Abstract

This study aims to identify the effects of direct compensation, indirect compensation and non-financial compensation on the motivation and performance of employees of private health clinics. The population of this research is private clinic employee in Lumajanga Regency with 34 respondents used as sample. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially all variables have no significant effect on motivation and performance. While simultaneously the three variables only have a significant effect on motivation but not on employee performance. In addition, this study indicates that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Coefficient of determination for motivation variable equal to 58,9% which means this variable can be explained by three independent variable in this research. This is different from the performance variable which is only 14.2%. As for the influence of motivation on the performance of coefficient of determination of 14.2%. Furthermore, this research is expected to contribute in the development of management science studies, especially human resource management so that it can become a reference for further research

Abstract

Special attention needs to be paid by the company regarding the employee's intention to leave the organization. The purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual model to prove empirically how retention management can encourage job satisfaction and commitment so that employees do not intend to leave the organization. As many as 36 account officers in Lumajang Regency are willing to become respondents. The approach used is PLS. The results showed that retention management and employee satisfaction were directly able to reduce employee intentions to leave the organization. Employee commitment has not been able to reduce the intention of employees to leave the organization. It is more important to improve the management of employee retention and job satisfaction than their commitment as an effort to minimize the intention of employees leaving the organization.

Abstract

Data obtained from the statistical office shows that Lumajang Regency, in general, is one of the largest albasia wood producers in East Java Province. Albasia wood is basically easily cultivated and minimal maintenance and is able to grow well even though the land is categorized as infertile. This is what makes people more interested in growing Albasia wood. The research objective is to analyze the optimal albasia wood raw material volume needed, to analyze the total cost of supplies, to analyze when a reorder point for albasia wood raw material is carried out, to analyze the amount of albasia wood safety stock that must be provided. Direct observation and observation activities in the field as well as taking documentation, interviews and discussions with CV. JAZINDO employees. Data Analysis Data analysis was done in a descriptive qualitative manner by recording to describe the state of the object under study based on facts and conditions that occurred in the field. Based on the results of data collection, calculation and analysis of data in 200 cm albasia wood are 945 m3, and for 260 cm albasia wood is 72 m3. Purchase of raw materials needs to be done after the inventory reaches the ROP limit. Safety stock calculation, obtained safety supplies for each type of albasia wood, namely 1543 m3 for albasia 100 cm wood, 548 m3 for albasia 130 cm wood, 848 m3 for albasia wood 200 cm, and 56 m3 for albasia wood 260 cm. With the EOQ method, it is recommended to order wood at calculated intervals.

Abstract

The internet has changed the way employees get things done. However, many have not been on target regarding the use of the internet among employees. The availability of internet facilities in many organizations is used for personal gain or what is often referred to as cyberloafing behavior. General strain theory in this research is used to explain cyberloafing behavior. This behavior is not a criminal act but violates organizational regulations caused by organizational support and employee work stress. This study aims to assess the role of organizational support and reduce employee stress levels and cyberloafing behavior. The method used is in the form of PLS ​​by involving 330 government employees in Lumajang Regency as a sample. The results showed that the organizational support felt by employees was able to reduce work stress. Employees who feel work stress will tend to behave cyberloafing. The existence of high organizational support has increased employee cyberloafing behavior. The higher the perceived organizational support, the lower the level of employee work stress, and cyberloafing behavior. An important finding in this study is that the general strain theory has been able to prove the existence of cyberloafing behavior caused by organizational support and employee work stress.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the importance of management science and company operational standardization that is applied, to know a good and correct company development strategy in accordance with operational standards of company development strategy at UD. AQMARINA. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach where the data obtained from a UD. AQMARINA in the form of observation, interviews and literature study. The data used is primary data, where the data is processed from interview data of company owners and publications. The results of this study state that the importance of management knowledge and company operational standards for strategy development is very necessary, this is because the process of organizing something is done by a group of people ororganizationto achieve these goals by working together to utilize the available resources by developing strategies. The standardization of company operations that is applied to this company is very standard, therefore it is necessary to have guidelines on the company's operational system so that it can run the company optimally. A good and correct company development strategy according to operational standards, this is done to get quality human resources with skills, work abilities, and job loyalty to a company or organization. The company's development strategy is not only skill development but also products produced in the form of product variants which are of course creative and innovative.

Abstract

The aim of this study to determine the effect of waste treatment standards, the company's internal environment, and the company's external environment on Green Supply Chain Management at timber companies in Lumajang Regency. This type of research is quantitative by looking for causal relationships. The object of this research is a timber company in Lumajang Regency. The sampling technique used was Non Probability Sampling and the technique chosen was purposive sampling with a total of 70 respondents. As The independent variable consists of waste treatment standards, the company's internal environment and the company's external environment. The dependent variable is Green Supply Chain Management. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the waste treatment standards and the company's internal environment have a significant effect on Green Supply Chain Management, while the company's external environment partially has no significant effect on Green Supply Chain Management. Simultaneously, waste processing standards, company internal environment, company external environment have a significant effect on the Green Supply Chain Management of timber companies in the district.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontrak psikologis dan komitmen organisasi karyawan yang berja dibidang usaha jasa kesehatan. Hal ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai persepsi karyawan mengenai pengaruh kontrak psikologis dan komitmen organisasi terhadap karyawan di Klinik Husada Mulia. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel penelitian yaitu karyawan di Klinik Husada Mulia Kabupaten Lumajang pada seluruh bidang kerja. Alat analisis yaitu regresi dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kontrak psikologis tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kajian ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen sumber daya manusia, sehingga dapat menjadi acuan dan pengembangan untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Husada Mulia Clinic is a private health clinic located in Lumajang. The financial analysis at this clinic initially only used fee for service method and then cooperated with JKN with capitation claim method for outpatient, Husada Mulia Clinic of Lumajang Regency should be able to adjust the strategy with existing health regulation condition. Therefore, financial performance monitoring is carried out every period to be able to manage the process of providing health services to the community in accordance with the standards. The conclusion obtained in this study is the current ratio of Financial Performance Clinic Husada Mulia Lumajang is considered high. This is the same with the debt to asset ratio and ROI of the Husada Mulia Clinic Financial Performance of Lumajang Regency is considered high. While Total Asset Turnover from Financial Performance Clinic Husada Mulia Lumajang regency is considered low. From the results of this conclusion is expected to assist the relevant parties in determining the next policy so as to improve service to the community.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi atau pengetahuan tentang altenatif investasi yang berupa program Yuk Naung Saham. Kabupaten Lumajang mempunyai penduduk yang bervariatif pendapatannya, mulai dari petani, karyawan swasta, pegawai negeri sipil dan pengusaha. Banyak sekali masyarakat beranggapan bahwa investasi itu hanya berupa tabungan di bank dan pembelian asset yang berupa tanah, sawah atau bangunan. Dari pengamatan di lapangan masyarakat lumajang lebih suka berinvestasi dengan membeli ternak. Ada yang berternak ayam dan ketika musim penghujan karena tidak tahan cuaca akhirnya banyak yang mati. Atau berternak sapi yang notabene itu sudah membudaya di Lumajang, tapi ketika sapi tersebut sudah besar resiko hilang juga besar karena terkait dengan keamanan di desa. Tidak jauh beda dengan membeli tanah/sawah, karena masyarakat kurang paham dengan legalitas hukum maka tidak sedikit yang tertipu atas pembelian asset tersebut. Oleh karena itu pentingnya berinvestasi dalam bentuk saham sangat berperan aktif tidak hanya pada kebutuhan ekonomi investor tetapi memberikan sumbangan yang besar terhadap pendapatan negara dari sisi investasi. Manfaat dari investasi saham sendiri antara lain yaitu dapat meningkatkan asset dari deviden yang dimiliki. Menghindari jeratan hutang disaat waktu tertentu kita membutuhkan keuangan secara mendadak. Bisa menjadikan hidup lebih hemat dengan menentukan sekala prioritas kebutuhan. Dan lebih efektifnya yaitu dengan berinvestasi saham kita lebih menyiapkan untuk kebutuhan dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Kemasan yang dirancang dengan desain yang bagus dan terkonsep dengan matang akan menimbulkan persepsi dalam benak konsumen bahwa produk yang ditawarkan berkualitas bagus. Oleh karena itu, pemilik brand memiliki tim khusus yang melibatkan desainer produk maupun desainer grafis profesional untuk merancang kemasan produk yang tak hanya memiliki nilai fungsional tapi juga nilai estetika yang tinggi. Merancang desain kemasan yang efektif memerlukan pengetahuan yang luas mulai dari desain produk hingga strategi pemasaran. Oleh karena itu disinilah fungsi dari pengabdian masyarakat ini diberikan agar masayarakat memahami terkait model kemasan, design logo kemasan, stiker kemasan, membuat olahan tahan lama.
