Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) the relationship between parenting and entrepreneurial intentions of students of the UNJ Economics Faculty; (2) the relationship between entrepreneurship curricula and entrepreneurial intentions of the students of the UNJ Faculty of Economics, and (3) the relationship between parenting and entrepreneurship curricula with entrepreneurial intentions of students of the UNJ Economics Faculty. This study uses a survey method with a correlation approach. Correlation approach is used to see the influence of the three independent variables, namely parenting and entrepreneurship curriculum that influence and are given the symbols X1 and X2, with the dependent variable entrepreneurial intention as being influenced and given the symbol Y. The results show that: (1) there is a correlation significant between parenting parents with entrepreneurial intentions of the students of the UNJ Faculty of Economics, where multiple correlation coefficients (Ry.12) = 0.359, F count (F Change) = 21.959, p-value = 0.000 <0.05, and coefficient of determination or R square = 0.129; (2) there is a significant correlation between entrepreneurship curriculum and entrepreneurial intentions of the students of the Faculty of Economics, UNJ, where the correlation coefficient X2 to Y = 0.343, F count (F Change) = 19.695, p-value = 0.000 <0.05, and coefficient of determination (R square) = 0.117; (3) there is a significant correlation between parenting style and entrepreneurship curriculum towards entrepreneurial intentions of the students of the Faculty of Economics UNJ where the results of the multiple correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0.424, F count (F Change) = 16.122, p-value = 0.000 <0.05, and its determination coefficient (R square) = 0.180. With the model compatibility test, the hypothesis model is by the empirical model with the same value as stated that the model can be accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine wheather there is any effect on the Economics of Education student procrastination force in 2013 Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research was carried out for 2 months starting from the month of May 2016 to June 2016. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were students of Economic Education in 2013 totaling 210 students. According to the table and sample population with 5% level of misunderstanding the obtained sample of 210 students. X variable data about the locus of control is the primary data in the form of questionnaire and Y about procrastination is the primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Test requirements analysis done is to find the regression equation obtained was Ŷ= 139,57+0,74X. Normality test results Liliefors produce Lhitung = 0,0764 dan Ltabel = 0,0786 at the significance level (a) = 0:05 to the number of samples (n) 127. Because Lhitung= (0,0764) < L tabel = (0,0786) then the variable X and Y have normal distribution. Testing the hypothesis with a significance test of regression produces Fhitung (86,89) > Ftabel (3,939), which means a significant regression equation. produce regression linearity test of Fhitung (0,19) < Ftabel (1,59) so Fhitung< Ftabel it can be concluded that the model is a linear regression equation. Product moment correlation coefficient generating rhitung = -0.6403. T-test produces thitung (-9,321)> ttabel (1.979). Thus it can be stated correlation coefficient rxy = -0.6403 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained at 41,01% indicates that 41,01% variable procrastination is determined by the locus of control and the remaining 58,99% influenced by other variables not examined. Based on the results of this study concluded that there are significant negative and significant correlation between locus of control with procrastination on Economic Education class of 2013 student Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMK Negeri 4 Pandeglang, dan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 4 Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMK Negeri 4 Pandeglang sebanyak 60 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap motivasi kerja guru, hal itu berarti bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Karena kepeminpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh parsial terhadap kinerja guru, maka bisa dinyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru. Selanjutnya, karena motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, maka kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

This research was conducted by observing the level of education graduate workforce, government spending and education sector gross regional domestic product per capita on the basis of constant prices of 2000. In particular the period of 2008-2012 by ex post facto method. The form of panel research data i.e. the combination of the form of time series and cross section. Data on GDP per capita over the constant prices of 2000 and the education level of the labour ditamatkan taken from the Central Bureau of statistics (BPS). Data on government spending on the education sector budget data taken from the income and expenditure of the State (APBN) Indonesia to education sector of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Processing data using Eviews 7.0 program and Microsoft Excell. Based on the results of the regression, the influential education variable is positive and significant at levels significantly below 0.05 and variable expenses of government education sector a positive and significant effect on under 0.05 i.e. against economic growth. The value Fhitung (7.360407) Ftabel > (3.90) so summed up these two variables, namely educational level of manpower and Government spending education sector together effect on Indonesia's economic growth. The value of R2 0.568211 signaling that 56,82% economic growth in Indonesia could be explained both the variable indipenden. Abstract

This article aims to determine the relationship between creativity, self efficacy and student entrepreneurship intent of Faculty of Economics (FE), State University of Jakarta (UNJ) This research uses survey method with correlation approach.The results showed that there is a significant correlation between creativity, self efficacy and intent entrepreneurship of FE UNJ students where the result of calculation of double correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0,635 and F count (F Change) = 49,785, and p-value = 0,000 <0,05, and coefficient of determination (R square) = 0,404 , which implies that creativity (X1) and self efficacy (X2) together influence 40.4% of entrepreneurship intentions (Y). Abstract

This article aims to determine the relationship intrapreneurial leadership, school culture and innovation performance of elementary school teachers in East Jakarta. This research uses survey method with correlation approach. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between intrapreneurial leadership and school culture on teacher innovation performance of elementary school in East Jakarta where the result of double correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0,885 and F count (F Change) = 266,395, and p -value = 0,000 <0.05, and While the coefficient of determination (R square) = 0,784, which means that the intrapreneurial leadership (X1) and school culture (X2) together influence 78,4% to the performance of innovation (Y). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan antara lingkungan kampus dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa FE-UNJ; (2) hubungan antara perhatian orang tua dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa FE-UNJ, dan (3) hubungan antara lingkungan kampus dan pola asuh orang tua dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa FE-UNJ.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) ada korelasi signifikan antara lingkungan kampus dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa FE-UNJ, di mana koefisien korelasi ganda (Ry.12) = 0,196 dan F hitung (F Change) = 11,144, serta p-value = 0,040 0,05. (2) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa FE-UNJ, di mana koefisien korelasi X2 ke Y sebesar 0,102 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 ≤ 0,050. Hasil hitung koefisien korelasi ganda (Ry.12) = 0,410 dan F hitung (F Change) = 21,817, serta p-value = 0,000 0,05. Sedangkan koefisien determinasinya, yaitu R square = 0,168, (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan kampus dan pola asuh orang tua terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa FE-UNJ di mana hasil perhitungan uji koefisien korelasi ganda (Ry.12) = 0,415 dan F hitung (F Change) = 11,144, serta p-value = 0,000 0,05. Sedangkan koefisien determinasinya, yaitu R square = 0,172.

Abstract

This article aims to analyse the extent of the role of Business Education in upgrading to improve and enhance clothing convection businesses. This article uses descriptive qualitative methods. There were eight sampling participants in the study, including owners and participants of clothing convection businesses. Data analysis was carried out through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with participants. The results showed that Business Education did not significantly affect businessmen to open a garment business. The work environment and experience including the educational background of the owners, which varied from elementary school graduate to undergraduate, influenced them to open a garment business Businessmen open garment business because they follow trends, family offspring, continuing friends’ businesses, and their great passion. In the strategy of maintaining a garment business, businessmen need Business Education. It is proven by the fact that these owners often participate in screen printing and sewing seminar workshops, read business books, and get business education through field discussions.
