Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) currently has a very big role towardseconomic development in Indonesia. SMEs also become the foundation for 99.45% oflabor in Indonesia.Various attempts were made by various parties to enhance the ability ofmicro, small and medium enterprises and cooperatives, one of which is the Rural Bank.Rural Bank role for communities in rural areas is expected to spearhead the MSE sector infinancing, by way of channeling credit to SMEs in the long run and do the coachingbusiness loans in order to improve the financial performance of SMEs receiving credit.Tosimplify the process of analysis undertaken, the author will make a model of analysis inorder to answer the problem. To prove the hypothesis presented in this study using simplelinear regression statistical tool with one independent variable (X) be the amount ofworking capital loans that have been disbursed by rural banks in West Java Province(specially in Bandung area) and three dependent variable (Y) in the form of increasedsales turnover, profit margins ratio and working capital turnover. Therefore, in this studywill use three simple regression equations models. Based on the results of regressionanalysis with the t-test on-year throughout the study period 2013-2015 found that: there isa positive influence among the independent variables are working capital loans disbursedRural Bank with an increase in the dependent variable.

Abstract

The ability of communicators in conveying information in public, had to be considered. Speaking style, body language, to the psychological state of the communicator, be a part that needs to be well prepared. Feelings of anxiety, worry, or commonly known as stage fright, often occurs when the communicator is in front of the audience. Similarly, the psychological condition of students when doing a presentation in front of the audience often experience anxiety in the presentation, as well as what causes the anxiety that happens, and how to cope with down syndrome? This has been a study in this research study. The methodology in this study using a case study with a qualitative approach. The results of this judging, namely; (1) Psychologically, individuals who are dealing directly with the audience, is certainly experiencing anxiety. (2) The cause of communicators who have Down syndrome is the lack of preparation. (3) The way to overcome this communication apprehension, is to prepare the material that will be presented carefully so as to overcome the “attacking psychology”  Keyword: Anxiety, Public Speaking, Presentation Paper.

Abstract

This study aims to find answers and explain the influence of tutoring onthe learning achievement of students, analyzing the variables that most influencethe learning achievements of learners, and to analyze the relationship betweendimensions variable tutoring the dimensions variable learning achievement ofstudents in high school Kafah Unggul Tangerang.This research method is amethod of quantitative approach that analyzes the research data to test or testcorrelation coefficient r. The results obtained r count of 0,478, while r table atsignificance level of 5% is 0,361 so that r count > of r table. From thecalculation, t count equal to 2.880 further than the price t table at significancelevel of 5% and db = n-2. So db is 30-2 = 28. Then the obtained t table atsignificant level 5% = 1,701. Turns t > t table. Based on the above dataprocessing r count 0,478 > 0,361 tables of r so that Ha is accepted. This meansthere is a significant relationship between tutoring and academic achievement ofstudents in high school Kafah Unggul Tangerang is included in the mediumcategory, because in the range between 0.400 to 0.599 is 0.478. An importantfinding of this study was the achievement of learners in high school Kafah UnggulTangerang, influenced by tutoring in the medium category that needs to beimproved variable tutoring is to maintain the continuity of the learningachievement of students in high school Kafah Unggul Tangerang.

Abstract

One of the important assets owned by the organization cannot be separated from the performance of employees. To get a good performance then need to be given motivation to employees. A good leader will certainly create a comfortable environment and motivate employees with the aim that the spirit to work and provide maximum performance. Work motivation is an important factor to achieve good performance. For knowing influence of work motivation on employee performance at Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Depok authors use quantitative research by doing methods of observation, interview questionnaires and study documentation . The author distributes questionnaires to 40 respondents then the authors process the data by using the formula calculation manually and SPSS version 20. Based on the calculation of product moment correlation coefficient obtained results of 0.750 where the number of scores indicates the strength of the relationship between motivation on employee performance. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination can be seen that the work motivation affect employee performance of 56.2 and seen from the regression equation formed Y 9.552 0.770X this shows that there is a positive and unidirectional influence between work motivation on employee performance.Keywords: Work Motivation, Performance Employees

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the effects of SBI interest rate and Rupiah to US Dollar exchange rate on the stock prices of pharmaceutical companies in Jakarta Stock Exchange.The hypothesis was there were SBI interest rate (X1) and Rupiah to US Dollar exchange rate (X2) were suspected to have significant effect on the stock prices (Y) of Domestic and Foreign Investments pharmaceutical companies in Jakarta Stock Exchange. This study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Multiple Correlation. The hypothesis was examined by F statistic test (Anova) and t statistic test.The result of data analysis showed that SBI interest rate (X1) and Rupiah to US Dollar exchange rate (X2) had simultaneous significant effect on the stock prices (Y) of Domestic and Foreign Investments pharmaceutical companies. The stock prices of Domestic and Foreign Investments pharmaceutical companies in Jakarta Stock Exchange were affected by the independent variables, which were SBI interest rate and Rupiah to US Dollar exchange rate, by 56,9% in domestic investment pharmaceutical companies and 65,60% in foreign investment pharmaceutical companies. The rest was explained by other variables such as company performance, inflation, political factor, etc..Multiple regression equation didn’t guarantee wasn’t feasible for predicting future stock prices because not all regression coefficients significantly affected the stock prices of Domestic and Foreign Investments pharmaceutical companies in Jakarta Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The Union is one of the non banking financial institution that is intended for small – medium enterprises. When the lending on, union always obliges the members as a debitor to provide such a guarantee in the form of Mortgage. With the guarantee, Union as a creditor can get top priority (prefernce) for the re-payment of loan when the debtor get breach of contract. This research will be studied about auction procedure of mortgage by Credit Union Intidana Branch Office In Central Jakarta and the fulfillment of the rights of the parties. This descriptive analytical research use empirical juridical approach and data obtained through literary research and field research. Further more, the data were analyzed qualitatively. The auction process to the mortgage object in Credit Union Intidana is done through the state auction agency under Directorate General of Receivables and state auction supervision. To be able to conduct auction in the Directorate General of Receivables and state auction, Credit Union Intidana aplly for auction to through the office of Country Financial Service and Auction, Then from the results of the auction, the fullfilment of the rights of the parties carried out of the auction results larger than obligation debtors or owner of the security rights object. In case defeciency, then lack of it will be made write off to debtors liabilty by the union.   Keywords : Auction, Mortgage

Abstract

The development and advancement of an organization cannot be separated from the factor of quality human resources owned by that company. Productivity can reflect the success or failure in achieving effectiveness and efficiency in the use of company resources. Good work productivity can not be obtained by reversing the Palm of the hand, but should be done with hard work, both in the short term, or long term. One way that's done the company to improve productivity and performance is to conduct training to employees, especially new employees who recently was hired by the company in order to reduce the gap between the ability of employees with the skills that are required of the company.Keywords:  Employee, Productivity, Employee Training

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe era of globalization is characterized by increased competition, control over natural resources is not yet a guarantee of a company is able to win the competition, because this globalization era, followed by the rapid advances in innovation and creativity embodied in technological advancements. Human Resources (HR) is the key to win the competition in this era of globalization, for competent human resources to be able to produce a variety of creations and innovations that will lead to the value added at each business process. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Transformational Leadership Style and Human Capital both partially and simultaneously the Employee Performance. This research was conducted by PT Barkah Jaya Mandiri against 55 employees and the collected data is processed by multiple regression. Penellitian results showed that transformational leadership, positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Human Capital positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership and Human Capital simultaneously positive and significant influence on employee performance. Penellitian results showed that transformational leadership, positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Human Capital positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership and Human Capital simultaneously positive and significant influence on employee performance.Keywords :Leadership Style, Human Capital, Employee Performance.
