Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek pembangunan kapal, perencanaan biaya merupakan fungsi yang paling pokok dalam mewujudkan tujuan proyek seperti halnya kesesuaian biaya, waktu dan mutu perlu dilakukan secara terpadu dan menyeluruh, terlebih khusus dalam hal biaya diperlukan untuk upah dan bahan. Banyak kontraktor yang mengalami kerugian dalam proyek bangunan kapal karena harga penawaran proyek tidak mampu menutupi biaya – biaya operasional dan upah karyawan buruh. Salah satu penyebab kontraktor mengalami kerugian adalah tidak mampu menghitung biaya – biaya yang harus di keluarkan dalam proses pembangunan proyek kapal. maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem. Penyelesaian masalah produksi menggunakan metode Sugeno menggunakan konstanta atau fungsi matematika dari variabel input, dan pada proses defuzzifikasinya mengunakan metode rata-rata terpusat.

Abstract

Law is a rule that is a norm made by aiming to regulate every human behavior for example keeping order, fairness, and preventing chaos. Today's young generation is very lack of science about the law, legal learning is a fairly elusive and boring lesson and also the science of law is considered low and many are violating or defying the law, younger generations nowadays smore often play smartphones than on reading books about the law that is so thick. So they are more interested in learning the law with Android based learning media. Game application also aims to fill free time or rest time. In addition to entertainment or pleasure games also serve as learning media and can hone skills, intelligence in overcoming a problem found in a game. Besides because this game combines the learning and playing side, this game can also be used to attract the attention of the younger generation to continue to learn about the law, especially in the case of theft game application created and designed with the aim that the generation of easily more pleased to learn law on the case of theft with learning media games.  The preparation of this research in making games with waterfall method (Reqriutment, Design, Implementation, Verification and Maintenance) and to analyze using Unified Modeling Language (UML) including Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram. The learning games themselves will be developed based on Android or intended for mobile/Smartphone users. Method used in the creation of game applications using waterfall method. This game is played by one person in this game there are several Theory and quiz. Based on the test results of the general criminal law Learning games for Android based youth using CONSTRUCT2 software that this Game application can be inserted on smartphones with the minimum operating system Android.Keywords: android, hukum, pidana, game, kuis

Abstract

Batam city is known as an industrial city in Indonesia; this can be seen from a large number of Indonesians who come to the Riau Islands to work. The company standards in accepting industrial employees can be seen from various aspects, such as age, education, company, opportunities, and job vacancies. Each of these aspects can be used as a decision-making system in predicting unemployment in Batam City. The method in completing this research is using the Sugeno method by taking the highest score and using the operator and. Sugeno's work steps are four. The first is the determination of the input value, the second is the inference engine, the third is the application of the Implementation function, and the fourth is the definition to get the final value—application for determining job vacancies using Matlab software.

Abstract

A company must set a high standard of discipline so that the company can develop quickly. A good company cannot be separated from the performance of employees in the form of standard rules made. With the standard, the company can see employees who excel and can be used as examples for other employees. There are 3 generated criteria such as performance, target and absence. The main purpose of this study is to provide criteria for selecting outstanding employees in a company. This study uses mamdani which uses the lowest min value and uses the AND operator to get the results. There are four things in the Mamdani fuzzy process, the first is the fuzification of the determination of the input value, the second is the application of the implication function, the third is the inference rules and the last is defuzzification. The results of this study can be used as a standard in determining outstanding employees at PT Berkah

Abstract

This activity aims to improve the understanding of the Tiban Mas children that physics or science subjects are not only memorized but with an understanding of concepts. This service activity is carried out with the stages of providing material but not directly formulating but followed by demonstration of practical tools and simple simulations on the material by utilizing developing technology. The basic principle is to directly invite the children of the Tiban Mas Residence to demonstrate the application of the physics concepts discussed. In addition, simulations are also shown that stimulate the children of the Tiban Mas Residence to be able to think that what they do every day is always related to physics or science. The technique used in this service activity is carried out in several ways including pretest, interview (focus group discussion), concept giving, through experimental studies (props and practicum), and post test. The results of the pretest showed the results of the means 53.83, after the service activities were carried out, it was continued with the posttest whether there was an increase in the value and the means obtained were 69.16. This service activity involves not only one scientific field but a combination of the fields of physics and engineering. The need for physical science is prioritized for understanding concepts. Meanwhile, engineering science focuses on the effectiveness of the design which includes assembling, installing and experimenting with props and simulations that will be made. This scientific amalgamation increases understanding which can be seen in the increase in posttest scores.

Abstract

At present, many accidents occur on shipping, whether from human negligence or from disasters that occur without human knowledge. Then a rule is made before sailing the parties concerned must check everything related to shipping to avoid accidents. Batam is an archipelago that is connected between many islands, so that sea transportation is the main budget in crossing to various islands. Nowadays there are many accidents such as ships sinking, ships colliding and ships burning, this is due to human negligence. The main objective of this research is to improve shipping safety in Batam City, by observing the waves and engine checks when the ship is about to depart the crew must pay attention to this in order to avoid accidents on the cruise that will be used. So that the passenger safety of the ship is guaranteed. In this study using the mamdani method. The Mamdani method looks for the smallest value to the greatest value. In the Fuzzy method there are three operators, OR, AND and NOT operators. This study uses the OR operator. The steps of this research work, 1. Determine the input variable 2, determine the fuzzy set, 3, rule composition, 4, the final result is in the form of defuzification. The results of this study are in the form of a decision-making system in determining the level of maritime shipments and how to prevent them from occurring accidents in the shipping system by taking into account the input variables that have been set such as safety devices, paying attention to waves and always checking ship engines regularly. So that accidents can be avoided. So that the safety of shipping in the city of Batam is more guaranteed.

Abstract

A puzzle is an arrangement of numbers consisting of nine squares that are neatly arranged in a sequence of numbers 1 to number 8. Puzzle games are interesting, fun games and improve cognitive abilities, how to think quickly and are able to develop children's brains to increase their grasping power in solving a problem. . The problem that occurs in this study is the lack of children's ability to solve the logic of compiling puzzles, so make rules and steps to quickly complete this game. The main purpose of this research is to help children improve their thinking patterns so they can arrange numbers 1 to 8 with fast time and solutions. The method used is the Best First Search algorithm in finding the Final Goal quickly and easily. The final result of this research, after several stages of eating, the final result is that the puzzle sequence has fulfilled the final goal according to the initial data. The basic concept of solving the Best First Search Algorithm must follow the rules that have been set by running the process in accordance with existing procedures. If in the search process an unsuitable arrangement is found, then proceed with the next search until it finds the correct position in the form of a sequence of numbers 1 to 8. If it is found, the search algorithm is stopped

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering terjadi saat ini adalah kecelakaan kerja pada PT galang kapal. Faktor penyebab kecelakaan seperti, Kelalaian manusia, Peralatan yang digunkanan serta system manajeman yang diterapkan dalam proses kerja, Contoh kecelakaan kerja dari beberapa sumber Koran dan berita di kota Batam yaitu terbakar di dalam kapal,tertimpa besi berat dan wajah melepuh terkena minyak kapal. Tujuan penelitian adalah memprediksi kecelakaan kerja, memperkecil resiko kecelakaan kerja dan Cara mengantisipasi kecelakaan kerja. Medode Mamdani merupakan cara yang tepat dalam memprediksi kecelakaan kerja. Langkah kerja metode mamdani, pertama menentukan fuzification, mesin iferensi dan nilai hasil akhir berupa nilai output Hinggan menghasilkan keputusan dalam memprediksi kecelakaan kerja. Batasan dan cakupan penelitian ini 1. Memprediksi tingkat kecelakaan kerja. 2.Kriteria penyebab kecelakaan kerja 3.Menggunakan metode Mamdani dan Implementasikan menggunakan Software Matlab. Manfaat penelitian mengurangi resiko kecelakaan kerja, Kata kunci: Logika fuzzy, Metode Mamdani Defuzifikasi Abstract The problem that often occurs today is a work accident at Shipyard Companies. Factors causing accidents such as human negligence, equipment used and management systems applied in the work process. Therefore, the objective of this research is how to predict work accidents, minimize the risk of workplace accidents and how to anticipate workplace accidents. Moreover, Mamdani method is the right way to predict work accidents. The step ofMamdani method; first determinefuzzification, the efficiency of machine and the final value in the form of output values until it produces a decision in predicting work accidents. Limitation and scope of this research, 1. Predict the level of workplace accidents. 2. Criteria for the cause of work accidents 3. Using the Mamdani method and implementing it using.
