Abstract

Persiapan sekolah tatap muka menjadi perhatian khusus di berbagai sekolah yang melibatkan peran serta dinas pendidikan dan orang tua peserta didik. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengevaluasi persiapan sekolah tatap muka di TKK Kanaan Jakarta. Tumbuh kembang setiap peserta didik tidak dapat dijeda oleh karena situasi, namun akan terus bergerak seiring dengan pertambahan usianya. Dengan berbagai tantangan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh di masa pandemi Covid 19, kini tiba saatnya bagi sekolah untuk memulai persiapan sekolah tatap muka kembali. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi adalah metode kualitatif yang ditelaah dengan pendekatan analisis pohon masalah, yang terdiri dari pohon masalah, pohon harapan, dan pohon sasaran. Hasil evaluasi yang diperoleh adalah terbukti bahwa capaian belajar peserta didik maksimal disebabkan adanya optimalisasi rencana sekolah tatap muka, dengan memperhatikan keseimbangan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan peserta didik yang didukung dengan efektivitas penyampaian materi mata pelajaran bagi peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan segala bentuk persiapan sekolah tatap muka dapat dilakukan dengan sesuai kebijakan pemerintah, persetujuan orang tua dan protocol kesehatan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the learning outcomes of Barana Christian High School students' face-to-face learning in the new normal. Face-to-face learning is carried out because many students, parents and teachers complain about learning conducted online from home due to the difficulty of students receiving inadequate learning and networks. This research method uses qualitative method through literature study, observation and problem tree analysis approach with a sample number of 366 students. The results of this study show that the learning objectives have not been achieved due to the decrease in student learning outcomes during this new normal, so it is necessary to increase the interest and motivation of students' learning and teacher skills in supporting the improvement of student learning outcomes. Abstract

The objectives of writing this study were to: 1) to obtain the best methods and techniques in the limited face-to-face learning management system in Rantepao Christian Senior High School; 2) contributing advice to the school management team in order to improve the quality of learning during the Covid 19 pandemic; 3) contributing advice to educators and education personnel in order to improve face-to-face learning management during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this writing is a qualitative method with a literature review approach and participant responses via google form to students and teachers at Rantepao Christian High School. In the analisis using the problem tree approach, target tree, and alternative solution tree in getting the expected results. The results show that the impact of a learning management system that is suitable for school conditions can provide time-effective and cost-efficient convenience for students and teachers in achieving learning objectives. Abstract

Covid 19 pandemic that occurred globally had an impact in the world of education to rethink about ways of school organization related to face-to-face learning preparation. The purpose of this paper is to analyze educational policies in the preparation of facilities and infrastructure as a strategy or effort to prepare face-to-face learning at Barana Christian Senior High School ', North Toraja district. This analysis uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research in which the data collection techniques are using school observations and literature review. The results of this study provide information to policy makers in schools in preparing appropriate facilities and infrastructure and planning face-to-face learning strategies that are effective and efficient, especially in the new normal era. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness for face-to-face learning at SMK Negeri 2 Toraja Utara. The analysis used in this study is a qualitative analysis using the subject matter approach. In order for maximum face-to-face learning readiness, school leaders must involve teachers, school committees and parents of students at the meeting to determine face-to-face learning procedures and send the results of determining face-to-face learning for parents who do not attend meetings so that learning procedures are clear so that learning readiness is maximized resulting in learning objectives can be achieved. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the readiness for face-to-face learning at SMK Negeri 2 Toraja Utara has not been maximized because at the meeting to determine the procedure for determining face-to-face learning, it was only attended by a few parents of students and there were also some teachers who were not present at the meeting. Abstract

This research are conducted to explore the curriculum planning, to expose the implementation of the curriculum in LSBA that is effective for individuals with autism, to determine the process of monitoring teaching and learning activities and to determine the process of evaluating the results of teaching and learning activities at LSBA. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, which is describing the data obtained from the field and explaining in words. This study aims to find what the most effective program for individuals with autism who graduated from high school. In addition, this study explores more deeply the implementation of the curriculum and the learning techniques applied in the London School Beyond Academy (LSBA). This research found that the effectiveness of curriculum planning, the effectiveness of curriculum implementation carried out properly during teaching and learning activities in class, the effectiveness of monitoring teaching and learning activities carried out is in accordance with the program planning but the additional term of study is needed and the effectiveness of the evaluation of teaching and learning activities has been carried out well in LSBA for individuals with autism. The conducted reearch also found that the program implemented at LSBA is effective for individuals with autism who are ready to work with the skills they have after studying in LSBA. The more effective the educational program, the more it will support individuals with autism ready to work according to their respective abilities.
