Abstract

ABSTRACTDiscussion in this study is directed to the three main studies, namely early childhood education, the position of early childhood education in the filed of Islamic education management study, and learning process of early childhood in accordance with the principles of Islamic education. Those studies above are described as follows. Early childhood education is a coaching efforts aimed at children from birth up to the age of six years done through the provision of educational stimulus to help improving physical and spiritual development so that children have readiness in entering the next level of education. Then the position of early childhood education in the study of Islamic education management becomes very important. Beside because of the development of the brain about the maximum absorption of children by the various stimuli provided by the environment, it is also inspired from the success of various units of education upward of it about the professional management of Islamic educational institutions that have brought about the achievements of parents and society. This is what must be prepared by early childhood institutions. Meanwhile, considering that early childhood education presents the concept of learning while playing, in which it is in accordance with their characteristic in being active in exploring the environment, so the implant of Islamic teachings as early as possible should be able to be implanted in their playing while learning process. Thus, the development and perfection of the potential abilities of children, such as language skills, social, emotional, motor, spiritual and intellectual, would be more guided. Keywords: urgency, early childhood education, Islamic education management.

Abstract

This descriptive research aims at describing the effectiveness of curriculumof Islamic Education Management Postgraduate Program at UNISNUJepara and contributing the critical review towards the corcordance ofcurriculum structure and subjects’ variant offered connected to stake holderand the profession of users. Qualitative method is applied in this research,whereas the technique of selecting the subject of research is purposivesampling. The data of this research are collected through interview,observation, and documentation. The result shows that the variant ofcourses that are offered by the postgraduate program are categorized to be supporting enough for the concentration Islamic education supervisionin the case of education management  study program. However, some subjects need to be reviewed in curriculum review to enhance their effectiveness for users and stake holder of institutional and Islamic educationmanagement at UNISNU Jepara. Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan menjelaskan keefektifan kurikulummanajemen pendidikan Islam perogram pascasarjana Unisnu Jepara danmemberikan kontribusi berupa tinjauan kritis terhadap kesesuaian dalamstruktur kurikulum dan berbagai pihak yang berhubungan denganpemangku kepentingan dan profesi para pemakainya. Penelitian inimenerapkan metode kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pemilihan data denganmenggunakan tehnik sampel terpilih. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melaluiwawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa ragam mata kuliah yang ditawarkan dapat dikategorikan cukupmendukung konsentrasi supervisi pendidikan Islam dalam penjurusan program studi,namun sebagian mata kuliah perlu ditinjau ulang dalamtinjauan kurikulum untuk meningkatkan keefektifannya khususnya bagi para pemangku kepentingan lembaga dan manajemen pendidikan IslamUNISNU Jepara.

Abstract

Kemahiran membaca menjadi salah satu komponen dalam keterampilanberbahasa Arab dan menjadi tujuan utama dalam pembelajaran bahasaArab di SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta. Berbagai upaya untukmewujudkan tujuan tersebut telah dilaksanakan, seperti kelengkapansarana prasarana, membaca al-Qur’an sebelum memulai pelajaran danmata pelajaran bahasa Arab masuk dalam intra dan ekstrakurikuler. Akantetapi, kemampuan membaca siswa kelas IX b siswa sekolah tersebutbelum sepenuhnya baik. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut peneliti inginmengetahui implementasi metode pembelajaran qira’ah siswa kelas IX bSMP Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta dengan empat konsep dalam teor ipembelajaran Albert Bandura. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan jenis penelitiannya adalah kualitatif,bersifat deskriptif dalam pembelajaran qira’ah dengan teori kognitif sosialAlbert Bandura. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Penelitimenggunakan metode pengumpulan data secara triangulasi yangmenggabungkan berbagai teknik pengumpul data. Sedangkan jenispenelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (field research). Hasil daripenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran qira’ah dikelas tersebut menggunakan empat konsep pembelajaran teori kognitifsosial Albert Bandura mencakup atensi, retensi, produksi dan motivasi.Penerapan konsep tersebut memberikan dampak terhadap kelancaranpembelajaran qira’ah. Reading skills became one of the components in Arabic skills and becamethe main objective in learning Arabic in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta. Various efforts to realize these objectives have been implemented, such asthe completeness of infrastructure facilities, reading the Koran beforestarting the lesson and the subjects of Arabic language entered in intra and extracurricular. However, the ability to read students in grade IX b school students is not yet fully good. Based on these facts the researcher wanted to know the implementation of learning method of qira'ah student of class IX b SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta with four concepts in AlbertBandura learning theory. The research was conducted using qualitativeapproach. While the type of research is qualitative, is descriptive in learning qira'ah with social cognitive theory Albert Bandura. The analysis used is descriptive analysis. Researchers used a method of collecting data in triangulation that combines various techniques of data collection. While this type of research including field research (field research). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of learning qira'ah in the class using four concepts of learning social cognitive theory Albert Bandura include attention, retention, production and motivation. Application of the concept has an impact on the smoothness of learning qira'ah.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe approach historically used for professional development for classroom educators, where the emphasis is on 'training' and not on 'learning' is, quite simply, outdated. Classroom action research ?? with its cyclical nature of systematic investigation of teaching and learning, followed by data-driven improvements resulting from the outcomes of the investigations ?? provides not only a viable, but also valuable, professional development alternative. Following the development of improvement goals, the process of action research can be used to customize a teacher's professional development, allowing for a much more meaningful approach to professional growth. This approach permits teachers to investigate their own practice and to discover what will and will not work for their students in their classrooms. The integration of classroom action research with professional collaboration and with teacher evaluation is both discussed.  Keywords: Classroom Action Research, Professional Development

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of principals in improving the quality ofeducation perspective of total quality management concepts. This type ofresearch is the use of qualitative research. Jepara SDUT Bumi Kartini headof research subjects using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the head of SDUT Bumi Kartini Jepara has run aspectsof  Integrated Quality  Management  Concept among which are the First,the role as head of SDUT Bumi Kartini Jepara quality planning coordinationto the entire staff of   employees   and   also   the board  of  teachers  inconducting activities, involving all components, explains objectives to beachieved, forming  committees, monitoring and held meetings every want to do activities. Second, the role as head of quality control SDUT Bumi Kartini Jepara in  this  case are Ernawati, M.Pd undertaken an evaluation ofperformance, comparing actual performance with targets, holding monthlymeetings, specially in setting standards of performance, reward andpanishment, provides  guidance  to employees, asking for a report afteractivity and always provide motivation to Setaf council  employees  andteachers. Third, the role of quality   improvement   in this case the head ofSDUT Bumi Kartini Jepara conduct continuous improvement, conductsupervision per each semester, providing training and education to teachers and employees, held on the hour tutoring students outside of school  and work closely  with parents. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan peran kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan perspektif konsep manajemen mutu terpadu. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah kepala SDUT Bumi Kartini Jepara dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan  bahwa  kepala SDUT Bumi Kartini Jepara  sudah menjalankan aspek-aspek Konsep Manajemen Mutu Terpadu  diantaranya  yaitu Pertama, peran  sebagai perencanaan  mutu  kepala SDUT Bumi Kartini Jepara melakukan koordinasi kepada seluruh staf karyawan dan juga dewan guru dalam melakukan kegiatan, melibatkan seluruh komponen, menjelaskan tujuan yang akan dicapai, membentuk panitia-panitia, mengadakan monitoring dan mengadakan melakukan kegiatan. Kedua, peran sebagai pengendalian mutu kepala SDUT Bumi Kartini Jepara dilakukan dengan mengadakan evaluasi kinerja,  membandingkan kinerja aktual dengan target, mengadakan rapat bulanan, menetapkan standar khusus dalam kinerja, memberikan reward dan punishment, memberikan arahan kepada pegawai, meminta laporan setelah kegiatan  dan  selalu memberikan motivasi kepada staf karyawan maupun dewan guru. Ketiga, peran sebagai perbaikan mutu dalam  hal ini kepala SDUT Bumi Kartini Jepara mengadakan perbaikan terus menerus, mengadakan supervisi setiap persemester, memberikan pelatihan dan pendidikan kepada guru dan pegawai, mengadakan bimbingan belajar siswa pada jam luar sekolah dan bekerja sama dengan orang tua murid.

Abstract

 The purpose is achieved in this research is to describe the approach of cooperative learning STAD model on the learning process Civics, to describe the impact of the learning model cooperative learning model of STAD in teaching civics of the higher institutions of the state in the government structure the central level for students of fourth grade Negeri 2 KandangrejoKlambu District Grobogan Regency in the 1st semester of 2015/2016. The research was conducted in grade IV of State Elementary School 2 KandangrejoKlambu Sub-District Grobogan District. The number of students in grade IV is 25 students, consisting of 13 men and 12 women. Implementation of improvement in two cycles, each cycle through planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The implementation schedule of each cycle is for Cycle I on Monday, September 14, 2015 and October 19, 2015 with a time allocation of 4 x 35 minutes (2 x meetings). Cycle II on Monday, October 26, 2015 and 2 November 2015 with a time allocation of 4 x 35 minutes (2 x meetings). In cycle I there are 18 students who got the value of complete or 72%. In cycle II, there are 23 students from 25 students got the value of complete or 92%. Not all students complete and there are still two students who have not completed, this is because students' cognitive abilities are slow. The conclusion of this research is the application of STAD Cooperative Learning learning model is very effective to increase students' courage in opinion, enable students in discussion, and understanding and mastery of students to the material. the use of real learning media can emrangsang thoughts, feelings, concerns, and the willingness of students so that they can motivate student learning. Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Model STAD, Learning outcomes Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan penerapan pendekatan Cooperative Learning model STAD pada proses pembelajaran PKn dan pengaruhnya terhadap pembelajaran PKn tentang lembaga-lembaga tinggi negara dalam susunan pemerintahan tingkat pusat bagi siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Kandangrejo Kecamatan Klambu Kabupaten Grobogan pada semester 1 tahun 2015/2016.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Kandangrejo Kecamatan Klambu Kabupaten Grobogan. Jumlah siswa kelas IV sebanyak 25 siswa, terdiri dari 13 laki-laki dan 12 perempuan.Pelaksanaan perbaikan dilakukan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Adapun jadwal pelaksanaan masing-masing siklus adalah untuk Siklus I pada hari Senin, tanggal 14 September 2015 dan 19 Oktober 2015 dengan alokasi waktu 4 x 35 menit (2 x pertemuan). Siklus II pada hari Senin, tanggal 26 Oktober 2015 dan 2 November 2015 dengan alokasi waktu 4 x 35 menit (2 x pertemuan).Pada siklus I ini terdapat 18 siswa yang mendapat nilai tuntas atau 72 %. Pada siklus II ini terdapat 23 siswa dari 25 siswa mendapat nilai tuntas atau 92%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning STAD sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan keberanian siswa dalam berpendapat, mengaktifkan siswa dalam diskusi, serta pemahaman dan penguasaan siswa terhadap materi. Kata kunci: Cooperative Learning, Model STAD, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Moral education is an important thing to discuss and formulate, especiallyin the current era of globalization.Die morele krisis wat vandag gebeur, isso kommerwekkend, wat wissel van kinders, adolessente en volwassenes.Therefore the formulation of the concept of moral education needs to benoticed.The concept of moral education so much talked about by many, not least by the thinkers of Islam. The concept of moral education according to Ibn Maskawaih one of which will be analyzed in this paper. The concept of moral education in this paper focuses on the concept of teacher and student interaction. The interaction between teachers and students is an educcessive interaction that is aware of the ultimate goal of forming good morality for students. In the process of moral formation according to Ibn Maskawaih there must be relationship of love between educators andstudents. This is as expressed by Ibn Maskawaih that teachers are educators after parents who have an important role in shaping the moralsof students. Pendidikan akhlak merupakan hal penting untuk dibahas dan dirumuskan,khususnya pada era globalisasi saat ini. Krisis moral yang terjadi saat inibegitu memprihatinkan, mulai dari kalangan anak-anak,  remaja dandewasa. Oleh karena itu, memahami konsep pendidikan akhlak yanglengkap perlu untuk dikembangkan dan diaplikasikan. Konsep pendidikanakhlak begitu banyak dibicarakan oleh banyak kalangan, tidak terkecualioleh para pemikir Islam. Konsep pendidikan akhlak menurut Ibn Maskawaih salah satu yang akan di analisis dalam tulisan ini. Konsep pendidikan akhlak dalam tulisan ini difokuskan pada konsep interaksi guru dan anak didik. Interaksi yang dibangun antara anak guru dan siswa adalah interaksi eduktif yang sadar akan tujuan akhir yaitu pembentukan akhlak terpuji bagi siswa.Dalam proses interaksi guru dan anak didik harus berjalan hubungan cintakasih. Hal ini sebagaimana yang diungkapkan oleh Ibnu Maskawih bahwaguru adalah pendidik setelah orang tua yang memilki peran penting dalam membentuk akhlak siswa.

Abstract

ABSTRCTIn shaping the child's personal or character, not as easy as turning the palm of the hand. Therefore through private education is good will be created or attached to the child??s soul. Beberapa methods used among other methods of customs, ideals and others. Now we see the phenomenon of smearing ethics in our education, both came from educators and learners, as Muslims we have been taught by the Koran on ethics and procedures for good learning. By digging the Koran in a letter al-Kahf verse 66-82 will unfold the moral teaching contained in these verses that can be implemented in education today. The roles and responsibilities of an educator is very heavy. Especially in the context of Islamic education, where all aspects of education in Islam is linked to values, to which see teachers not only on mastery of material knowledge, but also the cultivation of moral values and spiritual which is then transformed towards the formation of the personality of students. As the most basic component in Islam, educators are required to guide, train and familiarize the students to always behave well. Abstract

Writing a scientific article is a necessity of elementary school teachers ormadrasah ibtidaiyah. In addition to reviving the scientific culture, writingbecomes a vehicle to hone the intellectual quality. By writing, teachers aremore diligent in reading, researching, analyzing and putting their ideas into perspective. Today there is plenty of space in the mass media to write, both popular scientific articles, essays, features and more. Writing becomes one component of improving quality and professional  competence. Teachers are not only required to meet the competence of  pedagogy, personality and social. Teachers' duties not only design and teach, but also the publication of scientific papers in the mass media. Writing in the mass media is very different from in journals and books, because writing should be popular, actual and solutive. In improving professional competence, teachers are required to fulfill Sustainable Culture Development in accordance with the Regulation of State Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucracy Reform No. 16 of 2009 on Teacher Functional Position and Credit Score. Sustainable Culture  Development is the main element whose activities are given credit numbers for teacher career development, in addition to the other two main elements. Permenpan RB number 16 of 2009 divides Sustainable Culture Development consists of 3 components including self-development, scientific publications and innovative works. Professional teacher  competence can be achieved by fulfilling Sustainable Culture Development  by writing in mass media. If achieved, then become an instrument to  improve the professional competence of teachers. Menulis artikel ilmiah merupakan keniscayaan guru Sekolah Dasar (SD) atau Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Selain menghidupkan budaya ilmiah, menulis menjadi wahana mengasah kualitas intelektual. Dengan menulis, guru semakin rajin membaca, meneliti, menganalisis dan menuangkan gagasannya. Saat ini banyak ruang di media massa untuk menulis, baik artikel ilmiah populer, esai, feature dan lainnya. Menulis menjadi salah  satu komponen meningkatkan kualitas dan kompetensi profesional. Guru tidak sekadar dituntut memenuhi kompetensi pedagogi, kepribadian dan sosial. Tugas guru tidak hanya merancang dan mengajar, namun juga publikasi karya ilmiah di media massa. Menulis di media massa sangat berbeda dengan di jurnal dan buku, karena tulisan harus populer, aktual dan solutif. Dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional, guru dituntut memenuhi Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) sesuai  dengan Peraturan Menteri Negara Pemberdayaan Aparatur Negara dan  Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 16 Tahun 2009 tentang Jabatan Fungsional Guru dan Angka Kreditnya. PKB merupakan unsur utama yang kegiatannya diberikan angka kredit untuk pengembangan karir guru, selain kedua unsur utama lainnya. Permenpan RB Nomor 16 Tahun 2009 membagi PKB terdiri atas 3 komponen meliputi pengembangan diri, publikasi ilmiah dan karya inovatif.
