<![CDATA[Globalization has raised concerns about the celebration of the Indonesian nation's day. The flow of informatics and telecommunications has actually created a tendency towards the fading of cultural values. This study aims to identify the impact of globalization on human resources in elementary schools. This research is a non-research research, namely library research. Literature or libraries used in this research are books, journal articles, proceedings, and research reports as listed in the bibliography. The results of globalization research have positive and negative impacts, especially in the elementary school environment including easy access to information in the field of education, can improve the quality of education, can encourage students to create innovative works and globalization can reduce student morale.
