This research aims to determine how the difference of sales turnover and advantages of UMK before and after receiving the grant of capital loan credit from REE-SL Business Development.This research is a qulitative descriptive.. Data collection techniques used questionnaire and observation to obtain data on SME development before and after receiving the loan capital grants of REE-SL Business Development. The results show that: (1) There are differences between the turnover of sales before and after receiving the loan capital grants of REE-SL Business Development. (2) There are differences in profit before and after receiving the loam capital grants from UED- SP Business Development.

This study aims to determine the impact or influence of good corporate governance and efficiency, which in this case the proxy by the ratio of operational costs and operating income to the financial stability of sharia commercial banks. The method in this research is a literature review or conceptual paper. Based on the results and review literature, it is known that the financial stability of sharia banks is a significant factor in maintaining reputation. Good corporate governance, operational costs, and operating income (BOPO) are factors that can support the financial stability of sharia commercial banks and in this study measured by Z-score. Therefore, financial stability in sharia banks should be the focus of the management of sharia commercial banks.

Abstract: This article investigated about mechanism of double entry bookkeeping (DEB) on the usage side of the learning process. Focus assessment of this article is on the develop use of complex accounting equations. Transformation complexcity transaction is about balance sheet, income and equity. Accounting equiation frmawork find universal modification implementation, that only simple equations but complax equaiton this transaction. That simple information, this equestion (A=L+E) is become more complex component A (Cr.A+Fx.A +It.A) = L (Cr.L+LT.L) + E (CS+RE+R). But this consept in article have weakness and limitations, only use argument, assumtion and basic analisys in define framework modification, and need complex understanding and scientific evidence.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, promosi jabatan, dan kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada AMIK Mahaputra Riau. Teknik analisis digunakan regresi linier berganda, dengan jumlah sampel 47 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Promosi jabatan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi finansial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan, promosi jabatan, dan kompensasi finansial berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Investment in hotel business is a high-risk decision because it requires very large capital and aims to benefit in the future. To minimize risk and estimate the amount of profit to be obtained, a feasibility study of investment is needed. This study aims to find out the breakdown of the calculation of business investments made in hotels in Bengkalis Regency in detail. Feasibility Study is conducted to find out whether or not investment in hotel development in Bengkalis Regency is worthy. This feasibility study was carried out using the calculation of Break Even Point Analysis (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), Pay Back Period Analysis and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Research data collection was carried out through surveys, interviews and direct observation to the location. This study also uses secondary data from the Bengkalis Regency Central Statistics Agency. The results of this study show that Break Event Point (BEP) is 31 years 11 months 11 days, Net present Value (NPV) is Rp.2.536.661.016, and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 12,512%.

ANALISIS PENGARUH LDR, NPL DAN CAR TERHADAP RISIKO LIKUIDITAS PADA BANK PERKREDITAN RAKYAT (BPR) DI SUMATERA BARAT Yerismal Yerismal

This research aims to analyze the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Liquidity Risk. The data used in this research was obtained from the annual publication of financial statements by each Bank Of “Perkreditan Rakyat” (BPR) in West Sumatera in 2008-2012. The number of samples is all BPR in West Sumatera, as many as 10 banks by the period 2008-2012. The analysis technique is a statistical test regression method and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test, that had previously been tested in the classical assumption first. Research findings show that the variables LDR, NPL and CAR simultaneously affect on Liquidity Risk at 5% level of significant. LDR was negative significant affect on Liquidity Risk,NPL was negative significant affect on Liquidity Risk, and CAR was positive significant affect on Liquidity Risk. From this research, R2 value is 0,877, it shows that 87,7% of the dependent variable (Liquidity Risk) can be explained by the independent variable (LDR, NPL and CAR), the remaining 12,3% is explained by the other variables outside the equation.

Although the government has made various efforts to encourage the sustainable use of coastal and marine resources, utilization patterns that are damaging and threaten the sustainability of coastal and marine resources are still ongoing. This is due to the pressing of need for life, which is getting higher and higher. Development of mangrove ecotourism is one of the alternative development that can help overcome the problem. Utilization of mangrove ecosystem for the concept of tourism (ecotourism) in line with the change in the interest of tourists from old tourism as a new tourism. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential of ecotourism and to determine ecotourism development strategy in Bengkalis Island. The research method used for data type is quantitative and qualitative data with data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection conducted through questioner, survey method, literature and documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis used is using quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods. The results of the research show that the potential of mangrove ecotourism in Bengkalis Island that can be identified is located in Bengkalis, Bantan, Rupat, Bukit Batu, Siak Kecil and Bandar Laksamana subdistricts. Based on the processing of questionnaire data, the results obtained if consumer interest in mangrove ecotourism on Bengkalis Island, is dominated by referential interest, where the respondents want that mangrove ecotourism on Bengkalis Island is better known and in demand.

Total Quality Management (TQM) starts from the quality that has been applied by companies to get good quality in the early decades of 2000 in Indonesia. In this study explained TQM Education with the Company's TQM perspective in general which consisted of customer focus, quality obsession, teamwork and school performance. This study aims to determine the implementation of TQM education on the performance of State Vocational High Schools in Pekanbaru City. The method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative. The population of this study was 474 and the sample used a sampling quota of 82 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the TQM Education research namely Customer Focus, Quality Obsession and Team Cooperation did not have a significant effect simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on the performance of the State Vocational High School in Pekanbaru.

This study aim to examine which factors can influence entrepreneurship intention among college student in Riau Province from several factors by previous researches scholars: personality characteristic factors, entrepreneurial competencies factors, and environmental factor. This study applies correlation and regression analysis to test on the sample of 105 college student by using electronic questionnaire. This research shows that the correlation coefficient all independent variable to the dependent variable is significant. Moreover, this study indicate that determinants of entrepreneurial intention (personality characteristic, entrepreneurial competencies, and environmental) were have significant impact on the entrepreneurial intention among college student in Riau Province Indonesia.

Penelitian kali ini adalah upaya pengembangan konsep kualitas layanan transportasi online melalui pengalaman/perspektif pelanggan/masyarakat sebagai pengguna jasa layanan transportasi online di Kota Pontianak dan sekitarnya. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model kualitas layanan jasa transportasi online. Lebih lanjut konsep yang akan dibentuk ini nanti juga diharapkan dapat memperkaya wawasan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan dalam memanajemen layanan dan peluang-peluang bagi peningkatan penerapan kualitas layanan bagi penyedia layanan jasa transportasi online di Kota Pontianak. Tujuan khusus yaitu menemukan fakta-fakta layanan melalui masyarakat penggunan layanan jasa transportasi online di Kota Pontianak, sehingga hasilnya diharapkan akan ditemukan dimensi-dimensi layanan berkualitas yang diinginkan oleh masyarakat yang harus disediakan oleh penyedia layanan, sebagai alat untuk bersaing sesama penyedia layanan jasa transportasi online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam (indepth interview). Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi mengidentifikasi 6 (enam) tema dimensi kualitas layanan, yaitu: (a). Fisik/keberwujudan (terdiri dari dua hal yaitu: fisik kendaraan dan fisik driver), (b). keamanan, (c). kenyamanan, (d). kecepatan, (e). ketepatan (terdiri dari dua hal yaitu: ketepatan waktu dan ketepatan pesanan, dan (f). Keramahan.
