Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1) meningkatan keaktifan belajar siswa; dan (2) meningkatkan hasil belajar kelistrikan kendaraan ringan siswa kelas XI TKR. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari 3 siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu: (1) Perencanaan tindakan; (2) Pelaksanaan tindakan; (3) Observasi; dan (4) Refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI TKR 1 SMK Giripuro Sumpiuh yang berjumlah 42 siswa, objek penelitian adalah keaktifan dan hasil belajar sistem kelistrikan kendaraan ringan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar kelistrikan kendaraan ringan siswa kelas XI TKR 1 SMK Giripuro Sumpiuh. Peningkatan keaktifan belajar dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata keaktifan siklus I sebesar 52,38%, siklus II sebesar 64,29%, dan 74,79% pada siklus 3, persentase keaktifan siklus I ke siklus II meningkat sebesar 11,19%, dan siklus II ke siklus III meningkat sebesar 10,50%. Peningkatan hasil belajar dilihat dari nilai ratarata siklus I sebesar 47,62%, siklus II sebesar 64,29%, dan 88,10% pada siklus III, persentase peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 16,67%, dan siklus II ke siklus III meningkat sebesar 23,81%. This study aims to: (1) improve the students’ learning activeness; and (2) increase the students’ learning outcomes of light vehicles electricity system of grade XI students of Light Vehicle Engineering. This study is a Classroom Action Research/Penelitian Tindakan Kelas consisting of 3 cycles in which each cycle comprises four stages: (1) Action planning; (2) Implementation of action; (3) Observation; and (4) Reflection. The subjects of the study were 42 students of grade XI of Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR) 1 class in Giripuro Sumpiuh Vocational High School. Meanwhile, the research object was the students’ activeness and learning outcomes of the light vehicles electrical system. Data analysis technique used was quantitative analysis. The result shows that the application of discovery learning model can improve the students’ activeness and learning outcomes of light vehicles electrical system of grade XI students of Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR) 1 class in Giripuro Sumpiuh Vocational High School. The improvement of the learning activeness can be seen from the average of the activeness of cycle I of 52.38%, cycle II of 64.29%, and cycle III of 74.79%, with the percentage of activeness in cycle I to cycle II increases by 11.19% and in cycle II to cycle III increases by 10.50%. The increase of learning outcomes is seen from the average score of cycle I of 47.62%, cycle II of 64.29%, and cycle III of 88.10%, with the percentage of the increase in students’ learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II increases by 16.67%, and cycle II to cycle III increased by 23.81%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses, kelayakan, dan efektifitas modul pembuatan bodi kendaraan dari fiberglass yang dikembangkan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan tes. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar obervasi, angket, dan soal. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, deskriptif kuantitatif, dan statistik inferensial uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Proses pengembangan modul dengan model 4D meliputi empat tahap yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate; (2) Uji kelayakan modul oleh ahli materi sebesar 86,01% dikategorikan sangat baik; oleh ahli media sebesar 79,69% dikategorikan sangat baik; oleh dosen pengampu sebesar 82,59% dikategorikan sangat baik; uji coba terbatas oleh 10 mahasiswa sebesar 81,07 dikategorikan sangat baik, dan uji coba luas oleh 30 mahasiswa sebesar 85,05 dikategorikan sangat baik; dan (3)  Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa thitung lebih besar ttabel (2,577 > 1,671) pada taraf signifikansi 5%, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya modul pembuatan bodi kendaraan dari fiberglass yang dikembangkan efektif digunakan dalam perkuliahan.  This research aims to determine the process, feasibility, and effectiveness of module manufacture of vehicle body from fiberglass developed. The type of research used is development research using 4D development model. Data collection using observation, questionnaires, and tests. The research instruments used were observation sheet, questionnaire, and test sheet. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitative, quantitative descriptive, and t-test inferential statistics. The results showed: (1) Module development process with 4D model includes four stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate; (2) Feasibility test of module by expert material equal to 86,01% is categorized very good; by a media expert of 79.69% is categorized excellent; by the lecturer 82.59% is categorized as excellent; small trial by 10 students of 81.07 is categorized excellent, and big trial by 30 students of 85.05 is categorized excellent; and (3) The result of ttest shows that tcount is bigger ttable (2,577> 1,671) at 5% significance level, so Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means module manufacture of vehicle body of fiberglass developed effectively used in learning.

Abstract

Research is motivated by the needs of good workers in the industrial world. This need can be known from the teacher's understanding of followership value in Vocational High School (VHS)  graduate students. The purpose of this research is to know VHS teacher perception about followership value. The research method used descriptive quantitative. The subject of research is the headmaster and teacher for of VHS Catering Service in Yogyakarta. Determination of sample through purposive sampling counted 20 respondents. The validity test of 27 statements concerning instruments is declared valid. While all instruments are stated reliable with high reliability (0.803> 0.7). An average total score of 3.6 which means highly expected. These results explain teachers' perceptions, one of the followership values of VHS graduate students very well. It explains that teacher perception about the student, that student work attitude is in the follower style with the exemplary follower. The final outcome of the student is expected to become an exemplary worker after graduation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar mata pelajaran Otomotif Dasar dengan model pembelajaran jigsaw. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian tindakan kelas. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes hasil belajar. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskripsi kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar mata pelajaran otomotif dasar dengan model pembelajaran jigsaw. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan pada presentase kegiatan belajar pada siklus I dengan persentase 24,75%, meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 57,79 %, meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 67,04 % dan siklus III meningkat kembali menjadi 77,57 %. Sedangakn pada nilai pre test ke post test juga terdapat kenaikan. Pada siklus I kenaikan pre test ke post tes 20,75. Pada siklus II 31,25 dan siklus III 33,12. Disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran otomotif dasar. The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of learning outcomes and motivation to learn Basic Automotive subjects with jigsaw learning model. This type of research is a classroom action research. Methods of data collection used questionnaires, observation, documentation, and test results learning. Methods of data analysis used quantitative description analysis method. The results showed that the increase in learning outcomes and motivation to learn basic automotive subjects with jigsaw learning model. This can be proven by the increase in the percentage of learning activities in cycle I with the percentage of 24.75%, increased in the first cycle to 57.79%, increased in cycle II to 67.04% and cycle III increased again to 77.57% . While there is an increase in pretest to post test. In the first cycle increase in pre test to post test of 20.75. In cycle II 31,25 and cycle III 33,12. It was concluded that Jigsaw learning model can improve learning motivation and learning result of basic automotive subjects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan dengan minat berwirausaha. Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah penelitian ex-post facto, Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 45 siswa yang di ambil seluruh populasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk semua variable sehingga teknik analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif, uji hipotesis dan uji korelasi. Hasil analisis korelasi product moment terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan dengan minat berwirausaha dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,602, hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan nilai rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel (4,946 > 1,6811) dan nilai sign sebesar 0,000, yang berarti kurang dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Dengan koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,363 Artinya pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan dengan minat berwirausaha memiliki varian sebesar 36,3%, sedangkan sisanya 63,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain seperti sikap percaya diri, hasil belajar kewirausahaan, kesiapan kerja, dan penguasaan kompetensi.  This research aims to know the practical experience of field work relationship with an interest in entrepreneurship. This kind of research used are ex -post facto research, this is research on a sample of 45 students who are in grab the entire population. Data collection using question form for all variable so that data a nalysis techniques with descriptive analysis, test hypotheses and test correlations. The results of the analysis of the correlation of product moment there is a significant relationship between practical experience of field work with an interest in entrepr eneurship with a coefficient of correlation rxy = 0.602, this is evidenced based on the value of rhitung is greater than rtabel (4.946 > 1.6811) and the value of the sign of 0.000, which means less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). With a coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.363 Means practical experience of field work with an interest in entrepreneurship has a variant of 36.3%, While remaining 63.7% are affected by other variables such as the attitude of self-confidence, the result of learning entrepreneurship, work readiness and mastery of the competencies.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1)  hubungan antara sikap belajar dan motivasi belajar kejuruan secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik; (2) hubungan antara sikap belajar dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik; dan (3) hubungan motivasi belajar kejuruan dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, uji hipotesis pertama menggunakan regresi ganda pertama dan uji hipotesis kedua dan ketiga menggunakan uji korelasi parsial yang didahului uji persyaratan analisis, yaitu uji normalitas, linieritas dan independensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara sikap belajar dan motivasi belajar kejuruan secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik. (2) Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan sikap belajar dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik. (3) Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar kejuruan dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik. Nilai koefisien determinan (R²) = 0,256, artinya besarnya hubungan antara sikap belajar  (X1) dan motivasi belajar kejuruan (X2) dengan prestasi belajar gambar teknik (Y) adalah sebesar 25,6%, sedangkan 74,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) the relationship between learning attitudes and motivation of vocational learning together with the results of learning engineering drawings; (2) the relationship between learning attitudes and learning result of technical drawings; and (3) the relationship of vocational learning motivation with the result of learning technique drawing. This type of research is ex-post facto. Methods of data collection used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis, first hypothesis test using first multiple regression and second and third hypothesis test using partial correlation test that preceded test requirement analysis, that is normality test, linearity and independence. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant correlation between learning attitudes and vocational learning motivation together with the result of learning technique drawing. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship of learning attitudes with the achievement of learning technique drawing. (3) There is a positive and significant correlation between the motivation of vocational learning with the achievement of learning technique drawing. The value of determinant coefficient (R²) = 0,256, it measn that the correlation between learning attitudes (X1) and vocational learning motivation (X2) toward learning achievement of technical drawing (Y) is 25.6%, while 74.4% is influenced by other factor not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran simulasi dengan menggunakan media berbasis multimedia pada mata pelajaran alat ukur. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Teknik Pemesinan A di SMK Nasional Berbah tahun ajaran 2017/2018, yaitu terdiri dari 24 siswa. Obyek penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode pembelajaran simulasi dengan menggunakan media berbasis multimedia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran simulasi dengan menggunakan media berbasis multimedia pada mata pelajaran alat ukur dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X Teknik Pemesinan A SMK Nasional Berbah. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui dari perkembangan keaktifan belajar siswa pada pratindakan persentase rata-rata 51,19%, sedangkan pada siklus I presentase rata-rata sebesar 68,45% , dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan menjadi 74,40%.  Hasil penelitian pada hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 62,50% siswa yang mencapai standar minimal 75, sedangkan pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang mencapai standar minimal telah mencapai 75% dari total keseluruhan siswa, telah terjadi peningkatan menjadi 83,33%. Purpose of this study is to determine the level of activities and student learning result applied the method of simulation learning using multimedia based media on measuring instruments lesson. This research is classroom action research. This classroom action research did in two cycles. Subject of this research is the students of X Class of Machining Engineering A in the National Vocational School Berbah 2017/2018, which consists of 24 students. Object of this research is the application of simulation learning method by using multimedia based media. Results of that application of simulation learning method by using multimedia based media on measuring instrument could be improve the activity and students learning of class X Machining Engineering A SMK Nasional Berbah. It could be known from student learning activities, on before applied this method average percentage 51.19%, while in cycle I average percentage become 68.45%, and in cycle II increased become 74.40%. The result of the research on the students learning results on the cycle I got result 62.50% of students who reached the minimum standard of 75, while on cycle II the number of students who reached the minimum standard has reached 75% of the total students, that become 83.33%.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk  mensosialisasikan kurikulum kompetensi kejuruan (KKK) program keahlian teknologi penangkapan ikan (TPI) SMK Kelautan hasil penelitian disertasi yang dilakukan oleh Pasaribu pada tahun 2014, berikut implementasinya di tingkat sekolah. Tulisan ini  terdiri atas delapan bagian, yaitu pendahuluan, definisi operasional, tujuan program, metoda pendekatan pengembangan, landasan perencanaan pengembangan, model kurikulum, standar kompetensi lulusan, struktur KKK, dan implementasi KKK TPI.  This paper aims to disseminate the vocational competence curriculum (KKK) technology skills program of fishing (TPI) SMK Marine research dissertation conducted by Pasaribu in 2014, and its implementation at the school level. This paper consists of eight parts, namely introduction, operational definition, program objectives, development approach method, development planning basis, curriculum model, graduate competency standard, KKK structure, and KKK TPI implementation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran video tutorial dan menguji kelayakan produk yang dihasilkan. Penelitian Research and Development ini menggunkan 10 tahapan pengembangan yaitu: (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain, (4) validasi, (5) revisi desain, (6) uji coba kelompok kecil, (7) revisi produk, (8) uji coba kelompok besar, (9) revisi produk, (10) implementasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI PTSM di SMK Diponegoro Depok Sleman yang terdiri dari 35 siswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengembangan media pembelajaran video tutorial sistem pengapian sepeda motor. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah lembar penilaian dan soal tes. Hasil validasi ahli media menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran video tutorial sistem pengapian sangat layak dengan rerata persentase 89%. Hasil validasi ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran video tutorial sistem pengapian sangat layak dengan rerata persentase penilaian 86%. Hasil penilaian pengguna menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran video tutorial sistem pengapian ini sangat layak, dengan persentase 85% pada uji coba kelompok kecil dan 87% pada uji coba kelompok besar. Ketuntasan hasil belajar meningkat 31%. Pada tes before diperoleh hasil sebesar 51% kemudian pada tes after diperoleh ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 82%.  The purpose of this research is to develop the tutorial video learning media and to test feasibility of the resulting pdosuct. This Research and Development using 10 stages of development: (1) potential and problem, (2) data collection, (3)design, (4)validation, (5) design revision, (6) try small groups, (7) product revisions, (8) large group trials, (9) product revisions, (10) implementation. The subjects of this research is students of XI PTSM class at SMK Diponegoro Depok Sleman consist of 35 students. The object of this research is the development of tutorial video learning media of motorcycle ignition system. Data collection techniques in this research are assessment sheets and test questions. The result of expert validation media showed that tutorial video learning media of ignition system is very feasible with mean percentage 89%. The results of expert validation material showed that the tutorial video learning media of system ignition is very reasonable with average percentage of 86%. The results of the user ratings indicate that the tutorial video learning media of this ignition system is very feasible, with a percentage of 85% in small group trials and 87% in large group trials. Completeness of learning increased 31%. In the test before the result obtained 51% and then on the test after obtained mastery of student learning results by 82%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara prestasi praktik kerja industri dan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan secara parsial maupun simultan dengan minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI Jurusan Otomotif SMK Nasional Berbah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa XI Jurusan Otomotif SMK Nasional Berbah yang berjumlah 90 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisa regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara prestasi praktik kerja industri dan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama dengan minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI Jurusan Otomotif SMK Nasional Berbah. (2) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara prestasi praktik kerja industri dengan minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI Jurusan Otomotif SMK Nasional Berbah.; dan (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara prestasi belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan dengan minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI Jurusan Otomotif SMK Nasional Berbah. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between the achievement of industrial work practice and learning achievement of entrepreneurship subjects partially and simultaneously with the interest of entrepreneurship of grade XI students of Automotive SMK Nasional Berbah. This research was a descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was all students XI Automotive SMK Nasional Berbah which amounted to 90 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique using regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There was a positive and significant relationship between the achievement of industrial work practices and learning achievement of entrepreneurship subjects together with interest in entrepreneurship of grade XI students of Automotive SMK Nasional Berbah.; (2) There was a positive and significant correlation between the achievement of industrial work practice with interest of entrepreneurship of grade XI students of Automotive SMK Nasional Berbah; and (3) There was a positive and significant relationship between the learning achievement of entrepreneurship subjects with interest in entrepreneurship of students of grade XI Automotive SMK Nasional Berbah.
