Abstract

This study aims to confirm the role of students' businessdetermination after completing entrepreneurship courses on productivebehavior by reinforcing the academic climate experienced by students andensuring the role of strong ideals and enthusiasm among students. Thisresearch primarily focused on students who have completedentrepreneurship courses in various study programs at the University ofMataram. The study involved students' attitudes in the form of determinationthat reflect the strong aspirations and enthusiasm of doing business and theirinfluence on efforts to realize entrepreneurial intentions, in establishing novel,creative, innovative and innovative technology-based startup. It alsomeasured how dare the students to take measurable risks. It comprehensivelyproved that student entrepreneurial behavior can be established on the basisof a strong desire to become entrepreneurs from the beginning of study, withthe support of business knowledge and skills and strengthening the academicclimate that creates psycho-social conditions such as academics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess platform preservation in online learning based on subject type and skills to be achieved. A challenge in the new normal era that requires online learning, but internet access is still considered expensive to reach financially. The new in this research is a topic that examines online learning for Islamic business schools under the ministry of religion, which, of course, has different characteristics from other business schools in Indonesia. Research Methods is using a mixed-method. Descriptive statistics using 86 respondents were used to explore the right platform to improve competence. Qualitative methods are used to find out the reasons for the preference for platforms and explore the problems that exist in using learning platforms. The use of digital platforms as online learning media in Islamic business schools needs to pay attention to the conditions of the ability to access the internet and gadgets, interactions, features that help to learn, and human factors. Necessary to collaborate with several learning media according to the needs and learning objectives.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has been a primary issue, and the educational sector has responded to this issue by providing various alternative learning activities to provide the indifference essence as in the normal situation. In more specific, this study aims to examine the implementation of blended synchronous learning-based and its impact on students’ critical thinking in economics. This study applied mixed methods, quasi-experimentally by using non-equivalent control group design research to determine the different changes during the experimental period. The findings of the study indicate that in addition to diminishing tedium in the classroom, blended synchronous learning outraces the conventional learning and can explain an increase in critical thinking abilities of students. Additionally, this study demonstrates the remarkable different between treated students and control group in the term of critical thinking from the perspective of SOLO taxonomy.Keywords—blended synchronous learning, critical thinking ability, blended learning, learning management system

Abstract

This study aims at describing the characteristics of Javanese entrepreneurs in facing the digital age, the views and attitudes of Javanese entrepreneurs in entrepreneurship in the digital age, to describe the processes experienced by Javanese ethnic entrepreneurs in facing the digital age. The approach used in this study used a qualitative research approach using the type of case study research, data collection procedures used were observation, and in-depth interviews. In order to be able to obtain the validity of the data, data source triangulation was conducted by comparing the results of the interview findings of business owners as key informants with parents, employees, and customers. The subjects of this study were the owners of two stores in Malang, specifically the owner of Distro Overtoun and Art Printing stores. In this study, it was found that the characteristics of entrepreneurs and the values of Javanese culture can go hand in hand. The views and attitudes taken by the two entrepreneurs are also more open in facing the digital age. Meanwhile, the processes experienced in facing the digital age run efficiently.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the planning, implementation, relevance to student competency skills, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors of the teaching factory. This study involved a qualitative descriptive to gain a better understanding of the phenomenon and incorporated with observation technique, interviews, and documentation. The data in this research was divided into two: primary and secondary data. The primary data were collected from selected informants, and the secondary data was gathered from supporting documents in this research. The collected data further analyzed using the triangulation technique for validity and data reduction to provide a conclusion. The findings indicate that planning is realized by creating an organizational structure that manages the teaching factory. In addition, in planning students to practice in the teaching factory lab and carry out the tasks in the lab, for relevance to the competency skills in the classroom according to the existing basic competence which relevant to the existing practice in the teaching factory lab for the supporting factors, the facilities and infrastructure are already supportive. The human resources are adequate, and the inhibiting factor in terms of assistance from teachers in the lab is still lacking. Keywords: Teaching factory, Online business, Marketing, Students’ activities
