Abstract

Narkoba adalah salah satu musuh terbesar bangsa Inonesia. Untuk mencegah penyebarluasan narkoba di kalangan pelajar diperlukan strategi khusus untuk melakukan tindakan preventif, salah satunya dengan cara melakukan kampanye pencegahan narkoba dengan menggunakan animasi interaktif. Diharapan kampanye ini lebih efektif dan tepat sasaran karena lebih efisien dan dapat diakses secara real time. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu penelitian tentang riset yang bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui data mengenai pengguna narkoba di Indonesia khususnya di kalangan pelajar, dan hal-hal yang terkait dengan upaya pencegahan narkoba di Indonesia  Keywords: kampanye narkoba, animasi interaktif, narkoba di indonesia

Abstract

The phenomenon of the emergence of social media makes the businessman use it as a marketing gap, as well as Ninebox a famous multipurpose rack brand in Indonesia. Instagram as one of the advertising media chosen to support marketing. This research analyzes the relationship of perception of product quality, brand image and advertisement media instagram to purchase decision of ninebox product case study follower of @tempattasdotcom. The form of the research is quantitative descriptive with the type of survey research, and the correlational design of causality. Non-probability sampling method or non-random selection is purposive sampling. The results obtained that there is influence perception of product quality, brand image and media advertising instagram of the decision to purchase ninebox products

Abstract

Abstract - Pelayanan yang baik di dalam suatu perusahaan akan menciptakan kepuasan bagi para pelanggan, oleh karena itu suatu perusahaan harus memiliki strategi yang khusus untuk mengelola jasa dengan baik. Strategi yang dimaksud mengenai hal apa yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, hal ini berkaitan dengan pelayanan dimana pelayanan merupakan aspek terpenting untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan.. Penelitian ini merupakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang mencoba menunjukan pengaruh dari pelayanan terhadap kepuasaan konsumen. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner sedangkan variable yang menjadi penelitian ini adalah variable bebas yaitu pelayanan (X) dan variable tak bebas adalah kepuasan (Y). Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan, berdasarkan perhitungan determinasi yang penulis teliti, diperoleh hasilnya yaitu varian yang tejadi pada variabel kepuasan pelanggan 54,5% ditentukan oleh varian yang terjadi pada variabel pelayanan

Abstract

Conflict, both internal and external conflicts, can cause problems in organizationbecause of differences in purpose, interests, personalities, experiences, perceptions,and motivations among individuals or groups in the organization. Every leader needsto apply conflict management to curb the excessive nature of competition andundermine the spirit of synergism organization. Through servant leadership style andorganizational culture, leaders are expected to be able to apply conflict managementin accordance with the circumstances in the organization. The research proves thatthere is an influence between servant leadership and organizational culture toconflict management in PT. Indonesia Power - UBH at Jakarta. The evident from theresults obtained from the calculation showed that there is a significant influencepartially and simultaneously of servant leadership and culture organization towardsconflict management. It can be concluded that the improvement, socialization andimplementation of servant leadership and organizational culture are important toimprove the leaders’ conflict management skills in PT. Abstract

In the globalization era, farmers should have strong independence and competitiveness.They have to be able to manage their agribusiness to ensure product quality andsustainable agribusiness. This study aimed to analyze factors related to farmerindependence in decision making on sustainable agribusiness in Sukaharja Village, BogorRegency. This study was conducted in Sukaharja Village, Bogor Regency, West JavaProvince from November to December 2013. The approach used in this study wasdescriptive-correlational. The research population consisted of 67 farmers, while the datacollection was conducted on census basis from the 67 farmers. The hypothesis was carriedout using analysis of Rank Spearman correlation test. The study result showed that theimportant factors to which attention should be paid in an effort to improve theindependence level of the farmers in Sukaharja Village, Bogor Regency in decision makingfor their agribusiness success were being active in searching for agribusiness-relatedinformation and encouraging interaction with the extension officers.

Abstract

PT. Wings Food, kembali mengeluarkan produk terbarunya, yaitu Mie Suksess, pada Juni 2015, dengan porsi yang lebih banyak dan bumbu yang lebih terasa. Mie Suksess berisi dua keping dalam setiap bungkusnya. Artinya, menawarkan porsi yang lebih banyak dengan bumbu yang lebih terasa, ini adalah merek mie kedua setelah sebelumnya sukses mengeluarkan mie Sedaap, perusahaan ini menggunakan artis Sule dan Maya Septha untuk mendukung iklannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Celebrity endorser Sule dan Maya Septha, Brand awareness dan Harga produk pada pembentukan Minat beli Mie Suksess di kecamatan Pinang-kota Tangerang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel yang diambil 100 responden, teknik sampling menggunakan non probability sampling, dengan teknik purposive sample, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dimana elemen dari populasi dipilih dengan pertimbangan peneliti dan menggunakan kuesioner metode skala likert, untuk memperoleh data, unit analisisnya adalah semua masyarakat kecamatan Pinang-kota Tangerang yang telah menonton iklan Mie Suksess. Adapun hasil penelitian analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Celebrity endorser, Brand awareness dan Harga produk terhadap pembentukan variabel Minat beli Mie Suksess. Hasil uji t, variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh dalam membentuk Minat beli Mie Suksess adalah Brand awareness.Kata kunci: Celebrity endorser, Brand Awareness, Harga produk, Minat beli.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of motivation, compensation and working area toward employee’s performance (case study at PT Infimedia Solusi Pratama). The instrument of this analysis is double regression analysis. The population of this analysis is all employees at PT. Infimedia Solusi Pratama and it has 43 people as sample. Analysis model which is used is descriptive model with SPSS V.17. this research using taking sampling technique (total sampling technique or census). Instrument of this research is questioner for about 100 questions. The result of this research shows : 1) there is effect between internal communications towards employee’s performance, 2) there is effect between compensation towards employee’s performance, 3) there is effect between working area towards employee’s performance, 4) there is effect among internal communication, compensation, and working area simultaneously toward employee’s performance, 5) koefisien determination or  (R2) is 0,695 or 69,5%. It means that effect of internal communications, compensation, and working area toward employee’s performance simultaneously is 69,5% and for the rest is 30,5% influenced by other factor. Based on the research which has been done, it can be seen that there is effect simultaneously among motivation (X1), compensation (X2), and working area (X3) toward employee’s performance. (Y).

Abstract

In educational organizations , teachers are individuals who have an important role schools , because they directly face to face with the learners . A teacher in relation to the task of education and serving students primarily in teaching and learning absolutely must have a mastery of the material and technical teaching . Only qualified and professional teachers who can make it all through a service that he gave to his students.That " Teachers who prioritize service to students ( to please and satisfy students ) is not enough to know about teaching but he would carry it out as well as possible " . To measure how much and how far the task performed better views of the quality and quantity of the required standard , the standard of which is the direction of teacher performance , benchmark or measure in the performance of duties of teachers . Teacher performance standard itself still raises some perceptions of the school community consisting of : principals, teachers , students , parents , and supervisors.A standard is a form of employment size .Teacher performance standards in effect is a form of measurement or standard that can indicate the amount and quality of work expected to be produced in order to meet the needs of teachers of students . Moving on from this, the study uses a quantitative approach was performed in order to determine teachers' perceptions of Supervision and Supervising Principal With Teacher Performance .The population for the purposes of this study selected public elementary school in East Jakarta Morning Balekambang 03 While the sample is a teacher . The result shows that teachers' perceptions about supervision services impact the learning had hoped , among other things teachers should pay attention to the quality or the quality of teaching by first holding teaching program planning and then do well in the form of learning .

Abstract

Semakin banyak poliklinik akan menjadi semakin ketat persaingan dalam melayani pelanggannya. Poliklinik harus fokus kepada konsumen dengan berusaha untuk memenuhi dan memuaskan kebutuhan pelanggan dan membuat loyal pelanggan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pasien pada poliklinik. Jumlah responden yang diteliti sebanyak 115 responden yang merupakan pasien yang sedang berkunjung kepoliklinik. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan SEM untuk mengukur hubungan signifikan antara dimensi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dimensi assurance mempunyai tingkat signifikan yang tertinggi terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas. Indeks loyalitas terdiri dari 3 kelompok dengan indeks tertinggi pada segmen 1 yakni responden yang loyal, bersedia balik lagi dan merekomendasikan kepada orang lain tentang poliklinik.     Rekomendasi  untuk poliklinik adalah memperbaiki tingkat empati. Empati bisa ditingkatkan bila karyawan memperbaiki kinerja.
