Abstract

Pengarusutamaan gender menjadi penting dalam berbagai aspek pembangunan. Kesenjangan gender di bidang pendidikan terjadi dimana posisi perempuan kurang menentukan dalam mempengaruhi arah dan jalannya pendidikan. Hal ini mengakibatkan terjadinya kesenjangan gender yang terlegitimasikan dalam berbagai dimensi sistem pendidikan, terutama pada bidang Pendidikan Dasar, Kejuruan dan Perguruan Tinggi. Pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi penjenjangan karier guru SD masih bias gender. Jabatan struktural pada Sekolah Dasar belum menunjukkan adanya kesetaraan gender. Dengan demikian keterbatasan akses bagi perempuan berpengaruh terhadap proses kebijakan pendidikan dasar yang dijalankan oleh Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Bekasi.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to study the relationship between attitude towards entrepreneur and organization ethics. The study was conducted at Kopertais I Jakarta in the year of 2003 with n=60 selected randomly. The finding of the research reveals that there is a positive correlation between attitude towards entrepreneur and organization ethics. Based on the results of the study, organization ethics could be enhanced by improving, attitude towards entrepreneur, charismatic leadership, and emotional intelligence.

Abstract

Al-Qur?an bukanlah ilmu melainkan kitab suci yang utama dan pertama serta pedoman hidup bagi umat Islam dalam mencapai kebahagiaan hidup di dunia dan akhirat. Sebagai kitab suci, Al-Qur?an mengajarkan berbagai ajaran yang berkaitan dengan moral, politik, hukum, ekonomi, sosial, sejarah, kebudayaan, teologi, tasawuf, pendidikan, dan lain-lain. Terkait dengan bidang pendidikan, ternyata di dalam Al-Qur?an hanya sedikit yang membahasnya. Namun demikian, meski ayat-ayat tentang pendidikan amat kecil dan terbatas, tapi ia membawa pedoman-pedoman dasar yang perlu dan wajib dipegang dalam mengatur pelaksanaan pendidikan umat.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi (differentiation instruction) adalah pembelajaran yang memperhatikan perbedaan-perbedaan individual anak. Walaupun model pengajaran ini memperhatikan atau berorientasi pada perbedaan-perbedaan individual anak, namun tidak berarti pengajaran harus berdasarkan prinsip satu orang guru dengan satu orang murid. Karakteristik umum pembelajaran berdiferensi, yaitu (a) pengajaran berfokus pada konsep dan prinsip pokok materi pelajaran; (b) evaluasi kesiapan dan perkembangan belajar siswa diakomodasi ke dalam kurikulum; (c) ada pengelompokan siswa secara fleksibel; (d) siswa menjadi penjelajah aktif (active explorer). Dalam mendiferensiasikan pengajaran, guru bisa melakukan modifikasi terhadap lima unsur kegiatan belajar, yaitu materi pelajaran, proses, produk, lingkungan dan evaluasi.

Abstract

This research has purpose to know how the implementation of government regulation in early age children education (PAUD) in Desa Sumber Jaya, Kecamatan Tambun Selatan, Kabupaten Bekasi.The results of the research indicated that government policy, especially in implementation of government regulation of No. 19 th. 2005 about teacher standart qualification for early age children education (PAUD) is still very low.

Abstract

Homeschooling adalah salah satu model pendidikan yang memperkaya model pendidikan di Indonesia. Ia juga sebagai lembaga pendidikan alternatif yang menunjang tujuan pendidikan Nasional di Indonesia. Dibawah payung hukum yang ada kehadirannya bukanlah sesuatu yang mesti diragukan. Peluang untuk tumbuh kembangnya di era globalisasi demikian membentang. Maka wajar bila keberadaannya mulai dilirik banyak kalangan. Inilah yang menjadi daya tarik untuk mengenalnya lebih dekat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the correlation between teacher?s perception toward supervision of headmaster and work discipline with teacher?s performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kota Bogor. The research method is using survey methods with respondent are from teachers in Madrasah Tsanwiyah Negeri Kota Bogor. The sample amounts are consisting of 60 samples. The samples pulling is using census. The hypothesis trial is done with significant result 0,05. The hypothesis significant result is show: (1). There is positive correlation which significant between teacher?s perception toward supervision of headmaster with teacher?s performance that show the coefficient correlation ry1=0,570 and the same regression Y =60,196+0,378X1 (2). There is positive correlation which significant between work discipline with teacher?s performance that shows the coefficient correlation ry2 = 0,463 and the same regression Y=53,591+0,419X2 (3). There is positive correlation which significant between teacher?s perception toward supervision of headmaster and work discipline with teacher?s performance that shows withthe coefficient correlation ry1.2 =0,618 and the same regression Y=42,027+0,301X1+0,240X2

Abstract

The objective of the research is to study the organizational culture and organizational communication on teacher?s performance. This research is done at school SDIT Kecamatan Bekasi Utara. The Research was conducted with N = 56 teachers. This research used survey method, and the method based on multistage random sampling. The population teachers in this district are 125 teachers, and 10% from them in about 56 teachers. Three instruments for getting data above are point analysis, test validity by correlation product moment and of reliability with alpha cronbach. The data analysis research which correlation technique and double regression technique. The research concludes that there is a positive relationship between: (1) culture organization (X1) and teachers performance (Y) with ?y1 = 0,394 and ?= 48.683 + 0,329X1; (2) organizational communication (X2) and teachers performance with ?y2 = 0,377 and ?= 39.825 + 0,446X2. Furthermore there is a positive relationship between those two independent variab les with teachers performance with ?y.12 = 0,473 and ?= 28.818 + 0,253X1 + 0,329X2.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the relationship between student perception for teacher competence and using of learning medium with students psychomotor skill. The study was conducted at 70 samples selected randomly. The result of the research indicates that there are positive correlations between : (1) student perception for teacher competence and students psychomotor skill; (2) students perception for using of learning medium; moreover, there is positive correlation between students perception for teachers competence and using of learning medium with students psychomotor skill.

Abstract

Inovasi merupakan sebuah pembaruan, penemuan yang baru, baik berupa gagasan, metode, alat, dan produk. Inovasi diperlukan sebagai sebuah tahapan proses riset dan pengembangan (research and development). Dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan sebuah inovasi diperlukan. Dalam tulisan ini mencoba mengurai makna keinovatifan dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan.
