Abstract

In the past decade, heart disease was ranked first of the highest cause of death in the world. Asrevealed by the World Health Organization (WHO), as many as 7.4 million people died every year dueto this disease. Application of fuzzy logic is often used for several reasons, among them because ofthe underlying mathematical concepts of fuzzy reasoning is very simple and easy to understand, veryflexible, has a tolerance of the data inappropriately. Basic fuzzy logic that is fuzzy set theory, in whichthe role of determining the existence of degrees of membership as elements in a set is absolutelyessential. In addition the use of fuzzy logic in the current medical diagnosis is quite inflated. The mainprocesses in the Mamdani fuzzy logic starts from the input whose value was changed into fuzzy sets,fuzzy inference, then defuzzification to return the fuzzy set into crisp output. The process ofdefuzzification has an important role, because different defuzzification methods will produce the setfirmly. In this study compared defuzzifikasi centroid with maximum defuzzifier model mean of maxima.The results for diagnosis using the defuzzifikasi centroid has the accuracy rate of 90.3% and fordefuzzifikasi mean of Maxima results of diagnosis is only 86,5%.

Abstract

Bina Sarana Informatika is one of the public academic in Indonesia that already cooperated with FinnetIndonesia to handle the students Online Billing. So far Finnet have already provided channel transactionsto handle its Online Billing. The Development of other channel transaction will have been improving theservice of Online Billing transaction for BSI student. At this Final Task, the developement of Banking SMSchannel is done by implementing the ISO 8583 for connecting the BSI Online Billing System, with theDelima points channel. Moreover, its Banking SMS channel is also supported by the sender Aplication ofSMS based on Android mobile, that developed for helping the user or customer, by no need to rememberthe format of SMS for BSI Online Billing transaction. The system was developed by using the waterfallmodel process and Integration Testing method. Its Banking SMS channel that developed can help thecustomer for doing the transaction of BSIOnline Billing eficientlly in case of time, space, and velocity.

Abstract

Nutritional status of infants is an important factor that must be considered sinceinfancy is a period of development with a range of nutrients. Nutritional statuscan be divided into three indicators of good nutrition, malnutrition andmalnutrition. C4.5 classification algorithm is an algorithm that can produceeasily interpreted decision tree, have an acceptable level of accuracy, efficient inhandling discrete and numeric-type attributes (Kamagi dan Seng, 2014).Therefore, in this study will be conducted data analysis nutritional status inchildren under five using the classification of the data mining algorithm C4.5using four variabels: gender, age (months), weight (kg) and height (cm). Based onthese descriptions, we need a system that can represent an expert who has theknowledge base and experience of diarrheal disease, which is an expert system.From 108 infants amount of data that consists of 92 data subject to a goodnutrition and 16 data were experiencing malnutrition among children under fiveare obtained from Posyandu Nyangkowek, then obtained 17 rules resulting fromC4.5 decision tree algorithm with good nutrition as class numbers 12 and thenumber of undernourished class so much as 5 rules, so that it can be concludedthat the research that is implemented into a web application can help users,particularly parents in diagnosing the nutritional status of children under five.

Abstract

Decision-making is the selection of several alternative measures exist to achieve one or more goals or intentionswhich have been determined (Turban, 2005). Problems occur if there is a decision support not as expected and thelack of objectivity in decision making. Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (F-MADM) is a decision supportsystem is quite simple and can be one of the alternative methods of making decisions if alternative or variables thatare used quite a lot. In this study, the research done to make the selection of the supplier of IT infrastructure byusing Analytical Methods Hierarcy Process (AHP) where this method would use the factors that have been there inaccordance with the provisions of the company, the existing criteria will be sought priority of each criterion todetermine which is more important criteria. Decisions can be taken based on the results of stimuli respondents, byadministering a questionnaire containing a comparison between the criteria and alternatives as a test (Supplier)about the decisions involved in choosing the supplier. And by using the tools expert choice in 2000 in dataprocessing with Hierarcy Analytical Method Process (AHP). The end result of this research puts PT.BuanaGloblindo Consistent with the weight of 47.2%, CV.Brianco Main Partners with weights of 29.3%, and PT.TelecomVisitama with a weight of 23.5%. The highest ranking in the selection of suppliers of raw materials are those whichhave the greatest weight.

Abstract

Research from the informatics experts about cervical cancer mainly single cell of the Papsmear, increasingly showing the almost prefect results. 20 features produced by researchconducted by Jantzen, Norup, Dounias and Bjerregaard, has now been developed and reviewed.This assessment takes precedence on efficiency features that make a significant contribution(assessed based on the percentage of best feature tool). Until now, the problems that have not beenable to solve is to maximize the results of the classification of the 7th grade single cells of PapSmear. This is due to the lack of research experts with a combination of the best methods thatproduce maximum results. After reviewing previous studies, classification methods that providethe best value to date is Naive Bayes. For the optimization method used in the present study is theParticle Swarm Optimization. With a combination of methods Naive Bayes and Particle SwarmOptimization, obtained better results from previous research that is 62.67% for the classificationof 7 classes and 95.70% for the classification of 2 classes.

Abstract

Every institution in particular school lots of scholarship devoted to students, whether or not capable of achieving good results. The scholarship is intended to help ease the burden of costs for students who get it. With a large number of students who apply to receive scholarships and criteria of assessment that much anyway, so not all students who apply for scholarships can be granted. SMK Pasim Plus Sukabumi does not yet have a system which can assist in the determination of scholarship recipients more effectively and efficiently. The Naïve Bayes algorithm method is expected to be able to assist in the determination of the prospective grantee. Naïve Bayes algorithm is one method of data mining contains ten classification data mining is most popular among the other algorithm-the algorithm. Naïve Bayes method also assessed potential both in classifying documents than other classification methods in terms of accuracy and computational efficiency. From the test results by measuring the performance of the naïve Bayes algorithm using the method of testing the Confusion Matrix and ROC Curve, the naïve Bayes algorithm is known that have Accuracy namely 96.67% by value of the AUC that is 0.990. See the value of the naïve Bayes algorithm AUC the naïve Bayes algorithm, then include the group classification is very good, because the results of his AUC values between 0.90-1.00. naïve Bayes algorithm for it is expected to produce a decent Scholarship candidates, so that the school can help in taking decisions more quickly, more effectively and efficiently..

A robot is a machine that can perform task automatically or with guidance. Robotics is acombination of artificial intelligence and machines. Now robotics is fast growing andinteresting field and also can to cover deficiency human. One of defiency human can coverwith work principle obstacle avoider robot, example a blind people can used work principleobstacle avoider robot. This paper explain how to design a obstacle avoider robot with aftermarket parts (micro-controller ATmega 16 and IR sensor) to detect any obstacle ahead of itand sends a command to the microcontroller. This robot is controlled by a program thatimplanted to micro-controller so robot can take a decision itself whenever an obstacle comesin its path and it’s run well as expected.

Abstract

The development of small and medium enterprises in the city of Depok has been relatively rapid, there were15,067 of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) spread in each district. To be registered as a place ofbusiness that is authorized and legitimate in public administration it is necessary to do the maintenance ofBusiness Domicile Permit in order to ensure such business. So much demand for business domicile permitdocuments at the district office to make the maintenance process into a long letter because of several thingsincluding the limited number of staff, limited file storage space and file storage process is not good. The mainobjective of this study is to help the District of Pancoran Mas or particularly the staff of CommunityEmpowerment part in the making of domicile of the business so that the public service can run well. The learning method is currently done is face to face with the learning process Sundanese language subjectswith time once a week with a period of 1 hour so that the provision of material Sunda language is very limited.By this time limitation makes it difficult students in understanding the material provided. For that we need a funway of learning that should be improved by the teacher to the subject matter can be conveyed properly to thestudents so we need a tool for students to learn anytime and anywhere with a sense of fun. Abstract

The use of Internet technology today has become a very important requirement and even support allthe activities of our daily work, saah them is the emergence of a new program offered by TelkomIndonesia: Indonesia Wireless Fidelity (wifi.id). This service has been used by the entire territory ofIndonesia which has given Access Point is no exception Sukabumi area. Hence it is important to knowhow the effectiveness of its use in the community. The model is used to look into the matter is referredto the model of success that DeLone & McLean in which there are several factors that InformationQuality, System Quality, Quality of Service, intensity of use, satisfaction Usage and Net Benefits, withdata processing methods SEM (Structure Equation modeling) and using AMOS 21.0 software. Fromthis study proved the quality of service affects the intensity of the user , the intensity of use satisfactionaffect users , and user satisfaction affects the net benefitsKeywords: Methods DeLone & McLean, wifi.id, SEM.
