Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan dan kemampuaan peyusunan laporan keuangan. Metode yang dikembangkan dalam kegaitan penagbdian ini melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan UMKM para Pengusaha Bakery, Cake and Pastry (BCP) di Kota Blitar yang mampu mengaplikasikan manajemen pembukuan sederhana untuk usahanya dan mampu menyusun laporan keuangan secara mandiri. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh pemilik UMKM di Blitar yaitu terkait keterbatasan pengetahuan yang dimiliki dalam manajerial usaha terkait penyusunan laporan Keuangan. Hal ini mengakibatkan usaha produktif sulit  untuk  berkembang  dengan   baik  karena ketidakmampuan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang menjadi  syarat memperoleh modal tambahan dari bank atau Lembaga Keuangan lainnya. Sehingga dengan adanya kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM ini, dapat memberikan wawasan, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan bagi para pelaku usaha serta secara langsung dapat diterapkan pada penyusunan laporan keuangan usahanya.Abstract: Community Service Activities aims to increase knowledge about the preparation of financial statements and the ability to prepare financial statements. The method developed in this research activity was through training and mentoring activities in the preparation of MSME Financial Reports for Bakery, Cake and Pastry (BCP) Entrepreneurs in Blitar City that were able to apply simple bookkeeping management to their businesses and were able to prepare financial reports independently. The main problem faced by MSME owners in Blitar is related to the limited knowledge possessed in business managerial related to the preparation of financial statements. This makes it difficult for productive businesses to develop properly due to the inability to prepare financial statements which are a requirement for obtaining additional capital from banks or other financial institutions. So that the existence of training and assistance activities on the preparation of MSME financial statements, can provide insight, knowledge and skills for business actors and can directly be applied to the preparation of business financial statements.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari Pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan pendampingan tentang pentingnya sertifikasi halal pada pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) khususnya di Kabupaten Malang, memberikan wawasan tentang pengaruh sertifikasi halal terhadap kepuasan pembeli produk, terciptanya prospek usaha, serta terbentuknya pengalaman mengenai langkah-langkah pengajuan sertifikasi halal kepada LPPOM MUI menggunakan layanan online CEROL. Dengan adanya penambahan wawasan dan pengalaman tersebut dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing bagi pelaku UKM di Kabupaten Malang. Selain itu, juga mampu memperluas Multiplier effects yang positif bagi lingkungan sekitar penggiat UKM. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan melalui tahapan sosialisasi sampai pendampingan pendaftaran sertifikasi jaminan produk halal secara online pada 120 pelaku UKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner, restoran, café maupun hotel. Dengan adanya pendampingan proses sertifikasi halal ini,permasalahan tentang cara mengajukan sertifikat halal yang dianggap rumit dapat diselesaikan dan menjadi contoh perdana bagi para pelaku UKM lain nya yang ada di lingkungan Kabupaten Malang. Abstract: The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge, understanding and assistance on the importance of halal certification for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) especially in Malang Regency, providing insight into the effect of halal certification on the satisfaction of product buyers, the creation of business prospects, and the formation of experience on the steps the steps to submit halal certification to LPPOM MUI using the CEROL online service. With the addition of insight and experience, it can increase productivity and competitiveness for SMEs in Malang Regency. In addition, it is also able to expand the positive multiplier effects for the environment around SME activists. Counseling activities carried out through the stages of socialization to the assistance of online halal product certification assistance to 120 SME actors engaged in culinary, restaurants, cafes and hotels. With the assistance of the halal certification process, problems regarding how to submit halal certificates that are considered complex can be resolved and become a prime example for other SMEs in Malang Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan pendirian bank sampah organik di Desa Krejengan sebenarnya bukan hanya berorientasi pada penambahan kesejahteraan tapi juga memberikan kesadaran pro-lingkungan kepada masyarakat. Kesadaran pro-lingkungan diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan bisa menjadi budaya bagi masyarakat Desa Krejengan secara keseluruhan. Penambahan soft skill keterampilan berupa keahlian daur ulang sampah yang ditujukan bagi para pengelola bank sampah dan masyarakat desa, tujuan diberikannya soft skill ini adalah masyarakat dapat memilah sampah dengan benar dan mampu menghasilkan produk-produk bernilai jual/ ekonomis tinggi. Pengelolaan pemasukan dan pengeluaran membutuhkan peningkatan pengetahuan dalam bidang administrasi keuangan serta marketing, karena itulah dituntut pengelolaan manajemen yang efisien dan transparan dari para pengelola bank sampah Desa Krejengan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Bidang pariwisata di Indonesia kini menjadi salah satu andalan pemeritah untuk menghasilkan devisa negara. Melimpahnya kekayaan alam yang dimiliki membuat setiap daerah di Jawa Timur mulai berkembang pesat dan menunjukan keunggulannya di tiap-tiap sektor. Terutama banyaknya potensi wisata alam yang ada di Kabupaten Malang Jawa Timur yang kini sudah mulai menampakkan eksistensinya hingga mampu menarik wisatawan nasional maupun internasional. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengembangkan teknologi Self Balancing Smart Scooter sebagai wahana wisata sehat untuk menambah daya tarik pengunjung witasawan.  Teknologi Self Balancing Smart Scooter merupakan sebuah skuter roda dua bertenaga baterai. Kegiatan ini bertempat di Jl. Raya Selokerto, Godehan, Selorejo, Kec. Dau, Malang, Jawa Timur. Peserta berjumlah 25 orang dari mitra, masyarakat Desa Selorejo, dan Karangtaruna yang dilakukan selama tiga bulan. Hasil kegiatan meliputi: 1) perancangan desain, pembangunan, uji coba, hingga pembuatan sirkuit teknologi self balancing smart scooter, pelatihan perawatan teknologi self balancing smart scooter, serta evaluasi pasca kegiatan; 2) sirkuit teknologi Self Balancing Smart Scooter yang telah dibangun mampu meningkatkan pemasukan daerah; dan 3) sirkuit teknologi Self Balancing Smart Scooter yang telah dibangun mampu meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan.Abstract: The tourism sector in Indonesia has now become one of the mainstays of the government to generate foreign exchange. The abundance of natural resources owned has made every region in East Java begin to develop rapidly and show its superiority in each sector. Especially the large number of natural tourism potentials in Malang Regency, East Java, which are now starting to show their existence so that they are able to attract national and international tourists. The purpose of this Community Service is to develop Self Balancing Smart Scooter technology as a vehicle for healthy tourism to increase the attractiveness of female visitors. Self Balancing Smart Scooter Technology is a battery powered two-wheeled scooter. This activity takes place at Jl. Raya Selokerto, Godehan, Selorejo, Kec. Dau, Malang, East Java. Participants totaled 25 people from partners, the people of Selorejo Village, and Karangtaruna which carried out for three months. Abstract

Abstrak: Kecamatan Kampak, sebagian besar masyarakatnya berprofesi sebagai petani dan bekerja sebagai pembuat gula merah (solid brown sugar) yang merupakan produk olahan dari nira kelapa. Cocos nucifera termasuk pohon serbaguna yang sejak dulu dikenal sebagai penghasil bahan-bahan industri. Hampir seluruh bagian pohon ini dan olahnnya dapat dimanfaatkan. Lebih lanjut, tim pelaksana PNBP 2020 melakukan survei dan observasi pada salah satu UMKM yang sedang berkembang di Kecamatan Kampak. Unit Usaha tersebut yaitu UMKM milik Ibu Turiyem dengan nama “UMKM Lumintu”. Industri rumahan tersebut memproduksi olahan cocos nucifera atau nira kelapa menjadi berbagai macam produk bernilai jual tinggi. Produk hasil olahan tersebut meliputi gula merah bulat, gula merah kotak, manisan kembang gula, dan lain sebagainya. Masalah utama UMKM Lumintu meliputi: (1) sulit mengembangkan omzet dan pendapatan; (2) proses pengolahan nira kelapa menjadi olahan produk gula merah masih dilakukan seluruhnya secara manual (konvensional); dan (3) proses transformasi dan pengadukan memerlukan waktu yang relatif lama. Sesuai dengan bidang dari sebagian besar tim pelaksana PNBP tahun 2020, maka disepakati dikembangkan teknologi automatic liquid steering machine. Secara prinsip kerja, teknologi automatic liquid steering machine berfungsi sebagai mesin transformasi nira liquid menjadi solid brown sugar menggunakan sistem otomatis penuh dengan 4 bilah pengaduk. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dari bula Juli sampai bulan September di kecamatan Kampak, Trenggalek. Peserta sebanyak 20 orang dari pihak mitra dan warga sekitar. Kegiatan dilakukan pada bulan Juli sd September 2020. Hasil kegiatan ini meliputi: 1) terdesiminasinya teknologi automatic liquid steering machine kepada mitra dan masyarakat sekitar Kec. Kampak; 2) pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan teknologi automatic liquid steering machine untuk mitra dan masyarakat sekitar Kec. Kampak; 3) peningkatan omzet/pemasukan mitra; dan 4) peningkatan produk berbasis kearifan lokal di wilayah Jawa Timur. Abstract: In Kampak sub-district, most of the people work as farmers and work as a maker of brown sugar (solid brown sugar) which is a processed product from coconut sap. Cocos nucifera is a multipurpose tree which has long been known as a producer of industrial ingredients. Almost all parts of this tree and its processing can be used. Furthermore, the 2020 PNBP implementation team conducted a survey and observation at one of the developing MSMEs in the Kampak District. The business unit is Mrs. Turiyem's UMKM with the name "UMKM Lumintu". The home industry produces cocos nucifera or coconut juice into various high-value products. The processed products include round brown sugar, boxed brown sugar, candied confectionery, and so on. The main problems of Lumintu UMKM include: (1) difficulty in developing turnover and income; (2) the processing of coconut juice into processed brown sugar products is still done entirely manually (conventional); and (3) the transformation and stirring process takes a relatively long time. In accordance with the fields of most of the 2020 PNBP implementation teams, it was agreed to develop automatic liquid steering machine technology. In principle, the automatic liquid steering machine technology functions as a machine for transforming liquid juice into solid brown sugar using a fully automatic system with 4 stirring blades. This activity is carried out from July to September in Kampak sub-district, Trenggalek. Participants were 25 people from partners and local residents. The results of this activity include: 1) disseminating automatic liquid steering machine technology to partners and communities around the district. Ax; 2) training and assistance in the use of automatic liquid steering machine technology for partners and communities around the district. Ax; 3) increased partner turnover / income; and 4) increasing local wisdom-based products in the East Java region..

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the public relations activities of vocational high schools (SMK) in connecting between schools and the community, one of which is DU/DI. The purpose of this study was to determine public relations activities at SMK, forms of partnership with DU/DI and forms of public relations activities in supporting partnerships with DU / DI at SMK. This type of research was qualitative research. Collecting data was from a natural setting by using the researcher as a key instrument. Sources of data in the study were the results of interviews, documents, and social environment. The form of vocational partnership with DU/DI consisted of 9 cooperation forms and forms of public relations activities in support of partnerships with DU/DI was to conduct industry visits regularly, renewed the form of cooperation with DU/DI, as well as being an intermediary between Internship students and DU/DI. Overall results illustrated that school public relations activities in collaboration with DU/DI had been going well, but it had not been maximized.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to produce, to know the validation, and effectiveness of e-module based flipbook with Discovery Learning Model that is produced by researcher. The product resulted from this research and development is e-module based flipbook with Discovery Learning Model in archival with basic competencies Applying Archive Maintenance Procedures.  This research and development uses Lee & Owens consisting of 4 steps: (1) Assessment/Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Development and Implementation; (4) Evaluation. Subjects of this research and development are product technology experts, material experts, and learners. The average product technology expert validation is 95.4 percent, material expert validation is 97 percent, and student validation is 91.6 percent. The e-module is effective to be used in learning activities in the classroom as indicated by the normalized gain test > 0.7 of 0.75.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has been a primary issue, and the educational sector has responded to this issue by providing various alternative learning activities to provide the indifference essence as in the normal situation. In more specific, this study aims to examine the implementation of blended synchronous learning-based and its impact on students’ critical thinking in economics. This study applied mixed methods, quasi-experimentally by using non-equivalent control group design research to determine the different changes during the experimental period. The findings of the study indicate that in addition to diminishing tedium in the classroom, blended synchronous learning outraces the conventional learning and can explain an increase in critical thinking abilities of students. Additionally, this study demonstrates the remarkable different between treated students and control group in the term of critical thinking from the perspective of SOLO taxonomy.Keywords—blended synchronous learning, critical thinking ability, blended learning, learning management system

Abstract

Increasing the quality of education has been a global challenge. The Indonesian government has responded this issue by reforming new curriculum that focuses on students’ activities and critical thinking ability. This study aims at investigating the implementation of synchronous learning with STEM and its impact to students’ critical thinking ability. This research adopted mixed methods, quasi-experimentally by using non-equivalent control group design research to gain a deeper understanding during experiment. The result of this work notes that synchronous learning with STEM slightly out performs the conventional learning activities and it can moderately illustrate the enhancing of students’ critical thinking skills. The introduction of STEM in social sciences, primarily in an economics course, faces some challenges and adjustments as well as its implementation using live synchronous learning This result suggests to more comprehensive planning and materials in adopting STEM in social sciences as well as an effort to increase students’ activities.Keywords: Critical Thinking Skills, STEM Education, Economics Students, Synchronous Learning

Abstract

This research aims to know the improvement of learning outcome and learning motivation of students by using Everyone Is Teacher Here learning method. This research was included into Classroom Action Research which conducted on 2 cycles in which each cycle consists of 2 meetings and 4 stages. The12th Grade of Office Administration SMK PGRI 6 Malang for 27 students as research subject. Data of learning outcome obtained from post-test and data of student learning motivation obtained from questionnaire. The research result showed average score of cognitive and affective learning outcome was increase significantly as well as student learning motivation in the category of very satisfying. The research result explained that Everyone Is Teacher Here learning method proven to improve learning outcome and learning motivation of students. It is suggested to the teachers to apply this method, especially to the active learning focuses on student.
