdampak signifikan terhadap Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan pemaparan pemateri yang berkompeten lalu dilanjutkan dengan diskusi. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh seluruh Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) lingkup Pemkab Buton dan pihak Swasta di bidang Aspal Buton. Dari hasil kegiatan sosialisasi sebagai bentuk pengabdian ini menghasilkan tambahan pemahaman yang benar mengenai potensi Aspal Buton dan pemanfaatan berbagai jenis olahan Aspal Buton dan diharapkan mampu ditindaklanjuti oleh SKPD terkait di Kab. Buton untuk memanfaatkan potensi Aspal Buton untuk bahan pembentuk Lapis Perkerasan jalan beraspal buton terutama di Kabupaten Buton.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) issues in general in Indonesia are often neglected. This is indicated by the still high number of work accidents. This general problem regarding K3 also occurs in construction operations. The construction service sector is one of the sectors most at risk of work accidents. Loss of life, material, money and time are the consequences which of course will directly hinder the implementation of construction projects. Occupational safety and health aims to create conditions that support work comfort for workers. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is often neglected, because it is considered a waste of time, moreover it costs a lot of money for (K3). Therefore, planning for Occupational Safety and Health Costs in Building Construction Projects is required. The total cost for the construction of the Poleang Central Market in Bombana district is IDR 39,927,000,000. Meanwhile, the cost allocation for the application of occupational safety and health (K3) required in the Development of the Poleang Central Market in Bombana Regency is Rp. 84,150,000.00 (0.211%). Abstract

This research wants to examine the level of public satisfaction with the services provided by the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Service through its service units. The research implementation was only focused on 4 Ferry Port UPTDs, namely the Baubau-Waara Ferry Port UPTD, the Torobulu-Tampo Ferry Port UPTD, the Amolengo-Labuan Ferry Port UPTD and the Kendari-Langara Ferry Port UPTD, where the implementation time took place from March-August 2023. The research sample was 384 passengers who had received services at the 4 UPTD ferry ports. The research results concluded that the level of community satisfaction was 77,050 or in the good category.

Abstract

Concrete is a construction material consisting of cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate which is mixed and added with sufficient water to form a dough which then hardens into hard concrete. This study aims to determine technical feasibility, the cost and the difference to the unit price based on the 2021 Regent's Regulation and to analyze the unit cost of construction of local Wakatobi materials and materials outside Wakatobi based on Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP). The method used in this study to determine the compressive strength of concrete refers to SNI 1974; 2011 and carried out observations and measurements in the laboratory with 60 specimens in the form of a cylinder with a diameter of 10 cm and a height of 20 cm with a concrete age of 28 days for each mixture variation. The results of the study obtained the compressive strength of aggregate variations on 100% Moramo coarse aggregate on crushed stone and sand with several variations. Comparison of the unit price of the Wakatobi local fine aggregate material with the outer Wakatobi fine aggregate material is 32.40% higher, the Wakatobi local coarse aggregate material unit price and the outer Wakatobi coarse aggregate material unit price is 52.17% higher. The construction unit cost for making 1 m3 of concrete using local Wakatobi materials is Rp. 1,916,756, and the construction unit cost for making 1m3 of concrete using non-wakatobi materials is Rp. 2,678,889. With a large construction unit, making 1m3 of concrete using external Wakatobi materials is 28.45% higher.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan penumpang terkait pengembangan fasilitas di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Bau-Bau dengan menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Bau-Bau pada bulan Juli hingga Agustus 2024. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 76 penumpang yang dipilih melalui pengisian kuesioner secara langsung dan melalui Google Form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan penumpang terhadap pengembangan fasilitas pelabuhan berada pada kategori puas dengan nilai CSI sebesar 0,680. Namun, analisis IPA mengidentifikasi beberapa atribut layanan yang perlu diperbaiki, khususnya kemampuan petugas pelabuhan dalam menanggapi keluhan penumpang dengan cepat. Secara keseluruhan, meskipun kinerja pelayanan sudah baik, masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk memenuhi harapan penumpang secara optimal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi pengelola pelabuhan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan ke depan.

Abstract

Pembangunan yang dilakukan di Kota Kendari membawa pengaruh pada perkembangan manusia termasuk peningkatan penduduk dan peningkatan jumlah kendaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perjalanan penduduk di Kota Kendari. Penelitian diadakan di Kota Kendari dan telah diadakan pada Bulan Mei 2024. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat Kota Kendari sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 400 masyarakat Kota Kendari. Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel jumlah anggota keluarga, jumlah anggota keluarga yang bekerja, jumlah anggota keluarga yang bersekolah, pendapatan keluarga, kepemilikan mobil dan kepemilikan motor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap bangkitan perjalanan di Kota Kendari yang direfleksikan dengan nilai Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Adapun variabel jarak tempuh dan waktu tempuh tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap bangkitan perjalanan di Kota Kendari, yang direfleksikan dengan nilai Sig. 0.075 > 0.05.
