Abstract

MSMEs are the economic driving sector, but at this time there are many fraud in this sector. The main problem of MSMEs is Supply Chain Management. Blockchain technology is believed to be a solution. The purpose of this study is to determine the adoption of blockchain in the supply chain management for Indonesian MSMEs. This research was conducted on 193 Indonesian MSMEs. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data is processed using Smart PLS. The results of this study are competitive pressure significantly affect behavior in intention, complexity has no significant effect on behavioral intention, complexity has a significant effect on the cost, complexity has a significant effect on upper management support, cost has no significant effect on behavioral intention, market dynamics has no significant effect on behavioral intention, Regulatory Support does not significantly effect on behavioral intention, relative advantage has a significant effect on behavioral intention, relative advantage has a significant effect on the cost, relative advantage significantly influences upper management support, and upper management support significantly affect behavior intention. From the results of this study, the results obtained that MSMEs believe the blockchain can facilitate supply chain but there must be a clear legal support and cost to adopt the blockchain.

Abstract

Rancakalong District is one of the sub-districts in Sumedang Regency which has various tourist attractions, there as nature tourism, cultural tourism, special food, tourist villages,  and even Sumedang Typical Batik. The Regional Government has established Rancakalong District as a center for natural and cultural tourism destinations. The purpose of this study was to analyze the potential of Rancakalong Tourism as a tourist destination. The analytical method is descriptive qualitative by using a 4 (four) A approach, namely attractions, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary. By using certain criteria, each component is assessed based on 4 (four) classifications, namely low, medium, high,  and very high. The results of the analysis show that the Potential of the Rancakalong District Tourism Area is classified as medium tends to be high

Abstract

Agriculture was important in the national economy, society's survival, food suppliers, and food and work suppliers. This study examined and analyzed financial performance, institutional ownership, and intellectual capital on firm value, with Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure as a moderating ng variable at Agricultural sector companies. The population comprised IDX agricultural sector companies for three years (2018-2020). Furthermore, the study was quantitative. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 22 samples with 66 observations. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) and SPSS 26. As a result, the final performance positively affected the firm's value. Likewise, institutional ownership positively affected the firm's value. However, intellectual capital did not affect the firm's value. Additionally, Corporate Social Responsibility could not moderate the relationship between financial performance and firm value. Similarly, Corporate Social Responsibility could not moderate the relationship between Institutional Ownership and firm value. Likely, corporate social responsibility could not moderate the relationship between intellectual capital and firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance. The number of samples used were Bank Syariah Indonesia employees in the Malang area, for the sampling technique using saturated sampling. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires, using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis method. The results showed: 1) Emotional intelligence has no significant effect on OCB; 2) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on OCB; 3) Organizational Commitment has no significant effect on OCB; 4) Emotional intelligence has no significant effect on employee performance; 5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance; 6) Organizational Commitment has no significant effect on employee performance; 7) OCB has a significant effect on employee performance; 8) Emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and commitment have a significant effect on employee performance through OCB.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of work motivation as a mediating variable from Supervision and trust on work involvement in Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri. The location in this study was carried out at the Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri. The objects in this study were work motivation, Supervision, Trust, and work involvement of the employees of Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri. As for the research object, the independent variable is Supervision and Trust as variable X, the dependent variable is work involvement as variable Y, and the mediating variable is work motivation as variable Z. Meanwhile, the subject in This research is a health worker in Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri. The population used as the object of this research was the health workers of Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri, totaling 380 people. The sample in this study were Simpang Lima Gumul Kediri Hospital employees, namely employees who provide services to patients. Using the Krejcie and Morgan tables, the total population (N) was 380, so the sample (n) required was 191 people. This study uses Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, which is used when the population has members who are not homogeneous and proportionally stratified. Based on the results of the analysis using smart-pls, it was found that Supervision has no significant effect on work involvement, Trust has a significant effect on work involvement, Work motivation has a significant effect on work involvement, Trust has no significant effect on work motivation, Supervision has a significant effect on work motivation, Motivation mediates the effect of Supervision on work involvement, Motivation mediates the effect of Trust on work involvement.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the role of Understanding of Tax Regulations and E-Filling Service Quality in explaining Tax Compliance of tax payers with certain business in Jakarta and determining moderating effects of Tax Regulation Complexity. The samples used in this study are tax payers of certain business in Jakarta. This research is a research with descriptive research design and the sample of this research collected from 146 respondents who are individual tax payers with certain business in Jakarta. This respondents selected by using convenience sampling method. Data analysis technique study indicated that Understanding of Tax Regulations don’t have significance influence on explaining Tax Compliance but E-Filling Service Quality have positive influence on Tax Compliance and Tax Regulation Complexity didn’t have any moderating effect on the relation of Understanding of Tax Regulation on Tax Compliance but have moderating effect on relationship between E-Filling Quality Service and Tax Compliance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of gender, religiosity as independent variables and auditor independence as moderating variables on audit judgment as the dependent variable. The researchers conducted a research at several Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in East Java. This study uses the associative method to analyze the causal relationship between the variables of gender, religiosity on audit judgment with independence as a moderating variable. The results showed that Gender had no significant effect on the Judgment audit, religiosity had a significant effect on the Judgment audit, the interaction between Independence and Gender on the Judgment audit, showed that Independence weakened the influence of gender on the Judgment audit, and the interaction of Independence and Religiosity on the Judgment audit showed that Independence strengthened the effect of religiosity on the Judgment audit

Abstract

The study goals is to understand how facilities, research, and design influences training effectiveness at The Surakarta Vocational and Productivity Training Center. A sort of research as many as 96 respondents took part in this quantitative training at The Surakarta Vocational and Productivity Training Center. Primary data with measurement scales likert and data analysis using SPSS version 26 make up the research data sources. Dependent variables include the effectiveness of the training, whereas independent variables include the context, substance, and methodology of the training, as well as the competency of the trainers and the training facilities. According to the study's findings, (a) context, content, and material training are positively and significantly related to training effectiveness; (b) The method of training is The competency trainer is similarly positively and significantly connected to training effectiveness; (c) Training effectiveness is related to training effectiveness; (d)The training facilities are important to training efficacy and have a beneficial influence.

Abstract

This research is a literature study that reviews strategies for improving organizational performance through optimizing organizational design. The articles reviewed are articles that discuss organizational design and organizational performance. The review method used is a systematic literature review. The search for articles begins in 2016 – 2022. All articles sought are in English. Based on the search results obtained 988 articles. After the data inclusion and exclusion process was carried out, 18 potential articles were obtained for in-depth analysis. Based on the results of the synthesis carried out, it can be concluded that the role of organizational design is very visible in improving organizational performance. In addition, organizational design encourages the emergence of organizational innovation which ultimately encourages increased organizational performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of employer branding and career development on employee retention applied at Al-Ibrah School in Gresik. The sampling was done using the proportionate stratified random sampling method. The sample for this study consisted of 65 respondents who were teachers at Al Ibrah School from kindergarten, elementary school, and junior high school levels. The analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The analysis results showed that (1) employer branding has a positive effect on employee retention, (2) career development has a positive effect on employee retention, and (3) employer branding and career development have a positive effect on employee retention. This indicates that the employer branding and career development implemented by Al Ibrah School in Gresik are important in retaining teachers who teach at the school.
