Abstract

The title of this research is the influence of empowerment and self efficacy to semployee performance at Sales Division (PT Mayora Kota Bengkulu). This research is based on important of performace in an organization. Perfomance can be influenced by several factors. The suspected factors are empowerment and self efficacy. This research aims to analyze the influence of empowerment and self efficacy to performance. The object of this research salesman in Sales Division at PT Mayora Kota Bengkulu with metode nonprobabilistic sampling method. The reason of choice this sample that the information needed can get by one group who have certainty information are sales employee. The method collected data by used questionnaire. Using multi linier regression data analysis technique, the result of this research can be concluded that empowerment and self efficacy have significant end positive influences to employee performance at sales division (PT Mayora Kota Bengkulu). Abstract

This study entitled the effect of Compensation, Job Training and Job Satisfaction on Marketing Employee Performance at PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu. The formulation of the problem in this study was whether the effect of Compensation, Job Training and Job Satisfaction on Marketing Employee Performance at PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the influence of Compensation, Job Training and Job Satisfaction on Marketing Employee Performance at PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu. This research was conducted on marketing employees of PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu. While the time of this study was conducted for 11 days, namely on 18 January to 28 January 2020. The population of this study were employees at PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu, while the sample of this research is marketing employees of PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu, amounting to 97 people. This means that the sample material uses quantitative methods. With research test data analysis techniques, the results of the study can be concluded that the respondents' perceptions about Compensation (X1), Job Training (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) affect the Performance of Marketing Employees (Y) with the results of multiple linear regression obtained the following equation: Y = 1.734 + 0.378 (X1) + 0.570 (X2) + 0.328 (X3) and the coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.802 or approximately (802%) through hypothesis testing simultaneously (simultaneously) and individually (partial) in this study by using the f test and t test, Compensation (X1), Job Training (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3), = 0.000, it means that values <0.05 show together and have significant influence. Abstract

This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The sample of this study were employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu, which numbered 96 employees by taking a minimum number of samples. Data collection using a questionnaire while data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. The results found that: Reward significantly influenced the performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the t test results show the value of tsig for the variable Reward value (X1) Namely, thit > tα/2 (4.123 > 1.98580) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050) means that Hα is accepted and H0 is rejected. Punishment significantly influenced the performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with t test results showed the value of tsig for the Punishment Value Variable (X2) t(hit) > t(α / 2) (2.929 >1.98580) and (sig α = 0.004 < 0.050 means that Hα was accepted and H0 was rejected. (3) Reward and Punishment Variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the results of the F test hypothesis above obtained by Fcount of 99.917 with Ftable value of 3.09 that is (99.917 > 3.09) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050 ), then it can be concluded that H3 is accepted. Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of Career Development and Job Promotion on the Employee Work spirit of PDAM Kota Bengkulu. This research is a quantitative study with a sample 130 respondents, and uses saturated or census sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the results of multiple linear regression tests using SPSS are Y = -0.720 + 0.438 X1 + 0.342X2. From the results of the hypothesis test found, the Career Development (X1) has a positive effect on the work spirit of PDAM Bengkulu City employees, with the T-test results showing a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. Job Promotion (X2) has a positive effect on employee work spirit in PDAM Kota Bengkulu, with T test results showing a significance value of 0.005 <0.05. The T test and the F test show that career development and promotion have a significant effect on work spirit with a significance level <0.05. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In other words, career development and promotion have a significant effect both partially and jointly on employee work spirit. This is proven by the f test which shows the significance value of 0,000 <0.05. Keywords: Career Development, Job Promotion and Employee Work spirit

Abstract

This study aimed to determine affectin factors customers’ saving interest at Sumsel Babel Kcp Tanjung Sakti Bank. The data collection techniques of this study were observation, and questionnaire. The object of this study were customers of Sumsel Babel Kcp Tanjung Sakti Bank in 2019 with a total of 2855. The sample of this study was a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling with more than 100 customers. This study used the Slovin formula in sampling with an error rate of 10% and the sample in this study amounted to 97 people. This study used several data analysis techniques, namely instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent response analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of the tests that have been carried out can be concluded that Knowledge (X_1), Products (X_2) and Promotion (X3) on the dependent variable savings interest (Y). It can be seen in the F test which states the value of F_count> Ftable, namely (163.654> 2.702 ) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.050), in other word that H_3 is accepted, meaning that simultaneously Knowledge (X_1), Product (X_2) and Promotion (X3) variables have a significant effect toward customers’ saving interest (Y) at Bank Sumsel Babel KCP Tanjung Sakti. Keywords: Products, Promotion, and Interest in Saving

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover intention Pada PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah pengaruh Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasi  dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover intention Pada PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover intention Pada PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Bagian Produksi PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu. Sedangkan waktu penelitian ini dilakukan selama 1 bulan yakni pada 1 desember 2020 sampai dengan 1 januari 2021. Adapun populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bagian Produksi PT. Bukit Agkasa Makmur Bengkulu yang berjumlah 113 orang. Hal ini berarti bahan sampel menggunakan metode kuantitatif.Dengan teknik analisis data uji penelitian, hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi responden tentang Kompensasi (X1), Komitmen Organisasi (X2) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X3) berpengaruh terhadap Turnover intention (Y) dengan Hasil regresi linier berganda didapat persamaan sebagai berikut : Y = -2.777 – 0.246 ( ) – 0.367 (X2) – 0.553 (X3) serta koefisien determinasi sebesar R2 = 0,852 atau sekitar (852%) melalui uji hipotesis secara bersama-sama (simultan) dan sendiri-sendiri (parsial) dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji f dan uji t, Kompensasi (X1), Komitmen Organisasi (X2) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X3), = 0.000, itu berarti nilai fsig<0.05 menunjukkan secara bersama-sama dan yang berpengaruh yang signifikan. Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja                        Turnover intention

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of tangible, tangible, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on people's satisfaction at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bengkulu City. This type of research is quantitative research, the method of data collection is done by using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The sample in this study was 145 people who took care of e-KTP at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bengkulu City. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression test, test of determination and hypothesis testing. Tangible does not have a significant effect on community satisfaction, tangible has not been able to increase community satisfaction. Reliability has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, because the services provided by employees are able to increase community satisfaction. Responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, this illustrates that the reliability of employees in providing services is able to increase community satisfaction. Assurance has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, if Assurance increases, community satisfaction will increase. Empathy has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction because the empathy given by employees is able to increase community satisfaction. Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of work culture, work environment and leadership on employee motivation at PT. Sinar Commerce Prosperous. This type of research is quantitative research, data collection methods are carried out by using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The sample in this study were 35 employees at PT. Sinar Commerce Prosperous. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression test, determination test and hypothesis test. The results showed that work culture has a positive effect on employee motivation at PT. Sinar Commerce Prosperous. The work environment has a positive effect on employee motivation at PT. Sinar Commerce Prosperous. Leadership has a positive effect on employee motivation at PT. Sinar Commerce Prosperous. Work culture (X_1), work environment (X2), and leadership (X3) together have a positive effect on employee motivation (Y) at PT. Sinar Commerce Prosperous.
