Abstract

Anton Robiansyah, Dwi Novita, Furqonti Ranidiah; This study aims to analyze the effect of audit quality and institutional ownership on the cost of debt. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011-2014. The type of research used in this study is empirical research. The sampling technique used was purposive sample and selected 72 unit analysis companies. The data analysis tool in this test uses OLS (ordinary least square), which wants to see the effect of audit quality and institutional ownership on the cost of debt.Based on the results of this study indicate that audit quality has a negative effect on the cost of debt with a significance level of 0.014 which means that the company that chooses the BIG4 KAP has a good reputation and this is seen as a positive thing for the creditor. Whereas institutional ownership does not affect the cost of debt with a significance level of 0.847 indicating that the presence or absence of institutional ownership of companies - companies in Indonesia does not affect the institutional ownership relationship and the cost of debt.

Abstract

Abstract This business plan aims to make it easier to run a business by knowing practical steps in dealing with competition, promotions, and etc., to be more effective and profitable, easier business supervision, and as material for strategy development and business evaluation. This business plan uses SWOT analysis, Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning analysis, and Marketing Mix analysis. This business plan explains how XYZ Hospital develops business through Telemedicine XYZ (t-XYZ) to improve the quality of hospital services. This business development plan is projected to get annual profits that always increase, with a payback period of less than one year, NPV values ​​more than zero or positive, and the profitability index value more than zero or 3.4. With these criteria, the business plan is feasible and profitable to run. Keywords: Business plan, Telemedicine, SWOT, STP, Marketing mix. Abstrak Rencana bisnis ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah dalam menjalankan bisnis dengan mengetahui langkah-langkah praktis menghadapi persaingan, promosi, dan lain-lain agar lebih efektif dan menguntungkan, mempermudah pengawasan bisnis, dan sebagai bahan untuk pengembangan strategi dan evaluasi bisnis. Rencana bisnis ini menggunakan analisis SWOT, Segmentasi, Penargetan, dan analisis Positioning, dan analisis Bauran Pemasaran. Rencana bisnis ini menjelaskan bagaimana Rumah Sakit XYZ mengembangkan bisnis melalui Telemedicine XYZ (t-XYZ) untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan rumah sakit. Rencana pengembangan bisnis ini diproyeksikan untuk mendapatkan laba tahunan yang selalu meningkat, dengan waktu pengembalian kurang dari satu tahun, nilai NPV lebih dari nol atau positif, dan nilai indeks profitabilitas lebih dari nol atau 3,4. Dengan kriteria ini, rencana bisnis layak dan menguntungkan untuk dijalankan. Kata kunci: Rencana bisnis, Telemedicine, SWOT, STP, Bauran Pemasaran.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi apa yang diterapkan RBTV saat ini untuk menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat dalam industri media televisi khususnya media televisi lokal di Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi bersaing yang dapat diterapkan RBTV dalam menghadapi persaingan tersebut. Dengan mengetahui peluang dan ancaman dari lingkungan eksternal RBTV serta mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimilikinya akan dapat menyusun dan menetapkan formulasi strategi untuk menemukan alternatif strategi untuk bisa bersaing dengan industri televisi lokal lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Teknikan alisis data dengan menggunakan Matriks EFE, Matriks IFE, Matriks SWOT, Matriks IE, dan Matriks Quantitative Strategic Planning Model (QSPM). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disismpulkan bahwa dalam matriks QSPM didapatkan strategi pengembangan produk yang merupakan strategi yang paling baik untuk dijalankan oleh RBTV dengan total attractiveness scores tertinggi, yaitu sebesar 6,474. Pada matriks EFE diperoleh total skor sebesar 3,330 yang menunjukan bahwa RBTV sudah mampu merespon setiap peluang dan meminimalkan ancaman dengan baik. Sedangkan pada matriks IFE didapatkan total skorsebesar 3,145 yang menunjukan bahwa RBTV mempunyai posisi yang kuat secara internal dan mampu memanfaatkan kekuatan yang dimiliki untuk menutupi kekurangan. Matriks IE menunjukan bahwa RBTV berada pada kuadran I, strategi yang digunakan dalam kondisi kuadran I adalah strategi integrasi (integrasi horizontal) dan strategi intensif (penetrasi pasar, pengembangan produk, dan pengembangan pasar).

Abstract

ABSTRACT Tax is a mandatory contribution of citizens in the life of the state as a contribution to national development. However, in practice, there are still cases of tax evasion that are most often carried out by companies. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of institutional ownership on tax avoidance (2) the effect of the Independent Board of Commissioners on tax avoidance and (3) the effect of profitability on tax avoidance in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study consisted of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period which found 18 companies using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis test. The result is partially, institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners and profitability have no effect on tax avoidance. So, partially the independent variables in this study have no effect on the dependent variable. ABSTRAK Pajak merupakan kontribusi wajib warga Negara dalam kehidupan bernegara sebagai kontribusi dalam pembangunan nasional. Akan tetapi dalam praktiknya, masih ditemukan kasus penghindaran pajak (tax avoidance) yang kebanyakan dilakukan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional terhadap penghindaran pajak (tax avoidance) (2) pengaruh Dewan Komisaris Independen terhadap penghindaran pajak (tax avoidance) dan (3) pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap penghindaran pajak (tax avoidance) pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2019 yang berjumlah 18 perusahaan dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasilnya secara parsial, kepemilikan institusional, dewan komisaris independen dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance (penghindaran pajak). Jadi, secara parsial variabel independen dalam penelitian ini tidak ada memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh In Store Media , Signane dan Display terhadap keputusan pemebelian produk pakaian di PT. Matahari Department Store. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif,populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen PT. Matahari Department Store Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 120 orang. Teknik Pengumpulan Data menggunakan observasi , kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Uji Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan In Store Media berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Produk Pakaian di PT. Matahari Department Store Kota Bengkulu, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t menunjukan nilai thit >tα /2 (8.193 >1.9840) dan (sig α = 0,000 < 0,050). Signane berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Produk Pakaian di PT. Matahari Department Store Kota Bengkulu, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t menunjukan nilai thit>tα/2 (2.689 > 1.9840) dan (sig α = 0,043 <0,050 ). Display berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Produk Pakaian di PT. Matahari Department Store Kota Bengkulu, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t menunjukan nilai thit> tα/2 (2.480 > 1.9840) dan (sig α = 0,034 <0,050 ). Koefisien determinasi R2 = 0, 646 nilai mempunyai makna bahwa In Store Media (X1), Signane (X2), dan Display (X3) memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan pengaruh sebesar 0, 646 atau 64,6% terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) pada Produk Pakaian di PT.

Abstract

Non Performing Financing (NPF) is a channeling of funds carried out by financial institutions such as Sharia Banks where in the implementation of financing payments by customers there are things such as non-current financing, financing where debtors do not meet the promised requirements, and the financing does not comply installment schedule. This study aims to determine the effect of internal and external factors on Non-Performing Financing (NPF). Internal factors include Allowance for Impairment Losses (CKPN) and Operating Expenses for Operating Income (BOPO); Macroeconomic factors include Gross Domestic Product and Inflation. Data collection techniques in this study are documentation in the form of quarterly financial statements of Islamic banks and statistical data for the 2015-2019 period. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis test, classic assumption test, multiple regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that: (1) Allowance for Impairment Losses (X1) affects the Non Performing Financing (NPF) with a sig value of 0,000 (0,000 <0.05). Operating Expenses Against Operating Income (X2) does not significantly influence the Non Performing Financing (NPF) with a sig value of 0.763 (0.763 > 0.05). Gross Domestic Product (X3) does not significantly influence the Non Performing Financing (NPF) with a sig value of 0.554 (0.554> 0.05). Inflation (X4) does not significantly influence the Non Performing Financing (NPF) with a sig value of 0.001 (0.001< 0.005).

Abstract

Kasus COVID-19 pertama kali di Indonesia diumumkan pada 2 Maret 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terjadi perbedaan yang signifikan dari harga saham dan volume transaksi saham karena adanya pandemi COVID-19 (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Perkebunan di Bursa Efek Indonesia). Data penelitian ini diambil selama 6 bulan sebelum dan 6 bulan sesudah diumumkannya kasus pertama COVID-19 di Indonesia. Data diolah dengan Uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test, dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Dari hasil pengolah data, menunjukkan terjadi perbedaan signifikan pada harga saham sebelum dan sesudah diumumkannya kasus pertama COVID-19 di Indonesia. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikasi 0.000 < 0,05. Dimana harga saham mengalami penurunan dibandingkan sebelum adanya kasus COVID-19. Sedangkan untuk volume transaksi saham juga menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan. Dimana nilai signifikasinnya 0,091 < 0,05. Volume transaksi saham sesudah pengumuman kasus COVID-19 menunjukkan nilai yang meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, profitability and corporate social responsibility on firm value. This study used secondary data. The object of the study was LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The number of respondents were 28 companies. The data analysis technique of this study used the SPSS program and multiple linear regression. The results of the study state that liquidity has a positive and significant effect on firm value, with a sig value of 0.008. Laverage has no effect on firm value, with a sig value of 0.216. Profitability has no effect on firm value, with a sig value of 0.370 and Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive and significant effect on firm value, with a sig value of 0.039.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether financial performance as measured by Non Performing Loans (NPL), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has an effect on firm value and whether Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) moderates the relationship between financial performance. to the value of the company. The study was conducted on banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. This study uses the purposive sampling method, with the number of companies 12 x 3 years of research and a total sample of 36. The statistical method used is SPSS multiple linear regression, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with hypothesis testing, partial t statistical test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study state that: NPL has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, with a significance of 0.128. LDR has a negative and significant effect on firm value, with a significance of 0.027. CAR has a positive and significant effect on firm value, with a significance of 0.007. with an adjusted r square value of 25.5%. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) cannot moderate the relationship between financial performance as measured by NPL and firm value. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) cannot moderate the relationship between financial performance as measured by LDR and firm value.
