<![CDATA[Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are community associations that carry out entrepreneurial activities closely related to the economic field. Through MSMEs, it is easier for people to collaborate with one another. One of the villages that strongly supports the development of SMEs is Gilangharjo Village. The great numbers of local MSME actors in the culinary field have greatly advanced the village economy. However, almost every day these MSME actors produce various kinds of waste from merchandise production. These problems can actually be handled by processing waste into creative crafts with economic value. The purpose of the service program is to increase the economic value of waste as an additional income for MSME actors. The socialization, training, and marketing assistance were coducted to assist them. The results of the program show that MSME waste can be processed into trinkets in Gilangharjo Village, and potentially increase the income of MSMEs in Gilangharjo Village.]]>

<![CDATA[Breast cancer is included in the five types of cancer that result in death. The reason is the delay in early detection so that survivors of this type of cancer are generally detected at an advanced stage. The community service entitled "PKM Knowledge and Early Detection of Breast Cancer in Women of Reproductive Age" aims to provide knowledge about the importance of breast self-examination (BSE) as an effort to detect breast cancer early. The method used is through online seminars via Zoom Meetings to 20 employees and their families at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic, Muhammadiyah Asri Medical Center Hospital, Yogyakarta. The material provided was in the form of knowledge about women's health, breast cancer and its treatment, and training on BSE, which was preceded by a pretest to measure participants' knowledge before the seminar and a posttest at the end of the activity after receiving the seminar. The results of the pretest and posttest were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test method. The results of the pretest showed that 17 participants (85.0%) had sufficient knowledge about BSE and 2 participants (10.0%) had less knowledge. The posttest results showed that all participants (100.0%) had knowledge in the good category about BSE. The test results showed a significance value of 0.001 (p 0.05), which means that there was a significant increase in participants' knowledge about BSE as early detection of breast cancer before and after the seminar.]]>

<![CDATA[During COVID-19, the micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector was the most affected. Many MSMEs went out of business due to failing to adapt to these conditions. MSME Batik Lurik Mozaik Sumberadi Sleman Yogyakarta is one of the MSMEs affected and needs digital marketing assistance in marketing. This service method is carried out through several stages. The preparation stage was conducted through observations, interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD) to get an initial assessment. After that, the implementation, monitoring and feedback stages were also held. This service program has succeeded in increasing the knowledge of Lurik Mozaik MSME managers regarding digital marketing and repackaging by 85%. The implication is that MSME Batik Lurik Mozaik Sumberadi Sleman can expand its marketing network and focus on developing digital-based marketing quality. ]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe COVID-19 pandemic in the industrial revolution 4.0 increasingly encourages the need for the nation's economic independence which is supported by information technology systems. The bedukmutu movement with the unimmart.com marketplace offers a solution to answer these challenges. The bedukmutu movement at Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang is an entrepreneurial movement based on demand-pull to encourage purchases by campus academics. The activity of buying and selling is an atmosphere that must be created so that universities contribute to realizing economic independence. Unimmart.com is a web-based marketplace application using the IoT (Internet of Things) concept that prioritizes convenience for the millennials. The purpose of this community service is to create an entrepreneurial atmosphere and realize economic independence at Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang. This community service program implements bedukmutu with the support of the unimmart.com marketplace through three stages: (1) brainstorming with the academics of the Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang, (2) conducting focus group discussions (FGD) with the academics of Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang, and (3) developing and socialization of unimmart.com to the academic community. The result of this community service is the creation of the bedukmutu movement with the support of the unimmart.com marketplace at Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang. In addition to creating an entrepreneurial atmosphere and economic independence for the academic community and the University of Muhammadiyah Magelang as an educational business charity in Muhammadiyah, this community service program is intended to integrate the theory and practice of real entrepreneurship for students.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of synthetic pesticides in farming management has had a negative impact on the environment. In general, farmers still use synthetic pesticides, hence not environmentally friendly. Therefore, farming needs to be directed towards environmentally-friendly agricultural activities with the use of organic pesticides. However, the knowledge and skills of farmers in the production of organic pesticides are lacking. The aim of this program is to increase the knowledge and skills of farmer groups in producing organic pesticides. The implementation was applied in the form of training and demonstration of pesticide manufacture. The results of the activity showed that the knowledge and skills of farmers increased, and they were able to produce organic pesticides. The implication is that farmers can produce organic pesticides independently instead of using synthetic pesticides in farm management.]]>

<![CDATA[This activity aims to provide community service with the One Student One Family (OSOF) scheme. The activity was carried out to improve the quality of patients with obesity and Diabetes mellitus (DM) in Family A (families with problems with non-communicable diseases or PTM) in Bantul, Yogyakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methods used in this service are education, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluating consumption patterns, physical activity, measuring weight, and checking blood sugar levels. In addition, the commitment of patients and family members is initiated to achieve a good quality of life. The results of this service activity indicate that mentoring impacts improving the quality of life of patients in the form of improving diet, exercise habits/physical activity, weight loss of 1.1 kg in 2 weeks, and decreasing blood sugar levels by 116 mg/DL. In addition, there is a patient's commitment to implementing a healthy lifestyle vigorously in the long term to produce better results. Family members also expressed a commitment to continuously provide motivation, support, and an environment to improve the patient's quality of life. This proves that the OSOF program has succeeded in having a positive impact on the target.]]>

<![CDATA[The high number of tourists who come to Lemukutan Island has a significant impact on the volume of waste. This activity aims to instill and increase the knowledge of tourism managers and visitors in waste management. The method used is socialization through the coastal activity of the Lemukutan Island community with students by picking up trash. Furthermore, the waste is separated into organic, plastic, metal, and glass waste. The results of the action of picking up garbage around Lemukutan Island obtained 90 kg of organic waste, 45 kg of plastic groups, and 77 kg of garbage, plastic/mica drink bottles, cans, and glass. The organic waste obtained is then buried in the ground to become compost. The results of this program show public awareness of a clean and healthy environment, especially in the tourist destination of Lemukutan Island. The success of this program is supported by the togetherness of the community and universities in determining strategic steps to protect the environment of Lemukutan Island.]]>

<![CDATA[Sales through e-commerce applications is commonly used by home industry, despite the lack of the progress and is dominated by business actors instead. E-commerce applications can expand product sales, in addition to promotions that are carried out without incurring costs. This service program aims to increase sales of Samiler cracker products through the application of e-commerce applications so that they can be reached by a wider range of consumers. Accordingly, observation was conducted to find out how to produce samiler cracker. Furthermore, interviews were also conducted to determine the ability of producers to utilize and manage information technology for business progress. In addition, assistance was provided in building market networks through the Shopee and Tokopedia applications, operationalizing e-commerce applications, and visualizing samiler crackers products. The results of the program show that the producers of samiler crackers understand and are able to operate e-commerce applications and develop market networks.]]>

<![CDATA[Diarrhea is still one of the main public health problems in Indonesia, proven by the increasing number of diarrhea sufferers from year to year. Diarrhea is often associated with the pesantren environment because the santri live together in the same environment, share the same food, and use the same facilities. Various strategies and efforts have been made to reduce the incidence of diarrhea, one of which is health promotion. This community service program was carried out to determine the effectiveness of counseling with audiovisual methods to increase knowledge about diarrhea in PMDG Female 2 students. This service used a quasi-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design with a sample of 96 female students. Data were collected using a questionnaire in the form of pretest and posttest, which were then analyzed using a paired T-test with a significance level of 5%. The results of the service implementation showed that the audiovisual counseling method was effective in increasing the knowledge of PMDG Putri 2 students about diarrhea as indicated by (p 0.05) by 14%. This shows that students' level of knowledge increased from good criterion (82%) to very good (96%). ]]>

<![CDATA[The Sharia Funding, Savings, and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) BUEKA Walidah Mulia (BWM) is a national sharia secondary cooperative established by the Aisyiyah Central Executive Labor Economic Council. Each provincial secondary cooperative has three primary sharia cooperatives. KSPPS BWM is the parent of national cooperatives as a strategic driver in reviving and assisting secondary/primary cooperatives. The problem faced by KSPPS BWM is that the capacity of human resources (managers) in organizational governance is not standardized. The purpose of empowering KSPPS BWM is to increase the capacity of managers in cooperative governance according to Cooperative Governance Standards. The applied methods in the program were socialization, education, focus group discussions (FGD), mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. The results of the empowerment show that the capacity of KSPPS BWM cooperative managers in terms of knowledge and skills of standard cooperative management increases. The implication of the service program is that the performance of KSPPS BWM cooperative management increases and is able to carry out the control function to better managed secondary/primary cooperatives. ]]>
