Abstract

The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with simple linier regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis. In this study, the population is a student of Jakarta Capital City who has social media instagram and has never bought natural tourism package. The validity test used in this research is using Convirmatory factor analysis (CFA) technique. The low validity of a questionnaire instrument can be measured by loading factor with SPSS 20.00 for Windows. Based on the results of simple regression calculation obtained a = 98.145 and b = 0.27 form regression Y = 98.145 + 0.27X. Interpretation of the regression equation model is any change of X variable scores for one unit, then the variable Y increases by 0.27 in the same direction with the constant 98.14 Provided Coefficient of Determination (KD) of 0.0225, this shows that the contribution of attitude on social media instagram (X ) to the decision of purchasing natural tourism package (Y) is equal to 2,25% and contribution by other factor equal to 97.75%. Based on t arithmetic <t table (1.485 <1.984), it means there is very low influence between attitude on social media instagram to decision of purchasing nature tour package.

Abstract

 This research used Non Probability Sampling method with Convinience Sampling technique using 100 respondents in Jakarta. This research is to find out how big influence of service quality dimension to visitor satisfaction at Setu Cultural Attraction Object limited by using tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance aimed to test the effect of these variables on the satisfaction of visitors on the Object of Culture - Setu Babakan.Based on F-test, t-test, and multiple regression test indicate that service quality dimension consist of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurance together or simultaneously affect the visitor's satisfaction significantly and the highest value that became evidence of success for the manager of Cultural Attraction Setu Babakan in providing high service to visitors.Based on the summary model of  R-Square test results, it can be seen that there is a strong correlation or correlation between service quality dimension with visitor satisfaction with value more than 50%.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik merupakan segala bentuk jasa pelayanan, baik dalam bentuk barang publik maupun jasa publik yang pada prinsipnya menjadi tanggung jawab dan dilaksanakan oleh instansi pemerintah.Akte kelahiran merupakan hak dasar seorang warganegara untuk memperoleh berbagai hak dasar seperti kesehatan dan pendidikan , akte kelahiran yang di terima masyarakat erat kaitannya dengan pelayanan publik yang diberikan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pelayanan publik pada pelayanan akte kelahiran  di Kotamadya Jakarta selatan. Dalam kenyataannya padatahun 2011 data BPS mencatat secara nasional anak usia 0-18 tahun yang telah memiliki akta kelahiran hanya mencapai sekitar 64%. Besarnya jumlah akte kelahiran sangat terkait dengan pelayanan pada Suku Dinas Dukcapil di wilayah Jakarta Selatan tempat penelitian ini. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa ada gap antara apa yang di harapkan oleh masyarakat dan pelayanan actual yang diterima masyarakat dalam elemen kualitas jasa (service quality).

Abstract

Salah satu pendapatan suatu negara berasal dsari pajak, pendapatan negara tersebut dapat diperoleh dari seluruh potensi sumber daya yang berasal dari dalam negeri. Anggaran Penerimaan dan Belanja Negara  (APBN) dari tahun ke tahun, senantiasa memberikan tugas kepada Direktorat Jenderal Pajak untuk menaikkan penerimaan pajak kepada negara. Kepatuhan wajib pajak (tax compliance) dalam memenuhi tanggung jawab perpajakan merupakan salah satu kendala yang dapat menghambat keefektifan pemungutan pajak. Usaha kecil, dan menengah (UKM) merupakan sektor ekonomi yang mempunyai peran cukup besar dalam perekenomian nasional. Namun pada kenyataanya Ketidakimbangan kontribusi UKM dalam membayar pajak  terjadi mis-match yang merupakan suatu indikasi bahwa tingkat ketaatan UKM dalam memenuhi kewajiban perpajakan masih sangat rendah.

Abstract

The analysis that is generally done in measuring the company's financial performance is the analysis of financial ratios by measuring the level of liquidity, activity, solvency, and profitability. There is another way to measure it. Financial performance measurement can be used using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method. This research method uses quantitative methods, with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted by collecting, processing, simplifying, presenting, analyzing financial statements and knowing the company's financial performance by using the Economic Value Added (EVA) calculation method in manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2019. The results of all calculations for 2015-2019 at PT Champion Pacific Indonesia Tbk do not all show an EVA value above 0, it can be seen that in 2018 the calculation results at PT Champion Pacific Indonesia Tbk show an EVA value below 0. This means that in 2018 the rate of return generated by the company This condition is lower than the level of cost or rate of return demanded by investors. This situation indicates that the value of the company is reduced (destroy value).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how financial management is to empower the community's economy at the Jami Al-Istiqomah Mosque. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation studies, and field observations. There were three informants in this study, namely the chairman of IRMI, the head of DKM and the community. The results of the study stated that currently the financial management of IRMI (Ikatan Pemuda Istiqomah Mosque) is considered not to have empowered the community's economy because there is no fixed source of funding. The presence of the GISMAS program (Community Infaq Shodaqoh Movement) can help mosque youths to stabilize the existing cash flow. In addition, there is a need for innovation to publish the results of financial reports as well as posting activities and programs for mosque youth, one of which is by creating an official website that can be accessed by all people both inside the mosque and outside the mosque environment, as well as being considered trustworthy in financial management. and transparency is guaranteed so that people believe that the money they give to mosque youth has been used properly.

Abstract

Masih maraknya penipuan investasi dan bisnis menjadi alasan, mengapa para siswa SMP perlu dibekali literasi keuangan sejak di bangku sekolah. Literasi keuangan dapat menjadi bekal para siswa , dan diharapkan menjadi siswa yang melek keuangan, tidak mudah tergiur dan tertipu oleh ajakan investasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penyuluhan secara jarak jauh (daring) dan tatap muka. Kedua cara pemberian materi secara bergantian. Awal pertemuan diadakan secara daring, lalu secara tatap muka. Kegiatan dilakukan dari bulan Mei hingga Juli 2022. Kegiatan dilakukan oleh 20 siswa Mts Nurul Hikmah Bekasi. Parameter evaluasi kegiatan dilakuan dengan tes tulis dan praktek. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada para siswa menunjukkan bahwa merek sudah mampu membedakan dan memetakan investasi yang terpercaya, mereka sudah memahami tentang e-banking, pengelolaan keuangan, dan pengenalan OJK (otoritas jasa keuangan) dan indusri keuangan. Nilai rata rata tes tulis sebesar 78, dan praktek sebesar 72.

Abstract

The entrepreneurship aspect will determine the success of rural ecotourism development. Rural ecotourism products and services should be attractive and carefully set and packed by entrepreneurs, to attract tourists. This paper studies the external factors that may affect entrepreneurial capacity in rural ecotourism. Research was conducted in four tourist villages in Bogor Regency, namely Ciasihan, Sirnajaya, Watesjaya, and Pabuaran. The 442 respondents were divided into two groups, namely the entrepreneurial group (240 respondents) and the non-entrepreneurial group (202 respondents). Closed-ended questionnaire in “one score one indicator scoring” system pattern was provided to the respondents. Data were analysed in a quantitative descriptive manner based on the average value of each indicator. Analysis of causality between variables was conducted using logistic regression analysis. The results show that external factors that significantly affect rural ecotourism entrepreneurship are dominated by social aspects (seven factors) and some aspects of the entrepreneurship ecosystem, namely 1) market, 2) finance, and 3) business culture. The highest odds ratio is in the social interaction variable, 5.459, while the lowest is in the group solidarity variable, which is 0.323. With the odds ratio of social interaction of 5.459, it can be interpreted that if social interaction in the tourist village increases, it will tend to cause success in entrepreneurship 5.459 times higher than in the absence of social interaction. By utilising raw materials derived from natural resources, the ecotourism business will encourage business actors to be more concerned with preserving resources and forests and the environment. Therefore, entrepreneurship in the field of rural ecotourism must be optimally supported by all stakeholders involved.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial learning requires the right media so that the expected results increase. This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning on entrepreneurial learning outcomes, and to determine the effect of the YouTube platform on entrepreneurial learning outcomes and to determine the effect of cooperative learning and the YouTube platform together on entrepreneurial learning outcomes. The method used is a quantitative method, using normality and homogeneity tests. Respondents were 30 students in class X SMA Alkhlas Bekasi High School, West Java. Retrieval of data by using interviews and filling out questionnaires on students. The results of the research data are processed normally and homogeneously. Cooperative learning variables and the you tube platform have an effect on entrepreneurship learning outcomes by 52.8%. Entrepreneurial learning requires practice and sharpness of expertise for students before graduating.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan agar siswa SMA dapat mengatasi sampah organik yang ada di lingkungan sekolah. Selain itu siswa juga diajarkan untuk memanfaatkan sampah anorganik menjadi barang yang bermanfaat. Isu tentang sampah, menjadi alasan mengapa topik sampah anorganik di lingkungan sekolah. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah metode penyuluhan, pendampingan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Adapun yang ikut dalam program ini sebenayak 50 siswa SMA Alikhlas kota Bekasi. Hasil kegiatan siswa mampu mengolah sampah menjadi barang yang dapat diguakan di sekolah. Siswa mendapat nilai yang cukup baik dalam memahami materi. Kegiatan ini sebaiknya dapat menjadi kegiatan rutin, agar hasil yang diperoleh maksimal. Kegiatan dapat dilakukan per semester agar siswa ikut berpartisipasi untuk menjaga kebersihan serta memanfaatkan sampah anorganik.
