Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) Describe the learning devices used by teachers in PAI learning at Banjarmasin City Public Middle School, 2) Describe relevant learning devices in PAI learning to foster responsible behavior of students in Banjarmasin City Public Middle School, and 3) Describe effectiveness the use of Islamic Education learning tools in fostering the character of the responsibility of students in the Banjarmasin City Public Middle School. The results showed that: 1) The form of learning devices used by teachers in PAI learning (syllabus, RPP, teaching material, LKPD) refers to the 2013 curriculum with aspects of the syllabus consisting of components of subject identity, school identity, core competencies, basic competencies, subject matter, learning, assessment, allocation and learning resources; RPP consists of components of school identity, subjects, subject matter, time allocation, core competencies, basic competencies and indicators, learning objectives, learning materials, learning methods, learning resources, learning media, learning and assessment steps; Teaching materials consist of components of understanding of honesty, trustworthiness and istiqomah which are directly combined with theorems and examples; The LKPD consists of a short and problem description component. 2) Relevant learning tools developed in PAI learning to foster responsible behavior: the syllabus as a whole has the same components as the previous syllabus, but the assessment on the development syllabus uses cognitive products, processes, skills, spiritual attitudes, social attitudes; The RPP as a whole has the same components as the previous RPP, but the development RPP is made for three meetings, while the initial lesson plan is for one meeting only, besides the development RPP also includes the steps of the learning model; teaching materials produced by development have a more organized concept, with each subject being divided into understanding components, propositions and examples accompanied by images of a combination of animation and real portraits; LKPD as a whole has the same components as the initial LKPD, except that the development LKPD is more complete because it contains work procedures, accompanied by drawings, and is accompanied by an answer key. 3) Learning tools as a result of development consisting of syllabus, learning implementation plan (RPP), teaching materials, and LKPD are more detailed and more practical to be used in the learning process of PAI in State Middle Schools in Banjarmasin City. Besides that students are also easier to understand the material presented which is seen from changes in behavior students become more responsible

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diteliti di sini ialah bagaimana kinerja guru pendidikan agama Islam berpendidikan S-2 pada SMA/SMK di kota Banjarmasin dan apa saja faktor-faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kompetensi tersebut. Penelitian ini bersifat studi kasus dengan meneliti sebanyak 7 orang guru Pendidikan Agama Islam yang berpendidikan S-2. Untuk mendapatkan data lapangan digunakan teknik utama yaitu observasi dan wawancara ditambah studi dokumentasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, di ketahui bahwa kinerja guru Pendidikan Agama Islam yang berpendidikan S-2 pada SMA/SMK di kota Banjarmasin secara keseluruhan pada 7 orang yang diteliti sudah baik, terutama dalam hal kemampuan pedagogik, kemampuan menciptakan dan membangun suasana belajar kondusif, kemampuan berkomunikasi, serta kemampuan sosial. Kemampuan pedagogik ditandai dengan pemahaman terhadap ilmu pendidikan, penguasaan materi, penggunaan metode, strategi dan media pengajaran. Kemampuan menciptakan suasana belajar kondusif ditandai dengan membangun hubungan yang baik dengan kepala sekolah, sesama guru juga siswa. Kemampuan berkomunikasi ditandai dengan terus berusaha memperluas wawasan dan menjalin hubungan dengan orangtua siswa atau komite sekolah. Kemampuan sosial ditandai dengan aktif dalam kegiatan keagamaan dan kemasyarakatan.Faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru pendidikan agama Islam berpendidikan S-2 pada SMA/SMK di kota Banjarmasin yang positif dan mendukung ialah latarbelakang pendidikan, baik pendidikan S-1 ke bawah maupun program studi yang dipilih dalam S-2, komitmen pengabdian dan rasa tanggungjawab sebagai guru pendidikan agama Islam untuk mengabdi kepada masyarakat di mana mereka berdomisili. Sedangkan faktor yang dianggap masih kurang adalah terbatasnya waktu, sarana dan keterbatasan kemampuan untuk mengabdi sesuai  kebutuhan masyarakat. Abstract

Kepemimpinan yang efektif, struktur kurikulum sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik, ketercukupan  biaya penyelenggaraan pendidikan, tenaga pendidik dan  kependidikan profesional  sesuai standar yang dipersyaratkan, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang relevan dan fungsional serta peserta didik terkelola dengan baik merupakan sesuatu yang niscaya. Tidak ada satupun komponen pendidikan yang lebih niscaya ketimbang komponen lainnya. Ada guru tetapi peserta didiknya tidak ada, ini akan berakibat tidak adanya proses pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran akan mudah mencapai tujuan, salah satunya ditentukan oleh kesiapan peserta didik. Peserta didik yang unggul tentu lebih siap untuk belajar dibanding yang  biasa-biasa. Untuk memperoleh peserta didik yang unggul memerlukan analisis kebutuhan peserta didik dengan mempertimbangakan banyak hal, di antaranya rasio jumlah guru dan peserta didik yang akan diterima, jumlah koleksi buku, ruang kelas yang ada, dan seterusnya. Karena itu lah, analisis kebutuhan peserta didik baru di setiap satuan lembaga pendidikan perlu dilakukan.Artikel ini, menyajikan hasil penelitian “Manajemen Peserta Didik: Tinjauan Sisi Analisis Kebutuhan Peserta Didik Baru di MA Muslimat NU Palangka Raya Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019). Dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan : 1) hal-hal yang dijadikan pertimbangan analisis kebutuhan peserta didik baru; 2) problem yang menyelimuti kegiatan analisis kebutuhan peserta didik baru. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi menjadi teknik penggalian data dalam penelitian ini. Data primer dan sekunder di digali dari beberapa subyek dan informan penelitian. Selanjutnya, data didiskusikan dengan teori-teori p terkait, kemudian dianalisis secara induktif menggunakan 3 (tiga) tahapan: 1) reduction data; 2) display data, dan 3) verifiying data.Hasilnya, dideskripsikan sebagai berikut: Dalam kerangka analisis kebutuhan peserta didik baru  MA Muslimat NU Palangka Raya, kepala  madrasah mengeluarkan kebijakan berupa perencanaan program dan pembentukan tim analisis kebutuhan peserta didik baru.  Ada tiga hal yang menjadi  pertimbangan analisis kebutuhan peserta didik baru, yakni:  rasio jumlah pendaftar dengan ketercukupan sarana-prasarana; rasio jumlah guru dengan seberapa banyak peserta didik baru yang akan diterima;  dan sistem zonasi sesuai Permendikbud RI Nomor 17 Tahun 2017.  Ada dua faktor problem besar  dalam kegiatan analisis kebutuhan peserta didik baru MA Muslimat NU Palangka Raya, yaitu: 1) problem internal madrasah: tim tidak solid, dana tidak cukup, tidak memiliki personalia profesional dalam bidang analisis, dan belum semua personalia mampu menjadi pemimpin untuk dirinya sendiri,  tidak menghargai waktu,  belum memiliki integritas dan belum beretos kerja; (2) problem eksternal madrasah : ketatnya persaingan antar sekolah/madrasah di Kota Palangka Raya, pemerintah terkesan masih tebang pilih (madrasah swasta bagaikan anak tiri), harmonisasi antara pihak madrasah dengan komite madrasah kurang mesra, dan  sebagian masyarakat sekitar madrasah merasa terabaikan.

Abstract

Social science is one of the subjects given at the level of primary and secondary education, and one of the studies of social science taught is history, but in reality students actually do not like the subject of social science because it is synonymous with memorization so it feels boring and lazy to learn it, it is recorded in the history of learning that has a lot of material discussed about the past. To create a quality and enjoyable learning process, the teacher must be innovative in learning, one of which is learning using picture media. The method of data collection used is through library study techniques or library studies obtained through various sources from books and journals. This scientific paper was made to find out how the influence of the use of picture media in historical learning on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This paper tries to explore the basic of cosmopolitant thinking of Abdurrahman Wahid or better known as Gus Dur. Abdurrahman Wahid’s thinking has a holistic spectrum, for example the relation between Islam and democracy,  religion and the state, economic people movement, struggle for human rights and anti-violence, struggle for the existence of nation state and except the Pancasila as the guidence of the plural and multicultural Indonesian society. From his several idea’s and concepts above, actually can’t be separated from Islamic universality and local wisdom particularity around society. Religious style of Indonesia has its own peculiarities. It appears on the different shades of Islamic archipelago from other coutries in the Middle East. It deals with the uniqueness of the treasures of the experience and practice of the Indonesian as their adherents. Due to the historical background of the existence of cultural experiences and religious belief of its predecessors from the different shades between Islam Indonesia and Islam from other countries existed. In carrying out Islam, they always maintain its normative religious values based on al-Qur’an and al-Hadith. In addition they also carry out historical teachings, in wich the role of spiritual values, inner values (esoteric) in religion, especially the values of human morality has become a very urgent principle in his life. As religion that carry out a mission of universal humanity, Islam must be adapted with any cultural and local wisdom in the world. The universal principles of Islam, for the example equality, openes attitude, brotherhoods, love each other, peacefull, justice, sovereignity of law, and respectfully each others, was cosmopolitant civilization values of Islam. From this research, founded that the basic of cosmopolitant thinking Gus Dur has clearly and fix references. From this starting point Gus Dur tried to spread it on nationally and globally. Clearly, Islam within, was inherent with universality and particularity values.

Abstract

AbstractHajj Bailout Funds is a consumptive financing aimed at customers to fulfill the initial deposit costs of the Hajj Implementation Costs (BPIH) determined by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion through the Integrated Hajj Computerized System (SISKOHAT), to obtain the seat number for the pilgrimage using the Qard contract and Ijarah. The Government's basis for issuing financing products for the Hajj Bailout Fund is based on the fatwa of the National Sharia Council (DSN) MUI No.29 / DSN-MUI / VI / 2002 dated June 26, 2002 concerning Financing of Hajj Arrangements by LKS (Islamic Financial Institutions).This study found that the garbage can method used only solves various problems that are on the surface, not solving a variety of other more complex problems. Among them is the problem of the pilgrimage interest which is increasing every year not accompanied by the improvement of Hajj supporting facilities; lodging, catering, passport and visa management which are often hampered by poor bureaucracy, separation of operators and regulators in carrying out hajj and the like. Overall the process of organizing the pilgrimage from year to year increasingly shows significant changes.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas pengembangan pendidikan Islam di era 4.0 dengan menggunakan metode dekskriptif analitik. Pendekatan yang dipakai adalah pendekatan ilmu pendidikan, sejarah dan komparatif. Studi ini menemukan bahwa pengembangan pendidikan Islam di era 4.0 Era yang melahirkan fenomena disruption ini menuntut dunia pendidikan Islam untuk turut menyesuaikan diri. Pendidikan Islam kini dihadapkan pada tantangan, tuntutan, dan kebutuhan baru yang belum pernah ada sebelumnya. Langkah-langkah kongkrit bagi pendidikan Islam agar mampu tetap bersaing di era disrupsi ini. Langkah solutifnya adalah dengan turut mendisrupsikan diri, dengan pembaruan dan inovasi terhadap sistem, tata kelola, kurikulum, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, budaya, etos kerja, mutu guru, proses belajar mengajar, serta manajemen pengelolaan, dengan mengembangkan sistem pelayanan baru berbasis digital. Sehingga warga lembaga pendidikan Islam dapat dengan leluasa mengakses segala keperluan terkait pendidikan dan layanan administrasi. Jika tidak demikian, pendidikan Islam semakin tertinggal dan usang.  Tanpa harus lepas dari indentitas sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam yang mempunyai karakteristik dan berpegang teguh pada kaidah al-muhafadhah ‘ala al-qadim ash-shalih wa al-ahdzu bi al-jadid alashlah, yaitu menjaga tradisi keagamaan Islam dengan teguh melestarikan segudang khazanahnya dan memakai metode, manajerial, maupun pembelajaran modern yang baik.
