Abstract

ABSTRACTThesis entitled "The impact of service quality and product quality to consumers loalitas CV. Sabani Indonesia Surabaya "aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality terehadap consumer loyalty simultaneous partial and see what's most dominant influence. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire to determine the perception of respondents was 50, a data analysis technique used in this study were using multiple linear regression with correlation test, F test and t test tools. The test results of this study are obtained calculation results of multiple linear regression is Y = 1,876 + 0, 105 kpl + 0.172 mortgages where all these variables have positive influence and direction of the dependent variable namely customer loyalty CV. Sabani Indonesia Surabaya. The test results simultaneously obtained Fhitung 71.299 71.299 which means Fhitung> Ftabel 3.20, or can be seen from the level of significance of 0.000 <0.05 (α = 5%). While partially obtained Thitung Quality of service (KPL) = 2,865 Thitung Product Quality (KPR) = 4,348, thus Thitung> Ttabel (2.01174). Thus the hypothesis which states that the quality of service and product quality simultaneously or partially significant effect on consumer loyalty CV. Sabani Indonesia Surabaya proven true. Variable quality of products (mortgage) has the most dominant influence on the satisfaction of members of the cooperative as it has the largest regression coefficient is 0.172 compared to 0.105 service quality variables.Keywords: quality of service, product quality, customer loyalty

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pengajar, (2) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pengajar, (3) untuk mengetahui secara bersama–sama motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pengajar Homeschooling Primagama Pakuwon City Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi terhadap kinerja pengajar. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai hasil uji t yang menunjukkan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (2,114 > 2,026). (2) Terdapat pengaruh kurang signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pengajar. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai hasil uji t yang menunjukkan (0,708 > 2,026) (3). Dengan perhitungan uji F yang menunjukkan F hitung lebih besar dari F table (48,330 > 3,24). Sedangkan koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,5% sedangkan sisanya di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi secara parsial untuk variabel motivasi sebesar 9,328 (berpengaruh 93.28% terhadap Kinerja Pengajar), variable lingkungan  kerja sebesar 0,067 (berpengaruh 0,67% terhadap Kinerja Pengajar)Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Lingkungan kerja, Kinerja.

Abstract

One of the constraints experienced in the implementation of the project company is discrepancy between the schedule of the project implementation plan withthe state of the field, causing a delay in its completion, so the effect on the cost of theproject increased. This research was conducted by taking data time shedule of PT.Dimensi Arsitektur Indonesia has undertaken the maintenance and painting of TuguPahlawan Surabaya. From these data it can be calculated by using the critical pathCPM (Crithical Path Method) and software programs. On the use of CPM (CrithicalPath Method) stages of completion which is preparing an action plan, arrange network,determine the forward and backward calculation, determining the spare time ofcalculation. The project which is the object of the study authors is the maintenance andpainting of Tugu Pahlawan Surabaya that has been done by PT. ArchitecturalDimensions Indonesia. PT. Architectural Dimensions Indonesia is a consulting servicescompany serving residential, lanscaping and interior but also engaged in the drainageand road sector. In the drafting of planning time and costs during the company onlyrelied on the experience of work done on the previous project. From the planning thathas been done by the company, then do research to find out whether the plans made thecompany so far has been optimal. The research method using descriptive researchwhere data collected by the researchers by means of direct observation of companiesand interviews, then from the data obtained researchers performed data processing andanalysis, so as to obtain an overview of the planning time and costs that may beconsidered by companies as well as can be to be completed by the company. Based onthe results of research and calculations by network planning using CPM (crithical pathmethod), it can be concluded that the planning time and cost network planning to use itby using critical path method CPM appropriate to be applied in the company at thetime of planning and project cost, because it optimizes the time and cost of the project.More efficient project time 6 days or by 9.67% and the cost of the project is alsoefficient Rp 17,709,597.6 or equal to 9.67%.Keywords: Project Scheduling, CPM, Optimization

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Struktur Modal terhadap Imbal Hasil Saham melalui mediasi Nilai Perusahaan di Indonesia selama tahun 2013 – 2017. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 780 perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi untuk melihat pengaruh antar variable dan analisis jalur untuk melihat efek mediasi dari variable intervening atau mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Nilai Perusahaan dapat menjadi mediasi pada pengaruh Struktur Modal terhadap Imbal Hasil Saham di Indonesia. Hasil tersebut dapat dilihat dari menurunnya koefisien regresi dari Struktur Modal terhadap Imbal Hasil Saham ketika setelah memasukkan Nilai Perusahaan sebagai mediasi dibandingkan sebelum memasukkan Nilai Perusahaan.Kata Kunci : Capital Structure, Firm Value, Return, Mediation.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the optimal shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange  (IDX)  contained  in  LQ45  using the  method  of  single  index model.  This  research  is  a  descriptive  study,  the  method  used  is  quantitative method.  Samples were  taken at thirty-six  shares of the company from  LQ45 period February 2014 to June 2015. The samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. Results from this research that showed that out of thirty-six stock companies only two shares optimal namely PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. (GGRM) and PT. AKR Corporindo Tbk. (AKRA). With the proportion of funds PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. (GGRM) of 0.6624, while PT PT. AKR Corporindo Tbk. (AKRA)  of  0.3376.  In  addition  the  rate  of  return  from  the  formation  of  the portfolio is equal to 0.0084 at the risk of the portfolio amounted to 0.000017 smaller   than   market   risk   amounted   to   0.001404.   This   proves   that   the establishment of a portfolio would gain optimal benefit with certain risk. Keywords: Optimal Portfolio, Single Index Model, risk, rate of return.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction employee to turnover intention PT. Prodia Widyahusada Tbk, Region VI divisi customer service. This research uses qualitative approach with partial least squares (PLS) based on empirical theory between variables in this research, then data collected by questionnaire instrument. Sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling that is all employees of PT. Prodia Widyahusada Tbk, Region VI divisi customer service who have working period over one year as many as 132 employees all of population. The results of this study indicate that Job satisfavction have a positive effect on turnover intention.Kata Kunci : turnover, intention, jobs, satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRAKWhen first investing in stock securities on the Stock Exchange, an investor will experience confusion in choosing what stocks can generate future profits. While in the market there are stock companies that have a long history as a Market Leader. Its products are very popular with consumers. Thus the level of profits of large companies and will continue to increase. Such shares are called Bluechips, while companies whose products are not Market Leaders are categorized as Non Bluechips shares. Based on research conducted on return (profit rate) on stocks that categorized Bluechips and Non Bluechips can be analyzed that during observation of shares of Bluechips included in LQ 45 year 2015 yield negative Average return equal to -0.000550324 but if tested statistically return is not different from zero. While Non Bluechips share return produces a larger return, but if tested statistically also shows results that are not different from zero. It can be concluded that investing in both Bluechips and Non Bluechips shares is the same. However, it is nominally more profitable to invest in Non Bluechips shares. Keyword : Return, Bluechips,  Non Bluechips

Abstract

Dengan semakin tingginya tingkat persaingan dalam industri otomotif PT. United Indo Surabaya memberikan pelatihan secara rutin pada bagian workshop / bengkel. Selain pelatihan, untuk memberikan rasa aman atas resiko - resiko pekerjaan yang ada, PT. United Indo Surabaya memberikan insentif  bagi para karyawanya. PT. United Indo Surabaya juga memiliki lingkungan kerja yang dapat memacu semangat kerja karyawannya dengan begitu karyawan akan memiliki kinerja yang baik dan perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuan dengan efekif. ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. United Indo Surabaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, insentif dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penilitan ini sebanyak 30 karyawan dan sampel diambil dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 karyawan. Teknik pengujian data penelitan ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji f, uji T, uji dominan, dan regresi linier berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Hasilnya adalah Pelatihan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. United Indo Surabaya. Insentif secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. United Indo Surabaya. Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. United Indo Surabaya. Pelatihan, Insentif dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Abstract

Research on the influence of the efficiency of working capital, liquidity and solvency to profitability on industrial consumer goods intends to analyze effect to working capital efficiency, liquidity and solvency to profitability on industrial consumer goods. The research data acquired of financial statements (secondary) and processed using SPSS 22.0 program. Objects of this research were industrial consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (ISE) in the period 2011 to 2014 with sample of as many as 16 companies. The results of research to point out that : (1) Partially only variable working capital turnover (WCT) and the current ratio (CR) which has a significant influence on the return on investment (ROI) while the variable debt to equity ratio (DER) was not proven significant effect on return on investment (ROI), it is confirmed from the results of t-test showed significance level obtained from variable working capital turnover (WCT) and the current ratio (CR) is smaller than the standard used is 0% and 3,3% from 5% whereas the level of significance of variable debt to equity ratio (DER) is greater than the standard used is 23,7% of 5%. (2) simultaneously, working capital turnover (WCT), current ratio (CR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) on return on investment (ROI) have a positive and significant effect on return on investment (ROI), which is evident from the results of the f-test showed significance level obtained is smaller than the standard used is 0% from 5%. (3) Variable working capital turnover (WCT) has a dominant influence on the return on investment (ROI) with a correlation obtained by 25,71%.Keywords : working capital efficiency (WCT), liquidity (CR), solvency (DER), profitability (ROI), industrial consumer goods companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Maspion I Divisi  Maxim Departemen Produksi Spray Coating. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan alat bantu kuesioner terhadap 70 karyawan yang diambil secara sample random sampling. Analisis ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan uji instrumen uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan determinasi menggunakan aplikasi komputer program SPSS 16.0. Dari hasil uji parsial (uji t) untuk Hasil uji t untuk variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (X1) mendapatkan Nilai signifikan sebesar 0,006 < 0,05 dan nilai Thitung 2.841 > Ttabel 1.667 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 ditolak Ha diterima, Hasil uji t untuk variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) mendapatkan Nilai signifikan sebesar 0,023 < 0,05 dan nilai Thitung 2.335 > Ttabel 1.667 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H2 ditolak Ha diterima, Hasil uji t untuk variabel semangat kerja (X3) mendapatkan Nilai signifikan sebesar 0,016 < 0,05 dan nilai Thitung 2.477 > Ttabel 1.667, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H3 ditolak Ha diterima, Hasil uji t untuk variabel stres kerja (X4) mendapatkan Nilai signifikan sebesar 0,021 < 0,05 dan nilai Thitung 2.365 > Ttabel 1.667, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H4 ditolak Ha diterima, jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua variabel dari keselamatan kerja, lingkungan kerja, semangat kerja, dan stres kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Maspion I Divisi Maxim Departemen Produksi Spray Coating. Dari hasil uji simultan (uji f) perhitungan yang diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 11.438 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian keputusan yang diambil Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwa semua variabel bebas secara bersama-sama mampu memengaruhi variabel terikat secara signifikan. Dari koefisien determinasi menjelaskan bahwa variabel bebas mampu menjelaskan sebesar 41.3% dan sebesar 58.7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Semangat Kerja, Stres Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan.
