Abstract

The objective of this study was to identify a motivation of Muzakki (as payer a zakat) for paying a zakat. The experiment was conducted at Kolaka district from January to February 2017. This research was used 3 factors, satisfied (X1), served (X2), and Islamic knowledge (X3) to motivation of muzakki (Y). Data were analyzed by regression analysis. The result showed that value of R was 95,6%, it was indicated that factor formulation was valid to identify motivation of Muzakki for paying zakat. One way analysis of varians showed a significant. Formula of regression analysis was Y= -0.36+1,12X1+1,054X2+0.924X3. Value of constant -0.36 was indicated that without three factors would be negative motivation or nothing motivation to be paid a zakat. Satisfied was highest factor could be influenced motivation to be paid a zakat by Muzakki. In fact, that Islamic knowledge was lowest factor. Research could be concluded that satisfied of muzakki was highest factor affected to motivation for paying zakat. Amil (as collector of zakat for distribution to mustahiq) should be credible, liable to service, and trustworthy for building of good satisfied of Muzakki.

Abstract

This community based research aim to determined effect asset based community driven development (ABCD) method for agrotourism development on integrated farming system were done in Mowewe district, East Kolaka Regency. Qualitative method were used participant observation developed. Approach stage of ABCD method for agrotourism development on integrated farming system are: discovering strengths, organizing and mapping, lingking and mobilizing, community driven initiatives and sustaining the process. Simulation model agrotourism development were tested during one week, with Student group from Islamic Boarding School and Integrated Islamic School Al-Mawaddah Warrahmah to done Rihlah Ilmiah (Programs to support agrotourism development). Concluded that ABCD method can accelerate agrotourism development on integrated farming system.

Abstract

The objective of this paper was to determined action plan of zakat, infaq and shodaqah (ZIS) to empowerment of ummah. Management of starategy on collection, analyze (data of mustahiq), and distribution should be reformulated. To empowerment of ummah, ZIS should be have character based on sosial, economic, and ecology. Model of management (collected, analyze, and distribution) should be constructed by SWOT analysis, before it is done. Finally, management of ZIS should be change on focus distribution model in the productive form of a creative, ZIS is realized in the form of capital either for the construction of social projects or increase the capital of small business enterprises.

Abstract

were carried out, covering Validity and reliabilita, then continued with, test multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0. The results showed Community decision base on calculated rated R square of 0.975 or 95.7% strongly influenced by the factor have been determined, such as product, price, place, and promotion. The value of the constant is 0.026, 0.925 for products, 0.889 for price, 0.654 for place, 1.554 for promotion. then it can be concluded from these data regression equation is: Y = 0.026 + 0.925X1 + 0.889X2 + 0.654X3 + 1.554X4. Concluded that factor marketing strategy of funding decision of customer choose BMT in Kolaka Regency is product, place, and promotion. However, variable price was not significantly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of customer satisfaction towards services in Mandiri Bank Branch Kolaka, as well as knowing how the correlation and regression of each variable of service quality on customer satisfaction by Likert Method. Tests were Carried out, covering Validity and reliability then continued with, test multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0. The results showed that the constant value is -0.027, 0.992 tangiabel, reliability 1.209, 1.433 responsiveness, assurance 1.070 and 0.300 products is not significant. It can be concluded that tangiable, reliability, responsiveness, assurance positively affect customer satisfaction significantly, but not a significant variable affecting product.
