Abstract

Cooperative is a business entity consisting of a person or a legal entity cooperative with the basis of its activities based on the principle of Cooperatives as well as the people's economic movement based on the principle of kinship (Act of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 Year 1992). Village Unit Cooperative serves as a service center for economic activities in rural areas and is an integral part of national development that has a significant role in the community economy. The purpose of this study is to know the performance of cooperatives in financial and nonfinancial in a balanced manner so it can be known the development of strategy achievement by using Balanced Scorecard based measurement, by displaying four Perspective namely Financial Perspective, Customer Perspective, Internal Business Process Perspective and Learning and Growth Perspective. The results obtained, financial and nonfinancial are still less balanced and the target is still not achieved. Generally Madurasa Village Unit Cooperative need innovation to make KUD more in trust people or society by providing requirement of member and must dare to compete with other business enitas because if not done then certainly will not compete so that achievement of target can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an information related to the internal control of the prevention and detection of fraud at hospitals in Bojonegoro. Since hospitals are a very important health care network, services that should be more concerned with hospitals in the presence of medical services and medical equipment suppliers for all patients. Lack of service and medical devices is a mistake in internal control. The method in this research by analyzing the comparative approach that is descriptive analysis. Data collection with interviews and observations. Respondents in this study are employees who exist at these agencies. Detection of fraud, can not be separated from the knowledge of the triggers of cheating and fraudulent parties. What needs to be known to the party who gets the task to do the fraud detection, by knowing the trigger of the occurrence of fraud and which side will be more focused.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan  sebuah informasi yang berhubungan dengan pengendalian internal tentang pencegahan dan pendeteksian kecurangan pada rumah sakit di Bojonegoro. Karena rumah sakit merupakan suatu jaringan perawatan kesehatan yang sangat penting, maka layanan yang seharusnya lebih banyak diperhatikan pada rumah sakit dengan adanya pelayanan medis dan pemasok alat medis  untuk semua pasien. Kurangnya pelayanan dan alat medis merupakan kesalahan pengendalian internal. Metode dalam penelitian ini dengan menganalisa pendekatan komparatif yaitu analisis desriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan pengamatan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang ada pada instansi tersebut. Pendeteksian terhadap kecurangan, tidak dapat dilepaskan dari pengetahuan tentang pemicu terjadinya kecurangan dan pihak mana yang  melakukan kecurangan. Harus diketahui  pihak yang melakukan pendeteksian kecurangan, dengan mengetahui  pemicu terjadinya kecurangan dan pihak mana sehingga  akan lebih terarah.

Abstract

This study is aimed at knowing the influence of marketing mix towards customers’ loyalty. Accordingly, method used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study is the customers of bubur ayam mezem in Kediri. Moreover, the sample used in this study is 100 customers. In accordance with statistical analysis, the result of this study is as follow: (1) marketing mix that consists of product, price, and place has simultaneously a positive influence towards customers’ loyalty; (2) promotion has a negative influence towards customers’ loyalty. Thus, it can be inferred that if product, price, and place are increasing, the customers’ loyalty will be increasing as well. On the contrary, if promotion is increasing, the customers’ loyalty will be decreasing. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai melalui penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh marketing mix terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan bubur ayam mezem di Kediri dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang pelanggan. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil: (1) produk, harga dan tempat secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif; (2) promosi memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa jika produk, harga dan tempat dinaikkan maka loyalitas pelanggan juga ikut naik, tetapi jika promosi naik maka loyalitas pelanggan turun.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out the emotional intelligence which consists of social awareness, self management, social awareness, and relationship management toward the contextual performance.This research used quantitative method with double regression analyzes.  The respondent was 45 teachers. From the research is gotten that the emotional intelligence and teachers contextual performance is good enough and very good and the variable of emotional intelligence influences significantly toward the teacher’s contextual performance. It means, the dependent variable namely emotional intelligence ( social awareness, self management, empathy, and  relationship management) can explain the independent variable ( contextual performance) is bigger than another variable out of this research. So, it can be concluded that emotional intelligence influences the teacher’s contextual performance.     Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kecerdasan emosional yang terdiri dari kesadaran sosial, manajemen diri, kesadaran sosial, dan manajemen hubungan terhadap kinerja kontekstual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Respondennya adalah 45 guru. Dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa kecerdasan emosi dan kinerja kontekstual guru cukup baik dan sangat baik serta variabel kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja kontekstual guru. Artinya, variabel dependen yaitu kecerdasan emosional (social awareness, self management, empathy, dan relationship management) dapat menjelaskan variabel independen (kinerja kontekstual) lebih besar dari variabel lain dari penelitian ini. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan emosi mempengaruhi kinerja kontekstual guru.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the impact of digital marketing management on start - up. The study is a case study in an effort to show how the actual impact of digital marketing on start-ups. This research is a qualitative research with etnometodology approach. The study was conducted by direct observation and in-depth interviews on the new entrepreneurial community that became the vendor in the start-up of e-commerce at the Faculty of Economics, University of Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Informants selected with criterion 5 R. Observation itself is done when the transaction use of digital marketing application which then conducted an open interview to reveal the impact of management of digital marketing. The results of these observations and in-depth interviews in this study indicate that the management impact of digital marketing on start-up does increase start-up revenue but because the lack of ability to provide content and respond quickly to content that has been provided makes new entrepreneurs (start-up) have not gained the most from the management of digital marketing.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dampak pengelolaan pemasaran digital pada start – up. Penelitian merupakan studi kasus dalam upaya menunjukkan bagaimana sebenarnya dampak pemasaran digital pada para start-up. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnometodologi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan langsung dan wawancara mendalam pada komunitas wirausaha baru yang menjadi vendor dalam start-up e- commerce di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Informan dipilih dengan kriteria 5 R. Pengamatan sendiri dilakukan pada saat terjadi transaksi penggunaan aplikasi digital marketing yang selanjutnya dilakukan wawancara terbuka untuk mengungkapkan dampak pengelolaan digital marketing. Hasil dari pengamatan dan wawancara mendalam pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dampak pengelolaan dari digital marketing pada start – up memang meningkatkan pendapatan start – up namun karena kurangnya kemampuan menyediakan konten dan merespon cepat atas konten – konten yang sudah disediakan menjadikan para wirausaha baru (start- up) belum mendapatkan hasil maksimal dari pengelolaan digital marketing tersebut.

Abstract

The reasearch aim is for analizing the influence of personality dimension “The Big Five Personality” towards ORGANIZATIONAL Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Studi Case Of Student Affairs Employees At X University). Population of this research is all employees of X University and sample is the employees who are at student affairs unit (50 people). The data were collected by sharing the quesioner to 50 respondents. The analysis of this research is Partial Least Square Structural EQUTION Model (PLS-SEM). Analysis result of PLS-SEM is there is significant influence of personality dimension, “The Big Five Personality” among five personality dimensions, alturism has the highest significance.

Abstract

This study examined the Influence of Online advertising Via Instagram consisting of attitude towards the ad, ad recall and clik throught rates, against the decision of the purchase for the increased sales of Local Culinary Products.The purpose of this research was to describe the activity of young culinary entrepreneurs in social media that is instagram the current phenomenon of increased numbers of their accounts as well as how much influence the activity of the young culinary entrepreneurs on instagram can increase sales of local culinary products. With the right marketing activities on instagram can be beneficial against purchasing decisions so that it will enhance local culinary products. sales.This research use questionnaire as a research instrument to get the data from the consumer Pasta Resembles and Markobar1996. In this study the criteria of respondennya i.e. the respondent must as followers, and never eat the product by the number of samples planned is 200 people. Analysis tools that will be used Multiple Linear Regression is to test the influence of the dependent and independent variables.The results of the data processing has been done the third factor i.e. attitude towards the advertising, ad recall and click rates are throught to have simultaneous and partial influence against the purchasing decision. Factor Ad Recall is the most dominant factor and Factor Click Throught Rates is the factor that has the most influence diminished purchasing decisions
