Abstract

In a software test, validation is one of the processes of checking whether the software meets the expected specifications and objectives or not. The data validation process has not been maximized can result in a mismatch of data that will be stored in the database. For example the amount of stock turned negative, or the number of digits entered can exceed the defined limits. This can be detrimental to the owner and user in using this application. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of validation more accurately, so it can help the owner in terms of data accuracy. Applications are designed in such a way must go through a testing phase to ensure the quality of the software itself. Examples of tests can be said to be good if they have a chance of finding an error that cannot be revealed. Among the many ways of the Black Box testing methods, this study uses the Boundary Value Analysis testing method. The method tests the maximum number of limits and the minimum number of limits to produce a valid value, which is considered quite relevant for testing sales applications at PT Karunia Segar Kedua. The initial stage of the research needs to be done is to define the functionality to be tested, compile the test scheme, choose the material to be tested, determine the maximum and minimum number of limits in accordance with a predetermined database structure, conduct experiments, document research results, and draw conclusions. The conclusion is based on the testing has been done is software can be used properly, after an improvement is made on the errors found. However, this test has not been said to be perfect, because it is only done using a sample form. From the results of this test it is expected that the application can be used according to user requirements.

Abstract

Testing on an application aims to check whether a program is running properly so that the program created will be a program that has good quality. The testing technique consists of Whitebox Testing and Blackbox Testing which are widely used by examiners is appropriate. Study the software that will be examined using Blackbox Testing is a best sales selection system consisting of 1 form that will be filled with sales data, as well as sales performance while in the company. The Best Sales Selection Application will be tested using Blackbox Testing where this test only aims to look the program is the same with the function desired by program without knowing the program code used. Types of testing of the various Blackbox methods one of which is the Equivalence Partitions used by the authors in this study. Equivalence Partitions technique is a test based on entering data on each form in the best sales selection system, each menu input will be tested and grouped according to function whether it is valid or invalid. So it is expected that with this test is the quality of the software produced in accordance with the expected function, and can provide benefits for the company.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Huda Kota Tangerang is one of the private schools, but data processing payroll in this schooll was still unintegrated. The ongoing payroll system was still in use of a manual system. The results of this were many obstacles faced by the school in the production of materials such as in payroll contracts, payroll calculations, payroll slips, and drawing up payroll reports. Also, the information presentation was less fast, inexact, inaccurate because current media transmission information consists of purely physical documents. The research method used waterfall method. Waterfall is a model of its development process for the coverage of a system, sequential or linear. The research steps were divided into: analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. The system would then be built using synthetic programming language PHP and Mysql as a database. The web-based employee payroll information system was intended to provide advantages in payroll data processing such as payroll process, payroll calculations, payroll slips, and payroll reports, so that manual jobs could be much easier and computerized. The result was derived from this research was development of the web-based employee payroll information system.

Abstract

Support System for Decision on the Selection of Prospective Civil Servants is still an error when making changes to the data that has been entered, so that it can cause data can not be updated. So it needs to be tested to find problems with this software. Tests conducted on this software use the Black Box method based on Equivalence Partition as a whole with regard to the use, benefits, and results found from the use of the software. Equivalence Partition-based Black Box method tests the quality of the application that will be carried out by software testing documentation with the discovery of errors in each form that is divided into three error models, including errors in Functions, Data Structures and Interfaces. This test provides results where we will find out whether the software This has an error or not, and this test can guarantee the quality of this software.

Abstract

The building is a place that is much needed in our daily lives, people choose the building as a place to conduct an event such as a wedding reception, seminar or other event activities. In the process of renting buildings many building providers still use conventional methods in building rental booking transactions, namely by keeping a bookkeeping process of existing rental transactions, this has an impact on recording financial income (financial recapitulation) of building transactions that occur frequently calculation error occurred. This study aims to facilitate the people in the process of leasing building transactions online and build information systems that are able to automatically recapitulate finances based on existing transactions so as to minimize human errors made using the laravel framework. The system was built using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method as well as data collection which was carried out in a study of literature, observation and interviews, with this system making the process of building lease transactions even better than the previous system.
