Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1). To find out student learning outcomes in economic subjects class X Social Sciences 4 SMA Negeri Takalar through the application of cooperative learning models examples non examples. To find out student learning outcomes in economic subjects class X Science Social Sciences of SMA Negeri 4 Takalar through cooperative application type number head together? 2). To find out the differences in student learning outcomes in economic subjects class X Social Sciences 4 SMA Negeri Takalar between the application of cooperative learning model types examples non examples with type head together. This type of research is quantitative. This study was carried out on a population of 105 people, with a sample of 26 people, the results showed that: 1) student learning outcomes were higher on the implementation of cooperative learning model number head together type compared to cooperative learning models examples non examples. 2) Students are more active in learning on the application of cooperative learning model type number head together compared to cooperative learning models of examples non examples. 3) The research hypothesis which reads "There are differences in student learning outcomes in economic subjects in class X Social Sciences 4 SMA Negeri Takalar between the application of cooperative learning models examples non examples with the number head together type", apparently acceptable, based on anova table output research, which shows the value of sig.F-count = 11.250> value of Sig. = 0.000. Abstract

The main objectives of this research are: Improving the learning outcomes of Class XI Accounting Students through the application of Problem Based Learning learning models at State 1 Gowa Vocational School. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was carried out on 32 subjects of XI Accounting research at State 1 Gowa Vocational School. The results showed that: The application of the Problem Based Learning learning model could improve the accounting learning outcomes of the 11th grade students of Accounting at the State Vocational School 1 Gowa ". The main objectives of this research are: Improving the learning outcomes of Class XI Accounting Students through the application of Problem Based Learning learning models at State 1 Gowa Vocational School. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was carried out on 32 subjects of XI Accounting research at State 1 Gowa Vocational School. The results showed that: "The application of Problem Based Learning learning models can improve accounting learning outcomes for eleventh grade students of Accounting at 1 Gowa State Vocational High School". Indications of improvement in learning outcomes can be seen from the increasing trend of student learning outcomes from the initial conditions, cycle I, and cycle II, and the achievement of completeness of student learning outcomes in cycles I and II, as follows: Implementation of cycle I actions, obtained student learning outcomes, average the value of 45, the standard deviation 15, then the students who complete there are 5 people or 15.63%, students who are not complete there are 27 people or 84.38%. In the implementation of the second cycle of action student learning outcomes increased, with a total value of 2,319, an average score of 72, a standard deviation of 7, then complete students there were 28 people or 87.50%, students who did not complete there were 4 people or 12.50%. Thus both individually and classically exceed the achievement indicators of the KKM, which is 70 for individual achievement scores and 70% for KKM class achievements. Keywords: Problem Based Learning Learning Model, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the content of carbohydrates in the manufacture of soy sauce with the addition of old coconut water and young coconut water. This research was conducted in the laboratory of Biology STKIP-PI Makassar and test of carbohydrate content in Biology Laboratory of Makassar State University. The method used in this research is Spectrophotometer method with wavelength 540 nm. Data obtained from carbohydrate test results were analyzed by using descriptive qualitative, the results showed that with the addition of coconut water effect on the carbohydrate content in the making of soy sauce with the highest carbohydrate content in coconut water soy sauce with the concentration of 15% is 7% carbohydrate level. The result of this research can be concluded that the higher concentration of old coconut water and young coconut water in the making of soy sauce, the higher the carbohydrate level. Abstract

Insekta atau serangga merupakan spesies hewan yang jumlahnya paling dominan di antara spesies hewan lainnya dalam filum Arthrophoda dan memiliki peran penting dalam rantai ekosistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis serangga tanah yang terdapat pada beberapa tipe habitat di Desa Nanga Mbaling Kecamatan Sambi Rampas Kabupaten Manggarai Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel serangga dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkap sumuran (pitfall trap) dan dikoleksi setelah dua hari perangkap dipasangkan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan dokumentasi, sedangkan data yang didapatkan dianalisis menggunakan software PAST (Paleontological analysis statistik). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis-jenis serangga tanah yang terdapat pada beberapa Tipe Habitat di Desa Nanga Mbaling, Kecamatan Sambi Rampas, Kabupaten Manggarai Timur propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur terdapat 19 spesies dari 17 famili, dengan Indeks keanekaragaman serangga tanah pada beberapa tipe habitat yaitu: stasiun I nilai H adalah 1,855, stasiun II nilai H adalah 1,757 sedangkan stasiun III nilai H adalah 1,607.Kata kunci: serangga, identifikasi, pitfall trap.

Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk yang semakin pesat dan disertai dengan penyebaran permukiman akan mempengaruhi jumlah limbah cair yang dibuang, yang akan berdampak pada pencemaran di lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kadar logam plumbum (Pb) yang terkandung dari hasil tangkapan ikan nila (Oreochormis niloticus Linn) di Waduk Tunggu Pampang Makassar. Metode penelitian dibagi menjadi dua tahap, yaitu pengambilan sampel dan menganalisis kandungan timbal (Pb) sampel tersebut. Pengambilan sampel terdiri dari ikan kecil, ikan sedang dan ikan besar. Kandungan logam berat plumbum (Pb) dalam sampel kemudian diuji di Kantor Pusat Laboratorium Dinas Kesehatan Kota Makassar. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar logam plumbum (Pb) pada nila (Oreochormis niloticus linn) hasil tangkapan nelayan di waduk pampang menunggu Makassar mengandung logam berat positif tetapi masih dalam ambang batas sesuai dengan ketentuan 1,5 mg / kg berdasarkan kepala badan pengawas Obat dan Minuman Repobblik Indonesia 2009 no. HK.00.06.1.52.4011. Kandungan hasil tangkapan logam berat Pb nila (Oreochormis niloticus linn) nelayan di waduk Pampang Makassar berturut-turut berukuran kecil, sedang dan besar 0,03 mg / l, 0,02 mg / l, dan 0,02 mg / l. Dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan kisaran kandungan logam berat timbal (Pb) yang ditemukan di nila (Oreochormis niloticus Linn) hasil tangkapan nelayan di waduk Tunggu Pampang Makassar masih layak untuk dikonsumsi. Kesimpulan: kandungan logam timah hitam (Pb) yang mengandung nila (Oreochormis niloticus Linn) yang ditangkap oleh nelayan di Waduk Tunggu Pampang Makassar masih dalam batas normal sehingga ikan tersebut masih layak untuk dikonsumsi.

Abstract

Pesisir merupakan kawasan yang rentan mengalami penurunan kualitas perairan akibat masuknya bahan-bahan pencemar hasil aktivitas antropogenik dari daratan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengkaji kualitas perairan berdasarkan keanekaragaman meiofauna dan parameter fisika-kimia di pesisir Losari, Makassar. Selain itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh parameter fisika-kimia terhadap keanekaragaman meiofauna di dasar perairan. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data secara purposive sampling. Status kualitas perairan di pesisir Losari dikategorikan sebagai perairan yang tercemar berat, hal ini didasarkan pada tingkat keanekaragaman spesies meiofauna yang sangat rendah dan sebagian besar parameter fisika-kimia perairan yang tidak memenuhi baku mutu yang telah ditentukan oleh pemerintah RI melalui Kep. MLH. No. 51 Tahun 2004. Kecerahan, DO, Suhu, kedalaman, salinitas, dan nitrat sedimen merupakan parameter fisika-kimia yang berkorelasi positif atau berpengaruh terhadap tingkat keanekaragaman meiofauna. Adapun parameter lingkungan perairan yang berkorelasi negatif terhadap tingkat keanekaragaman meiofauna di pesisir Losari, diartikan sebagai hubungan yang tidak menguntungkan. Kondisi ini terjadi akibat meiofauna merasa terganggu atas sebaran fosfat sedimen, nitrat air laut, fosfat air laut, dan pH yang tidak memenuhi baku mutu air laut.ABSTRACTThe Coastal zone are susceptible to decreasing water quality due entry of pollutants from anthropogenic activities in the mainland. This study assessed water quality based on meiofauna diversity and physical-chemical parameters in the Losari coast, Makassar. Furthermore, this study was to analyze the physical-chemical parameters effect on the diversity of meiofauna at the seabed. It employed a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique. Water quality status on the Losari coast categorized as heavily polluted waters, this based on low level of meiofauna species diversity and most of the physical-chemical parameters does not meet the quality standards determined by Indonesian government through Kep. MLH. No. 51 of 2004. Brightness, DO, temperature, depth, salinity, and sediment nitrate are physical-chemical parameters positively correlated or influenced of meiofauna diversity level. The aquatic environmental parameters negatively correlated with meiofauna diversity level in the Losari coast are interpreted as an unfavorable relationship. This condition occurs because the meiofauna feel disturbed by distribution of sedimentary phosphate, seawater nitrate, seawater phosphate, and pH that does not meet seawater quality regulations.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTelur asin adalah salah satu pangan yang mengandung berbagai nutrisi, namun mudah terkontaminasi oleh bakteri. Hal ini dikarenakan nutrisi dalam telur dimanfaatkan oleh mikroba untuk pertumbuhannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah telur asin yang dijual di Pasar Pa’baeng-baeng Makassar masih layak dikonsumsi atau tidak berdasarkan analisa nutrisi dan kandungan bakteri pencemarnya. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada dua pedagang di Pasar Pa’baeng-baeng, yaitu pedagang yang menjual di tempat yang terbuka dan tidak bersih, serta pedagang yang menjual di tempat yang tertutup dan bersih. Metode penelitian secara kualitatif kemudian hasilnya dibandingkan dengan SNI. Analisis kandungan nutrisi menggunakan metode Kjehdal, gravimetri dan ekstraksi pelarut sedangkan penentuan angka lempeng total bakteri menggunakan Standard Plate Count. Deteksi Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella sp., dan Escherichia coli menggunakan medium spesifik MSA, SSA dan EMBA dengan melihat perubahan warna yang terbentuk sebagai indikator. Hasil analisa kandungan nutrisi diperoleh kadar air 62,06 %, kadar abu 6,40 %, protein 16, 34%, serat kasar 0,000 %, karbohidrat 0,88 %  dan lemak 14,33 %. Hasil ALT telur asin dari tempat  tertutup < 1 CFU/g dan tempat terbuka yaitu 6,8 x 103 CFU/g serta tidak mengandung Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella sp., dan Escherichia coli. Telur asin di Pasar Pa’baeng-baeng Makassar sesuai dengan SNI dan layak dikonsumsi. Kata kunci: Pasar Pa'baeng-baeng; standard plate count; telur asin  ABSTRACTQuality analysis of salted egg from the Pa'Baeng-baeng market based on nutritional contents and contaminants. Salted eggs are one of the foods that contain various nutrients, but they are easily contaminated by microbes. This is because the nutrients contained in the egg are utilized by microbes for their growth. This study aims to determine whether salted eggs sold in Pa'baeng-baeng market are still suitable for consumption or not based on nutritional analysis and the content of microbial pollutants. Sampling was carried out on two traders in Pa'baeng-baeng market, traders who sold in open and unclean places, and traders who sold in closed and clean places. This was a qualitative research and the results were compared with SNI. Analysis of nutrient content using the Kjehdal method, gravimetry and solvent extraction. Determination of total plate count of microbes use standard plate count method. Detection of Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella sp., and Escherichia coli using specific medium MSA, SSA and EMBA by observing the color change formed as an indicator. The results of the analysis of nutrient content obtained water content of 62.06%, ash content of 6.40%, protein 16, 34%, crude fiber 0.000%, carbohydrates 0.88% and fat 14.33%. The results of ALT salted eggs from closed < 1 CFU/g and open places were 6.8 x 103 CFU/g and did not contain Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella sp., and Escherichia coli. Salted eggs at Pa'baeng-baeng market are in accordance with SNI and are suitable for consumption. Keywords: Pa’baeng-baeng market; salted egg; standard plate count

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with very diverse natural resources, including the richness of plant species. The ancestors of the Indonesian people have used these natural resources very wisely, such as knowledge about traditional medicine. Indonesia is also inhabited by around 300-700 ethnic groups, each ethnic group has a different culture, tradition and local wisdom. This study aims to determine the types of medicinal plants, the organs used and how to process medicinal herbs by the people of Waur Village, District. Kei Besar, Southeast Maluku Regency, Maluku Province. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research data were then analyzed descriptively and presented in the form of descriptions and tables. The results of the study show that there are 20 species of plants that are used by the people of Waur Village, Maluku Province. The most widely used organs are leaves and the most widely used method of processing ingredients is boiling.

Abstract

This research was conducted in July-September 2018 on the track of the Ramma valley on Mount Bawakaraeng, Gowa Regency from July to September 2018. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. Observation using transects made 20 plots measuring 2x2 meters. Species samples in the plot were taken and then photographed and identified. This study aims to determine the types and diversity of cover plants (herbs and shrubs) found in the Ramma Valley climbing route on Mount Bawakaraeng, Gowa Regency. The research found 24 species consisting of 19 herbs and 5 shrubs. The diversity index (H ') of herb plants is 2.451 which is moderate, for shrubs it is 1.379 which is low.
