Abstract

The provisions of Article 27 paragraph ( 3 ) of Government Regulation No. 19 Year 2008 concerning the District determined that the sub-district to coordinate with local work units within the district / city governments in the framework of the implementation of government activities in the district. The position of Social Service and the District both structurally regional work units. However, in the review of the rank of Head of Social class and sub-district has the distinction of class rank. The aim of this study wanted to see how the coordination function of the Department of Social Welfare in poverty districts in West Aceh and any obstacles encountered in implementing the Department of Social Welfare for Poverty Reduction. The method used is normative and sociological, and then analyzed using qualitative approaches are presented descriptively. The results showed that the coordination has not been implemented with what is expected. Obstacles encountered include the lack of a coordinated team of district -level poverty, the delegation of authority to the sub-district head has not been accompanied by adequate financing, the limited quality of personnel, facilities and infrastructure in the district.

Abstract

Pancasila as the state has to make sense of Pancasila as the basis for a set of governance. Aceh Qanun Laws and regulations are similar provincial regulations governing the administration of government and the Acehnese people. Aceh Qanun made based on laws and regulations that apply are compiled by the executive and legislature of Aceh. The position of Pancasila as the foundation of philosophy in Aceh Qanun is a legal norm in society aspired. Qanun can be used as the collective desire of the people of Aceh in carrying out day-to- day life, the Qanun expected through the implementation of the Acehnese people can feel the law is aspired for this. The implementation of Shari'a is a requirement of the Acehnese, and recognized by the State through Law No. 18 of 2001 on Special Autonomy and Law No. 11 Year 2006 on the Governing of Aceh. Applications of Shari’a in Aceh are in accordance with the first paragraph of the Pancasila as the practice of the precepts to five “justice for all Indonesian people" in this case of justice for the people of Aceh who want the implementation of Islamic Shari'ah in Aceh province.

Abstract

In education, the methods are an essential and have an urgent position (important), especially to achieve the goals and learning objectives. Methods " Tabsyir " is one method that has meant an important role in motivating children to always excited to participate in various learning activities implementation. Tabsyir in modern education is known as a favor reward (the reward) a teacher or teachers use this method aims to streamline the process of teaching and learning activities. Transformation process knowledge from a teacher to students who are considered immature should be accompanied by the application of the method in terms of rewards is now known as the reward (reward). In the paper the authors attempt to explain about the method tabsyir in Islamic education regarding understanding, position, verses and hadith that describes the method and form of the function tabsyir in Islamic and modern education.

Abstract

This thesis deals with two things, the arena of cultural production and symbolic violence in a novel titled Banât al-Riyâdh (BR). The novel is chosen because it exposes various women’s problems in Saudi Arabia such as their struggle and demand for modernity which are considered as against tradition, strict social convention and sexual ethics in the kingdom. The novel, which represents a cultural battle, deserves to be examined since it exerts a tremendous effect on symbolic violence. The writer analyzes it by applying Pierre Bourdieu’s perspective. The research is aimed at looking at the tension between modernity and tradition which eventually led to the creation of the novel. It is based on two concepts proposed by Pierre Bourdieu, Habitués and arena, which are bolstered by concepts of symbolic power, strategy, and struggle for achieving the symbolic and material power through economic, cultural, and symbolic capitals. For Bourdieu, all human acts occur in the social sphere that suggests an arena of resources struggle. Individuals, institutions, and other agents attempt to distinguish themselves from the other with the intention of obtaining useful and valuable capitals in the arena. Concerning symbolic power, the writer thinks that the novel shows the symbolic violence in numerous forms, like state, patriarchy, and family violence.

Abstract

A teacher or a lecturer does not only act as a tutor in the art of teaching but also act as an educator who provides guidance for the students. An educator must have a level of quality standard sets upon his or her teachings which incorporates values such as responsibility, authoritative as well as high discipline. Having all these values will be beneficial in the learning process which will maximize effort taken to fruition by observing and practicing the concept offered in Islam. Besides that, it is an educator?s role to instill and internalize Islamic values among the students they teach in order to prepare them in the development towards Islamic values dynamically and flexible within the boundaries of Islamic teachings based on Allah SWT?s revelation to his servants.

Abstract

Law on Governing Aceh instructs is Wali Nanggroe an institution for the benefit of the people and the future of governance in Aceh. as the 'Wali' in point 1.1.7 of the Helsinki MoU and Law. No. 11/2006, must be traced to its roots in the context of the Imamate, socio-political, legal and moral. The person who bears the title "Wali" to get an important position in the social system of Islam, either because of their spiritual qualities as well as the social roles they play.This paper attempts to look at the extent to which the position of the Wali Nanggroe the application of Islamic law in Aceh. Wali Nanggroe Institution is an independent organization that is not the executive, legislative and judicial branches. "It is clear that, Wali Nanggroe no authority in politics. In Article 96 and 97 of the Act (Act) No. 11 of 2006 expressly stated that the Wali Nanggroe have a duty as an adhesive Acehnese society through custom approach and not a political institution.

Abstract

Supervisors play an important role in improving the quality of education in madrasah through coaching, academic supervision and managerial supervision. It is very tied to the performance of supervisors in the preparation of educational supervision programs should be relevant to the circumstances and needs of madrasah personnel. The issue that arises that the supervisor can not perform effective and efficient supervision due to the preparation of educational supervision programs do not fit the needs of personnel in the realization of the program so that the madrasah education supervision are not efficient. This study aims to investigate the performance of supervisors in the preparation of the Madrasah education program supervision Nagan Raya district. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical method. The results showed that the preparation of the Madrasah education program supervision Nagan Raya district based guidelines as a reference in the preparation of educational supervision programs. Steps taken in the preparation of educational supervision program based on the needs of the results of the previous year's program. The scope of supervision of education programs in the form of an annual program, the semester program, plan academic supervisory, managerial and supervisory plan.

Abstract

Many scholars who have authority over a field of science is strong evidence of our scholars do not recognize the concept of science dichotomy. in the view of Islam, to some extent, controlled all mandatory. Just call it a distinguished, if studied theology (the basics) was fard 'ayn. That is mandatory for every Muslim man to learn. While studying general sciences is fard kifayah. The division of science becomes fard 'ayn and fard kifayah or Naqli science and science' aqli not need to be understood in a dichotomous or face to face, because he is just sharing knowledge hierarchy based on the level of taklif, needs, priorities and truth. It talks about the views of leaders of Islamic education in the mapping sciences/ teaching materials, which in terms of education today known as the "curriculum”.

Abstract

The method used by the teacher is one of the reasons that led to the success in the learning process. Therefore the method is one of the pillars in education. It has been proven that a good and appropriate way it can assist teachers in addressing gaps in the implementation of the curriculum, can also facilitate students in understanding the subject matter, and can detect weaknesses of students in learning Arabic literary texts, thus can find a solution to solve it. So also with teaching Arabic literary texts to the students, teachers should use appropriate methods in teaching it, so that the students easy to understand explanation of the teacher. Therefore, researchers have taken the title of this study is "a method of teaching literary texts ideal in Indonesia" with the main objective of this study is to detect what the most suitable method to be applied in Indonesia in the teaching of literary texts.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the lack of civic education learning outcomes matter Joint Decision 2 Elementary School in Prosper, as a result of the use of learning methods are still lacking to arouse student interest. This study aims to improve learning outcomes Civics Material Rewarding joint decision on the Student Grade 5 Elementary School 2 Makmur by applying the method of playing a role (Role Playing). This study was conducted with the design of classroom action research (CAR) with a model of the teacher as researcher. The results showed that the application of the method of playing a role in the learning material Civics Appreciating the joint decision to improve learning outcomes Civics in Elementary School fifth grade students 2 Makmur. Improved learning outcomes Civics joint decision Appreciate material is characterized by an increase in the value achieved in the evaluation of learning outcomes in each cycle.
