Abstract

This research has a purpose to result a product like business principles learning module which bases an improvement to improve the students of Pemasaran Vocational High School.It is started by need analysis and ended by testing for the user.The result of research shows that this module can guide students to think more critically to find new concepts about  about a material being learnt, happening an active interaction among students and feedback,upgrading,and enrichment activity where students have a full role in learning activity.Besides having expediency to be applied,Improve -based module can create learning which is more meaningful for students

Abstract

The purpose of this research aimed to know the number of training which is followed by teachers during their working period as the teacher of economics. Furthermore, this study addressed to know the professional level of teacher, and to understand the influence of education and training to the professional teacher of economic education, research towards teachers of state high school in Banda Aceh. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach with descriptive research type while the sample was taken by using random sampling technique is only 28 economic teachers from 10 high schools in Banda Aceh. Data analysis technique is accomplished by using simple correlation analysis formula. There may be positive and significant relationship between education and training  with professional economic education teachers in 10 state senior high schools in Banda Aceh,

Abstract

This article aims to provide feasible Correspondence module based on Problem Based Learning model to improve problem solving ability and learning outcomes of learners in Vocational High School 1 Malang. The method uses the Dick & Carey development model that has been modified by researchers. Data collection instruments used include structured interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Finding the result of the research, feasibility the subject module Correspondence Problem Based Learning achieved. In addition, there is also a significant difference between the average of control and experimental class problem solving abilities. Significant differences were also found in the mean of posttest learning outcomes between the experimental class and control class. The increase of pretest learning outcomes with control class posttest is significantly different from the average of pretest learning outcomes with experimental class posttest.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe in depth the reality of the role of Kiai in establishing the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) accountability. The research perspective used in this study is to use the interpretive paradigm with qualitative research methods and use a collective case studies approach (collective or multiple case study). The use of collective case studies is carried out because in this study not only carried out at the PBNU central office (Pengurus Besar Nahdlatul Ulama), but also at the regional administrator's office, branch administrator’s office, muslimat administrator’s office, and Islamic boarding school. From the results of the research it was found that besides the role of Kiai, NU also had its own way of accountability. NU's accountability process is called Typical Accountability of Lillahita'ala and Ikhlas in the style of Nahdlatul Ulama.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine the effect of self efficacy and adversity quotient on entrepreneurial intentions of students of SMK Negeri 1 Kanor Bojonegoro. This study uses descriptive research and quantitative approach. The Respondent in this study is 56 students of Grade XI of State Vocational School 1 Kanor from Marketing Department. Saturated sampling is a technique used for sampling in this study. Questionnaires and structured interviews used in data retrieval techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression equations. In this study provide conclusions: 1) there is an effect of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions in Grade XI SMK Negeri 1 Kanor, Department of Marketing, 2) there is an influence of adversity quotient on entrepreneurial intention in Grade XI students of State Vocational School 1 Kanor Department of Marketing, 3) there are self-influences simultaneous efficacy and adversity quotient on entrepreneurial intentions in Grade XI SMK Negeri 1 Kanor, Department of Marketing. The ability of self efficacy and adversity quotient variables explains the effect on entrepreneurial intentions by 48 percent.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide business principles learning module which bases an improvement to enhance the students of Marketing Vocational High School. It was started by need analysis and ended by testing for the user. The findings of research showed that the module guides students to think critically in finding new concepts about learning materials. An active interaction among student and feedback, upgrading, and enrichment activity where students have a full role in learning activity also happened during lesson. Besides having expediency to be applied, the module creates meaningful learning for students.
