The purpose of this study was to determine differences in cognitive function between men and women of elderly after being given brain gym intervention in patients with cognitive impairment. This research used experiment method, using Quasi experiment design with pre and posttest design. The results showed that there was a difference of cognitive function between men and women of elderly after giving brain exercise intervention with P value = 0,025. Conclusion, there was a difference in the effectiveness of brain gym on improving cognitive function between men and women of elderly. Brain gym is more effective for improving cognitive function in elderly men. Keywords :Brain Gym, Cognitive Function, Elderly

This study aims to determine the effect of the Glenn Doman methods stages 1 and 2 on the development of thinking communication in children with autism at the Bengkulu Autism Center. The research design used was quasi experiment, with the design used was two groups before after or pre-test and post test group design. The results showed that in the univariate analysis the majority of respondents aged 3-4 years with the majority of male sex with the ability to speak in the control group and the treatment group before being given glenn doman therapy stages 1 and 2 were quite capable. And the development of communication in the majority treatment group increased to be able. In bivariate analysis, it was known that the value of p v 0,000 <0.05. Conclusion, there is a significant influence of stage 1 and 2 glenn doman therapy on the development of communication of children with autism at Bengkulu Autis Center. Keywords: Autism, Glenn Doman

The purpose of this research is to find out the description of learning motivation in smartphone users in SMP Negeri 4 Garut. The research method in this research is to use a descriptive research method. The results of the study half of the students (50.6%) rarely use smartphones and almost half the students (41.6%) have enough motivation to learn in SMP Negeri 4 Garut. Conclusion, Students who rarely use smartphones have sufficient learning motivation and students who often use smartphones have less learning motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the role of midwives in monitoring and early detection of high risk of pregnancy in the work area of Basuki Rahmat Health Center. The research method uses quantitative research with cross sectional study approach. The results of the study, more 60% of respondents had an unfavorable midwife role, 52% were early adulthood, 16% had low education, 48% had sufficient knowledge, 55% had a favorable attitude, 60% had high motivation, 44% had never had training , 60% never get rewards, 40% never get supervision. Conclusion, there is no significant relationship between education and the role of midwives in monitoring and early detection of high risk of pregnancy. This study aims to analyze the description of procurement of nursing home information management systems for telenursing home visits at hospitals. Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. The research design that researchers use modifies the research theory (R) and development (D). Development of telenursing technology based on BAN technology (body area network) can provide monitoring results in real time and connected with WSN (wireless sensor network) transmission through integration with deviceendusers (laptops) which in design and implementation can be used in rural and remote areas. The results of the study there is a system design program that has the advantage of being able to be used to send medical data of patients, the main complaints, the type of disease they feel (mild, moderate and severe), visualization of data in image, sound and text, even video can be used as a detector for patient health digital based via video mail, and family health history with multimedia medical records techniques that are connected to the hospital health care center. Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. The research was directly tested on nurses to gain nurses' understanding in using telenursing. Conclusions, which are obtained from this study are the enthusiasm of nurses in accepting new challenges in providing telenursing services is very high, it can have an impact on the ability to improve effective communication between nurses and patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the effect of Benson's relaxation on the reduction of the patient's pain in post-Caesarean section pain. This research method uses a quantitative method with a Quasi experimental design of One group Pre Test and Post Test with a sample of 22 people. The results of the study using Wilcoxon analysis showed p Value 0,000 p ≤0.05. The conclusion of this study is the effect of Benson's relaxation on the reduction of the pain of post-sectio caesarean pain in patients at Raja Ahmad Thabib Regional Hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of reliability and responsiveness of nursing with patient loyalty in the inpatient room of Tanjungpinang City Hospital. Research design with a correlational study approach. The results showed that more than half of the respondents came from the early adult age group of 38 people (57.6%), female sex (51.5%), highly educated (50%), and working (77.3%). Based on the distance of the respondent's residence, it is found that more than half of the respondents live far from the hospital (57.6%), in general respondents use insurance (83.3%). Based on treatment experience, it is known that more than half of patients have never been treated at Tanjungpinang City Hospital (57.6%). The results showed the perception of reliability (p = 0.008), and perception of responsiveness (p = 0.002). Conclusion, there is a significant correlation with patient loyalty, strength of relationship and positive direction. The most dominant variable is responsiveness. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of Wi-Fi4G electromagnetic radiation exposure on epidedemic testis weight and sperm quality in Wistar male rats (Rattus Norvegicus). The research method used in the study is an experimental research method with posttest control group design. The results of data analysis were performed with the One Way Anova test, after being given exposure to 4G Wi-Fi electromagnetic radiation radiation showed significantly different mean, reduced epididymal weight, sperm morphology value (p = 0,000) with alpha value of 0.05 (p <α) compared with the control group. Conclusion, exposure to Wi-Fi4G electromagnetic wave radiation can reduce the epididymic weight and sperm morphology in male wistar rats. Keywords: Epididymis, Sperm Morphology, 4G Wi-Fi

The purpose of this study was to determine dietary screening in patients with diabetes mellitus with a food frequency questioner. This research method is a descriptive study by looking at the type of food staples, vegetables, fruits and other foods and beverages using the food frequency questionnaire. The range of consumption is in the range of daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. The results of the study, the most frequently consumed foods by DM patients in Puskesmas 1 Cilongok are as many as 24 people (60%) and followed by tempe consumption as many as 22 people (55%) with a frequency of eating> 1x / day. Vegetables that are often consumed are kale as many as 34 people (85%) and fruits that are often consumed are as many as 35 mango (87.5%) and bananas as many as 21 people (22.5%). Conclusion, Screening of DM patients is not only by type of food but it is also necessary to measure the amount and hours of meals so that they can see the type of amount and time because food is one of the causes of DM. The purpose of this study was to determine the nutritional intake of hemodialysis patients at the Regional General Hospital of DR. Pirngadi Medan. This research is a quantitative study using descriptive methods. The results of this study found the characteristics of the majority of respondents aged 45-54 years as many as 37 people (40.2%), male sex that is 48 people (52.2%), the highest education level was 42 people (45.7%) ) and no longer work as many as 73 people (79.3%). The majority of respondents with married status are 70 people (76.1%), the majority of respondents have undergone hemodialysis> 3 years which is 48 people (52.2%) and the majority of illnesses that cause respondents to undergo hemodialysis are hypertension namely 52 people (56.5%) . The nutritional intake of respondents more or less than good nutritional intake of 64 people (69.6%). Conclusions, hemodialysis patients at the Regional General Hospital Dr. Pirngadi Medan experiences nutritional status disturbances, making them at risk of complications due to nutritional deficiencies that can reduce their quality of life.
