Abstract

Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan konsumen untuk membeli laptop dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh motivasi dan gaya hidup. Aspek motivasi meliputi kenyamanan, harga produk, pekerjaan, kebutuhan, dan kualitas produk. Jadi, semakin tinggi tingkat motivasi konsumen, akan semakin meningkat pula keputusan pembelian laptop. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen untuk membeli laptop.

Abstract

Cultural organizations often come to the surface to be studied well even amongpractitioners and academics . One of the current organizational culture has always beenthe public spotlight is organizational culture of government agencies such as theIndonesian National Police. Lots of police performance that can be understood by thepeople that have to be considered in the organizational culture that agency. With theperformance that is within the police, we can examine and construct meaning , whetherseen from the performance within an organizational culture rituals , socialization ,politics and enculturation , which has now turned into a culture of police organizations .Construction of meaning police expected performance body DAPT understood by thepublic or the members in the organization, so that organizational culture can beperceived negatively by the public to be repaired a positive organizational culture . Thusthe performance of the Police will also turn out to be positive.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe transformation of value Moslem members of the community Fatima Hijabers Tangerang which includes the transformation of value fashion and disclosure of self-identity in the community. Fatima Hijabers Tangerang and identity raised by the community based on their own accounts. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive study of a study conducted in an effort to discover, develop, test and looking back in a knowledge by using scientific methods. While basic research is a case study that is the type of research that penelaahannya approach to the case is done by collecting a variety of data to get an idea of depth and detail to the case. The results of this study indicate that the hijabers incorporated in Tangerang Hijabers Fatima community has its own dress style is more modern because it is far from being old-fashioned and even more stylish air-hijab. They also indicated that their lifestyles into the category of middle and upper marked by cultural hang out in places that are considered slang and menghelat their activities in areas of high prestige. This form of identity in the community as a community Fatima Hijaber Tangerang exclusive, commercial and consumer. The informants themselves are aware of their identity and assume that the opinions thus natural for people who judged them do not know the community closer.

Abstract

Abstract- The property business is a business with the potential benefit is great that many rich through this business, previously only occupied by a few people because knowledge pertained exclusively and not many are able to imitate it, now many books, seminars, workshops discuss how to start a business property even without capital, mentors and teachers to share their knowledge with an open property. The development of the property or home business is currently booming. Every day there is always looking for homes, land and business space either leased or sold. Abstract

–  Competition of companies should pay attention to its marketing system as a spearhead in dealing directly with the market. In the marketing mix, one of its main strategies is promotion. It is one of the early promotions in order to introduce a product to the consumer and this becomes very important as it relates to the benefits that will accrue to the company in terms of increasing product sales. In terms of promotions, Zizara Store has promoted material namely giveaway and some quiz in the instagram account. Research method used is observation, interview and documentation. The data used from the effectiveness of the implementation of the promotion is a period in February-March 2017. With the stages of the promotion so quickly attracted the attention of Zizara Store customers in social media. In the implementation of promotional advertising there are some products that have been damaged materials and late in uploading a photo of a product but Does not preclude promotional activities that have been done. ased on the results of the study it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the implementation of promotional advertising is already good, this is proven by the existence of a sales increase to 7%. Therefore the authors suggest the Zizara Store more attention to fabrics and can be made Procedure of Operational Standard  for deadline photo upload.

Abstract

Information systems smanagement (SIM) is used by all organizations, both government organizations as well as private organizations. One of the functions of the SIM is desperately wicked decision making and their impact on management in organizations. This approach is described with an emphasis on decision-making is structured as well as unstructured by each level of management level. Promotion should have done by interesting and creativeprogram, it can be done looking for and attracting for all the customer , on thatground PT Akram Rihlah Mubarak Bekasi is one of Umrah Travel Agent alwaysgive the variety and innovation of the Promotion for the Costumer, and thepromotion which is setting out by the the variety and innovation have been donefor defencing the competitiveness. The research use the qualitative method byusing the Interview, Observation and literature study, PT Akram Rihlah MubarakBekasi need more of strategies which have been done, and as a result the target ofPromotion has been reach out 75% in 2013, 60% in 2014 and 66,6% in 2015,reach out of the target of Promotion considerate between (realization –Planning/Planningx100%), with the result of the target of promotion which havebeen reach out by ground PT Akram Rihlah Mubarak Bekasi, it can makeconclusion, generally the program of promotion have been done effectiveness ,but in the future the company must think of the best alternative for facing thecompetitiveness by more Effective and innovative Strategies

Abstract

Abstract— Risk management is an important part of management strategies all companies. The process whereby an organization appropriate the method is able to show risks happened one activity leading to success in in each of activity of all activities. The focus of risk management is identification and means of overcoming a risk. The targets to add value to maximum sustainable the organization. The role of risk management is expected to anticipate environment rapidly changing,, develop corporate governance, optimize strategic management, secure the sources of resources and asset owned organization and reduce reactive decision making from management the top. Risk management activities includes all the act of to give rest from the operations of a firm and supply rest soul required by all personnel company (including the owner, chairman and employees of a company) .Research methodology used for writing it is a technique descriptive analysis qualitative. Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar adalah bagian dari dunia pendidikan.Sebagai pengajar atau pendidik, guru merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan setiap upaya pendidikan. Pada tingkat sekolah dasar misalnya, anak sedang mengalami pertumbuhan dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, sosial, religi, fisik, dan bahasa. Sehingga anak dituntut untuk aktif dalam berbagai aktifitas belajarnya agar tugas-tugas perkembangan dapat diperolah pada saat anak memasuki usia remaja awal. Untuk itu, cara menimbulkan minat pada siswa SD terhadap penemuan limu adalah dengan cara membangkitkan suatu kebutuhan akan belajarnya; menghubungkan pengalaman yang lampau dengan pengalaman yang baru; memberikan kesempatan untuk mendapat hasil yang lebih baik; memberi kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk menemukan informasi dengan atau tanpa bantuan guru.
