Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge management on employee performance through job descriptions at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar. So the objectives to be achieved in this study are; 1). To find out and analyze the direct effect of knowledge management on job descriptions at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar, 2). To find out and analyze the direct effect of job descriptions on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar, 3). To find out and analyze the indirect effect of knowledge management on employee performance through job descriptions at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar. The type of research data used in this study is the type of quantitative data, by means of data collection techniques namely; observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The sampling method used in this study was non-probability sampling - purposive sampling to obtain 61 samples or respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is; validity and reliability test, and normality test as a prerequisite for the classical assumption test. And the data analysis method uses path analysis with the r test, t test and f test The results of this study indicate that: partially knowledge management and job description variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and knowledge management has an effect on employee performance through job descriptions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memaparkan tentang upaya pengembangan sumber daya manusia berdasarkan pendekatan total quality management di Politeknik Maritim AMI Makassar. Pendekatan total quality management digunakan sebagai strategi agar lembaga ini dapat bertahan dan unggul dalam kompetisi dengan lembaga lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data hasil penelitian disajikan dalam bentuk naratif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Politeknik Maritim AMI Makassar menerapkan serangkaian langkah dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia, termasuk perencanaan, perekrutan, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia, yang dijalankan secara terencana, sistematis, dan berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas secara berkelanjutan. Implementasi total quality management telah membantu Politeknik Maritim AMI Makassar mendapatkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat, menjadikannya salah satu perguruan tinggi maritim yang diakui.

Abstract

Perkembangan perdagangan saat ini telah mendorong pelabuhan sebagai pintu gerbang perdagangan untuk mengadopsi digitalisasi. Fokus pengembangannya terletak pada peningkatan sarana dan prasarana yang terstandarisasi, dengan tujuan meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi layanan jasa kepelabuhan. Kesiapan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dengan kinerja optimal dan kualitas yang tinggi memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kecepatan pelayanan dan aktivitas yang mendukung perdagangan melalui transportasi laut. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan SDM memiliki peranan penting saat ini. Melalui SDM yang kompeten dan berkualitas, pelabuhan dapat menjadi lebih efektif sebagai pintu gerbang perdagangan. Upaya menjaga kualitas SDM dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM di lingkungan pelabuhan. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah peningkatan daya saing SDM di Indonesia, melalui peningkatan kualitas SDM yang lebih baik, merupakan faktor utama yang menentukan keberhasilan transformasi di era digitalisasi.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari bukti akurat yang mendukung dugaan bahwa adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada balai besar indusrti hasil perkebunan.Methods: Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang diambil sebanyak 45 orang dibagian fungsional tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Metode deskriptif yang digunakan adalah program komputer SPSS versi 22.Hasil: membuktikan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y, Adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transfomasional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada balai besar industri hasil perkebunan. Hal ini di tunjukkan oleh nilai signifikan dengan ketentuan yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang positif. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kinerja

Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the effect of the Promotion cost at PT. Dayaprima Nusawisesa. This research is quantitative research which is explain that highlights the influence between the variables of research with the hypothesis that has been formulated previously. Data collected through observation interview, and documentation, while data analysis using simple linear regression. The results shows that the promotion cost contained in the PT. Dayaprima Nusawisesa Makassar between other banner ads / banners, stickers, billboards, sponsorship, exhibition (rent, stationery), promotional stricken areas, congratulations etc. Proving that the promotional costs incurred by the company influence on home sales, based on the results of the determination coefficient is 0,573 or 57,3% mean changes in house sales (Y), is 57,3% influenced by promotional costs (X), while the remaining 42,7% is influenced by proposed that acceptable

Abstract

The splendor of Freedom of Learning in the educational environment and Indonesian society is visible, among the various programs there is one program that is relevant to students and industry, namely the Teaching Practitioner program. This research aims to analyze the perceptions of lecturers and students regarding implementing the Teaching Practitioner Program in Higher Education in the city of Makassar. Students, as the nation's successors who are expected to be agents of change, are required to have the ability to compete in the world of work in the future. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a random sampling technique based on cluster areas, to select lecturers and students who have participated in the program. Of the 200 questionnaires distributed, 150 respondents responded, consisting of 25 lecturers and 125 students. The research results show that the Teaching Practitioner Program at Makassar City University has positive aspects in improving the quality of learning for students and graduates, reducing the potential for unemployment, providing a dynamic learning experience, encouraging collaboration with industry, and ensuring the suitability of competencies to the needs of the world of work. This research contributes to understanding the importance of integrating education and the world of work through the Teaching Practitioner Program in higher education
