Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the process of solving mathematical problems based on students' Adversity Quotient. This research was conducted in class VIII B of MTs Tanwirul Qulub for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The subjects consisted of 6 people, namely 2 students in the climber category, 2 students in the camper category, and 2 students in the quitter category. Data collection techniques used were pre-test, post-test, questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire was used to find out the Adversity Quotient of students based on the 3 categories as a whole. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that the process of solving students' mathematical problems based on the Adversity Quotient for the climber, camper, and quitter categories has different processes. Students based on the Adversity Quotient in the climber category are able to carry out the process of solving mathematical problems well on 4 problem solving indicators with the maximum which results in success in solving the problems they face. Students based on the Adversity Quotient in the camper category are able to understand the problem well, plan the correct solution to the problem, carry out the settlement plan well, but are not optimal in checking again. Students based on the Adversity Quotient quitter category have not fulfilled the four indicators of mathematical problem solving.

Abstract

Archiving data on residents of Bluluk Village and writing letters manually are considered to be less effective and less efficient. In addition to the bureaucracy that takes up a lot of space, writing letters manually takes a lot of time. Innovation using simple technology really needs to be utilized, in order to help the community and Bluluk village officials. Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities for Darul Ulum Lamongan Islamic University students held training on archiving digitization and the process of submitting letters as a work program by the Digital Village team in Bluluk Village. This study uses a qualitative method. The purpose of this digitization training activity is to streamline and streamline the process of data archiving and submission of letters. This can be marked by the administrative process for submitting letters that is shorter and can be done anywhere. The public only needs to take the letter if the letter submission has been validated by an authorized device. The results of filling in the recitation of letters from residents can be printed directly without making a detailed letter per submission.

Abstract

This research is a development research that aims to develop Problem Based Learning Independent Curriculum Worksheets (LKPD) on Trigonometry material that are valid, practical, and effective to improve students' Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The LKPD developed is part of the teaching module of the Independent Curriculum. This study uses the 4D development model, which consists of the Defining, Designing, Developing, and Deployment stages. However, the Deployment stage is not carried out. The trial was carried out on Class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Sekaran, Lamongan City. The analysis techniques used in this study were grouped into three, namely analysis of LKPD validity data, analysis of LKPD practicality data, and analysis of LKPD effectiveness data. The results showed that the LKPD Independent Curriculum based on Problem Based Learning on Trigonometry material that was developed met the valid, practical, and effective categories to improve students' HOTS. Validity is shown by the average percentage of LKPD validation results is 91%. Practicality is indicated by (1) the average percentage of LKPD implementation is 92%, (2) the percentage of teacher responses is 94%, and (3) the percentage of student responses is 88%. Effectiveness is shown by (1) the average percentage of student activity is 87% and (2) the HOTS increase of students from written assessments is 96%.
