Abstract

AbstrakTulisan ini mengkaji pendidikan madrasah berbasis 4.0 dalam bingkai manajemen mutu dengan pendekatan sejarah dan metode desriptif analitis. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa dunia institusi pendidikan madrasah mempunyai banyak persoalan, oleh karena itu, aplikasi pada sistem manajemen mutu yang berbasis 4.0 dalam meningkatkan kualitas untuk melahirkan produk yang mempunyai kecerdasan kognitif dan afektif,  psikomotorik dan mempertahankan muatan madrasah dengan ciri khas pendidikan karakater dan jati diri luhur berlandaskan nilai-nilai agama dan mampu mendisrupsikan diri dalam era 4.0. belum maksimal, memerlukan kebijakan pemerintah dengan menyediakan anggaran yang cukup, sehingga madrasah dapat menghidupi para guru-gurunya, melengkapi sarana dan prasarana pendidikannya, menyediakan buku-buku pelajarannya yang berbasis digital, insya Allah persoalan ini dapat terselesaikan. Undang-Undang Sistem pendidikan Nasional yang berhasil disahkan beberapa tahun lalu, kiranya memberikan peluang bagi pemerintah memberikan perhatian secukupnya terhadap seluruh lembaga penyelenggara pendidikan, termasuk pendidikan madrasah.AbstractThis paper examines 4.0-based madrasa education in a quality management frame with descriptive historical methods. This study discusses the world of madrasa education has many opinions, therefore, the application of the 4.0-based quality management system in improving quality to produce products that have cognitive and affective, psychomotor intelligence and maintain schools with distinctive characteristics of character and noble identity based on values religious values and being able to self-regulate in the 4.0 era. not maximal, it requires government policy by providing sufficient budget, so that madrasas can support their teachers, complete their educational facilities and infrastructure, provide digital-based textbooks, God willing, which can be easily resolved. The National Education System Law, which was passed several years ago, would provide an opportunity for the government to give adequate attention to all educational institutions, including madrasa education.

Abstract

Abstrak Kajian ini berjudul Rancang bangun menjadi guru yang merdeka, adapun metode yang dipakai adalah deskriftif –analitis dengan pendekatan sejarah, ilmu pendiidkan, serta komparatif. Studi ini membuktikan bahwa menjadi guru yang merdeka adalah bagian profetik guru dalam proses pembelajaran, hanya saja proses pembelajaran masih memakai model lama yakni praktik pendidikan terlalu overkognitif. Kajian ini juga menemukan untuk membangun guru merdeka, maka permasalah guru harus diselesaikan secara komprehensif yang menyangkut dengan semua aspek yang terkait, yaitu aspek kualifikasi, kualitas, pembinaan, training profesi, perlindungan profesi, manajemen, kesejahteraan guru, dan tersedianya fasilitas yang memadai. Kata kunci: guru, merdeka Abstract This study is entitled Design to become an independent teacher, while the method used is descriptive-analytical with historical, educational, and comparative approaches. This study proves that being an independent teacher is a part of the teacher's prophetic in the learning process, it's just that the learning process still uses the old model, namely the practice of education is too overcognitive. This study also found that in order to build independent teachers, teacher problems must be solved comprehensively involving all related aspects, namely aspects of qualification, quality, coaching, professional training, professional protection, management, teacher welfare, and the availability of adequate facilities. Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas pengembangan pendidikan Islam di era 4.0 dengan menggunakan metode dekskriptif analitik. Pendekatan yang dipakai adalah pendekatan ilmu pendidikan, sejarah dan komparatif. Studi ini menemukan bahwa pengembangan pendidikan Islam di era 4.0 Era yang melahirkan fenomena disruption ini menuntut dunia pendidikan Islam untuk turut menyesuaikan diri. Pendidikan Islam kini dihadapkan pada tantangan, tuntutan, dan kebutuhan baru yang belum pernah ada sebelumnya. Langkah-langkah kongkrit bagi pendidikan Islam agar mampu tetap bersaing di era disrupsi ini. Langkah solutifnya adalah dengan turut mendisrupsikan diri, dengan pembaruan dan inovasi terhadap sistem, tata kelola, kurikulum, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, budaya, etos kerja, mutu guru, proses belajar mengajar, serta manajemen pengelolaan, dengan mengembangkan sistem pelayanan baru berbasis digital. Sehingga warga lembaga pendidikan Islam dapat dengan leluasa mengakses segala keperluan terkait pendidikan dan layanan administrasi. Jika tidak demikian, pendidikan Islam semakin tertinggal dan usang.  Tanpa harus lepas dari indentitas sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam yang mempunyai karakteristik dan berpegang teguh pada kaidah al-muhafadhah ‘ala al-qadim ash-shalih wa al-ahdzu bi al-jadid alashlah, yaitu menjaga tradisi keagamaan Islam dengan teguh melestarikan segudang khazanahnya dan memakai metode, manajerial, maupun pembelajaran modern yang baik.

Abstract

This paper examines the urgency of ethics and professionalism in Islamic perspective. The method used in this study is descriptive-analytical approach to Islamic education. This study concludes that the relationship between teacher ethics and professionalism cannot be separated. When these two virtues are separated, the teacher slips into the teaching malpractice resulting in problems with students’ success in learning. This study also proves that Islam is very broad and firmly regulates and places importance on the ethics, profession and professionalism of the teachers.

Abstract

Abstract This dissertation is based on the demand of changes towards boarding school institution, which becomes academic debates about tradition and modernization of boarding school education system by Islamic scholars and thus becomes challenges for boarding schools. This research discussed boarding school education system based on the point of view of KH. Abdurrahman Wahid. This research design by using library research as the instrument with a descriptive analysis of historical approach and pedagogical comparative. The primary source of the data is the work by KH. Abdurrahman Wahid, such as Menggerakkan Tradisi; Esai-Esai Pesantren, BungaRampai Pesantren: Kumpulan KaryaTulis Abdurrahman Wahid, “Pesantren as a subkultur, in M. Dawam Rahardjo (ed), Pesantren dan perubahan, Islam kosmopolitan, Islamku Islam Anda Islam Kita, as primary sources. This paper concludes that the thinking of KH. Abdurrahman Wahid about boarding school education system is essential in responding to the changes by keep referring to the boarding schools subcultures. It can be seen from some of KH Abdurrahman Wahid’s thoughts, such as, first, the aim of boarding school education is dynamic does not only mean to tafaqqu fi al-din, but also to gain knowledge on religious sciences and others. So that students have extensive knowledge, religious knowledge, and general knowledge and skills. Second, the educational program of boarding school education is adaptively by maintaining integrated the curriculum of Islamic sciences and others by simplifying the boarding school curriculum and adjusting it into the development of sciences and technology. Third, the process of boarding school education is innovative by maintaining learning methods sorogan and wetonanthe main characters of boarding school education; however, efforts to the perfect educational system at boarding school must be continually made, especially those related to methods of teaching and implementation of materials in the boarding school. Besides promoting the important findings above, this dissertation recommends to manager and development of boarding school education system to be more competitive, relevant to the needs of society, and able to answer the demands of the times in accordance with the potential and distinctiveness Islamic boarding schools. Abstrak Disertasi ini dilatarbalakangi pada terjadinya tuntutan perubahan terhadap institusi pendidikan pesantren yang menjadi debat akademik tentang tradisi dan modernisasi sistem pendidikan pesantren yang dikemukakan para tokoh-tokoh pendi dikan Islam yang banyak memunculkan tantangan bagi pesantren. Karena itu, penelitian ini dirumuskan untuk mendeskripsikan sistem pendidikan pesantren berdasarkan pemikiran KH. Abdurrahman Wahid. Kajian ini, menggunakan instrumen penelitian kepustakaan (library research), berdasarkan metode deskriptis-analitis dengan pendekatan historis, paedagogik serta komparatif. Sumber utama Menggerakkan Tradisi; Esai-Esai Pesantren. Bunga Rampai Pesantren; Kumpulan Karya Tulis Abdurrahman Wahid, sebagai sumber primer melalui metode dokumentasi. Disertasi ini berhasil menyimpulkan bahwa pemikiran KH. Abdurrahman Wahid tentang sistem pendidikan pesantren adalah bersifat integral dalam merespon perubahan dengan tetap merujuk pada subkultur pesantren. Kebenaran kesimpulan ini didasarkan pada beberapa aspek yaitu: Pertama, aspek tujuan pendidikan pesantren bersifat dinamis tidak hanya pada upaya tafaqquh fi al-din, tetapi juga diperluas dengan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, sehingga santri memiliki wawasan yang luas, menguasai ilmu agama dan ilmu pengetahuan umum serta keterampilan. Dengan demikian, tujuan bergerak ke arah integrasi tujuan yaitu keseimbangan antara keimanan, ketaqwaan (Imtaq) dan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan (Iptek). Tujuan ini harus dirumuskan secara tertulis. Kedua, aspek program pendidikan bersifat adaptif dengan tetap mempertahankan kitab-kitab klasik untuk mempertahankan reproduksi ulama, dan menggunakan integrasi kurikulum antara ilmu-ilmu agama dan umum, dengan menyederhanakan kurikulum pesantren, yang disesuaikan dengan perkembangan pengetahuan dan teknologi. Ketiga, aspek proses pendidikan pesantren, bersifat inovatif dengan tetap menerapkan metode pembelajaran sorogan dan wetonan yang menjadi ciri khas pendidikan pesantren, namun sebaiknya ada usaha-usaha untuk menyempurnakan sistem pengajaran yang ada di pesantren harus diteruskan, dan mengenai materi pelajaran sepanjang menyangkut tata nilai dan pandangan hidup yang ditimbulkannya di pesantren, harus tetap dikembangkan karena memiliki cukup banyak kelebihan. Selain mempromosikan temuan penting di atas, disertasi ini merekomendasikan kepada pengelolah dan pengembangan sistem pendidikan pesantren untuk lebih kompetitif, relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan mampu menjawab tuntutan zaman, sesuai dengan potensi dan kekhasan pendidikan pesantren itu sendiri, dengan tetap mempertahankan budaya pesantren. Abstract

Abstrak Kajian ini berjudul new modernism Fazlurrahman dalam paradigma pendidikan Islam dengan memakai pendekatan sejarah dan metode yang pakai komparatif. Karena itu, studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemikiran pendidikan Fazlur Rahman terhadap New modernisasi pendidikan Islam cenderung komprehensif, hal ini terlihat komponen pendidikan yang digagas, mulai dari tujuan, peserta didik, pendidik sangat mementingkan modernisasi, sehingga dunia pendidikan Islam tidak tertinggal dan terbelakang serta dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Bahkan Fazlur Rahman telah menggagas paradigma pendidikan non dikotomik sebuah sistem pendidikan yang tidak mengenal adannya pemisahan antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum. akan tetapi wawasan integratif yang memandang ilmu sebagai satu kesatuan utuh dalam memahami realitas dan rahasia Tuhan adalah opini utama yang harus disosialisasikan kepada kalangan muslim. Therefore, this study concludes that Fazlur Rahman's educational thoughts on the New modernization of Islamic education tend to be comprehensive, this can be seen from the educational components that were initiated, starting from the goals, students, educators who really place importance on modernization, so that the world of Islamic education is not left behind and backward and can follow. current development. Even Fazlur Rahman has initiated a non-dichotomic educational paradigm, an education system that does not recognize that there is a separation between religious and general sciences. however, an integrative insight that views science as a whole in understanding the reality and secrets of God is the main opinion that must be socialized to Muslims. Abstract

This study proves that the world of Islam, both theologically and empirically has pioneered and contributed on the concept of human rights, even the rights and freedom of human rights in the Kairo show how Islam is loaded with human rights values. The empirical facts are charter Madina and Cairo declaration that proves the presence of Islam is the concept of human liberation from all forms of oppression of human rights. This study also found that the actualization of human rights values in Islamic education has not been fully implemented, it is proved by their model of teaching style bank that many emasculate the potential creativity of learners that lead to the teaching of feudal authoritarianism in which learners like tabula rasa, white paper empty that must be filled, by him, this study provides a solution to the problems facing the teaching model of choice for teachers because the model is able to build human rights values on the participants. With these models, Islamic education can inflate the values of democracy, solidarity, tolerance, justice, creativity in learning, so that learners can be of generations of good quality scientific, moral and spiritual.

Abstract

Abstract    The theme of this study, the urgency of the role of family, school, and community in instilling the moral values of students. The advice used is history, sociology and educational science. The method in this research is descriptive-analytical. This study proves that moral education for participants is very important, therefore, it needs to be done academically: first: environment, family, school, community, conduct dialogue using dialogical methods. Second, integration between education and integration. Third, it must be supported by a third institution that truly evaluates honesty and trustworthiness, by discussing creating an environment that is religious.                    Keywords: moral education, students, families and schools and the communityAbstrakTema kajian ini,urgensi peran keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat dalam menanamkan nilai akhlak peserta didik. Pendekatan yang digunakan sejarah, sosiologi dan Ilmu pendiidkan. Adapun metode dalam penelitian ini deskriptif-analitis. Kajian ini membuktikan bahwa Pendidikan akhlak bagi peserta sangat penting, oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan kerja akademik: pertama: lingkungan, keluarga, sekolah, masyarakat, menetapkan pelaksanaan pendidikan agama dengan memakai metode dialogis. Kedua, mengintegrasikan antara pendidikan dan pengajaran. Ketiga, harus didukung oleh kerjasama ketiga lembaga tersebut secara sungguh-sungguh melakukan penanaman nilai-nilai kejujuran dan amanah, dengan berupaya menciptakan lingkungan yang bernuansa religius. Abstract

This paper aims to show the importance of the Al-Qur'an perspective education ecosystem in improving the quality of education. The method used is phenomenological qualitative, with a literature approach. This study shows that the Qur'anic perspective on the educational ecosystem is found in five signs, namely, ta'ȃwun, takȃful, syirkah, al-jauz, and ukhuwah. The metaphor of reciprocal relationships in the explanation of these terms can be used as a sign of cooperation in the world of education known as the educational ecosystem. The mutualistic cooperation in question is between components or educational institutions, namely the family environment, schools, communities, mosques, social media, work environments, and the natural environment. The synergy between these educational institutions will ensure an increase in the quality of education.
