Abstract

Format Hukum Islam di Indonesia. Artikel ini mendukung pendapat Ibn al-Muqaffa (756 M) yang menyatakan perlu adanya unifikasi peraturan yang berlaku bagi semua warga negara,termasuk peraturan yang bersumber dari Alquran dan Hadis. Selain itu juga Muhammad Abduh (1849-1905) menyatakan bahwa ajaran Islam yang diterapkan ulama terdahulu tidak berlaku abadi, dan menjadi kewajiban di masa kontemporer saat ini untuk memformulasikan hukum sesuai dengan tuntutan masa dan lingkungan. Artikel ini menentang pendapat Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahab (1703-1792 M) yang mengartikan hukum hanya berdasarkan literatur (tekstual) tanpa memberi tempat pada pemahaman hukum secara majazi dan qiyasi. Selain itu, Taqiyuddin al-Nabhani (1909-1977)yang menyatakan perlunya mendirikan Khilafah guna ditegakannya syariat Islam di seluruh negeri. Metodologi yang dipergunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan ilmu hukum.

Abstract

Pewarisan Harta Di Minangkabau Dalam Perspektif Kompilasi Hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa antara pewarisan harta dalam Adat Minangkabau dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam terdapat beberapa persamaan dan perbedaan. Persamaannya terdapat pada konsep pewarisan harta pusaka rendah, yaitu bahwa pusaka rendah termasuk harta warisan dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam karena ia dimiliki secara Milk al-Raqabah, persamaannya selanjutnya pada pewarisan dengan sistem kolektif, hal ini terdapat dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam Pasal 183 dan pasal 189, dan terakhir adalah permasalahan hibah, dimana hibah yang terdapat dalam adat Minangkabau sejatinya adalah hibah yang terdapat dalam hukum Islam (fiqh). Sedangkan perbedaannya terdapat pada harta pusaka tinggi, yang mana pusaka tinggi tidak bisa digolongkan kepada harta warisan. Jadi bisa disimpulkan bahwa sistem pewarisan harta dalam adat Minangkabau tidak bertentangan dengan hukum Islam

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Gap on Islamic Life Insurance Services in DKI Jakarta by CARTER approach (Compliance, Assurance, Responsiveness, Tangibles, Empahty, Reliability), respondents in this study amounted to 150 respondents, using Cluster sampling method, this researcher use Importance Performance Analysis Method. The result of the research shows that the level of satisfaction between perception and expectation toward service to customers of Islamic Life Insurance in DKI Jakarta has a value of 97.22%, it indicates that there are still Gap on services provided by Islamic Life Insurance Company in DKI Jakarta especially on Hospitality employees in serving the customer, Ability to respond to problems arising, Ability to communicate with customers, Capacity quickly responsive to customer complaints, Use of equipment and technology in operational activities, and Application of Information technology.

Abstract

Implementation of BKD Report Software Development (Case Study of BKD Online Kopertais Region I DKI Jakarta). In the era of information technology advancement today, there are almost no institutions or organizations that do not involve information technology in order to improve the quality of management services for these institutions. The BKD (Lecturer Performance Performance) report so far, which is coordinated by Kopertais 1 DKI Jakarta Region has not been fully optimal and efficient, because it is still managed manually. Therefore, in early 2018, the BKD Report for the Jul-Dec Period 2017, Kopertais 1 DKI Jakarta Region implemented BKD Report assessment policy by online. This application was built using PHP programming language and PostgreSQL database with Laravel framework. The implementation of this policy is not only intended to make the BKD Report more organized, optimal and efficient, it is also expected that all PTKIS lecturers under Kopertais 1 DKI Jakarta Region will eventually be able to take advantage of information technology progress in order to develop scientific quality in accordance with their fields of science.

Abstract

The Management of zakat in Indonesia has been going on since Islam entered Indonesia till today. This study aims to explain how the management of zakat in Indonesia is patterned on Islamic principles. The study uses a descriptive method with historical approach. The study of the history of Islam and Indonesia became the basis for determining the findings, on the pattern of management of zakat in Indonesia. The findings showed that the pattern of management of zakat in the beginning at the time of the entry of Islam in the colonial period, had a huge role in the society. This pattern became one of models of management of zakat

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah salah satu faktor terpenting dalam usaha pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh sebuah negara. Pendidikan merupakan upaya pengembangan potensi manusiawi dari para peserta didik, baik berupa fisik, cipta maupun karsa agar potensi tersebut menjadi nyata dan dapat berfungsi bagi perjalan kehidupan. Sejarah mencatat bahwa Negara yang memiliki perhatian yang tinggi pada dunia pendidikan, maka negara tersebut akan mengalami kemajuan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan negara lain yang menomorduakan masalah pendidikan. Namun, perhatian yang besar dari negara saja tidaklah cukup, karena praktisi dan akademisi harus berupaya keras untuk melakukan inovasi tiada henti dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan pendidikan, inovasi pendidikan tersebut haruslah didasarkan pada tujuan pendidikan guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, yang pada akhirnya akan mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan membentuk insan yang kompetitif dan bermartabat

Abstract

Al-Quran and Hadith are sources and arguments in Islamic law whose existence has been agreed upon by the ulama. In addition to these two arguments, there are several propositions whose existence is still disputed, one of which is the mashlahah al-mursalah. The application of the concept of mashlahah al-mursalah in determining the legal status of a problem rests on the basis of benefit which becomes the spirit of the Qur'an and Hadith. Abstract

Konseptualisasi Ekonomi Islam: Suatu Paradigma Normatif-Dikotomis. Secara perlahan tapi pasti. Sistem ekonomi islam merupakan bangun konstruk sistem bisnis dan keuangan yang urutannya tersistem dengan baik,ringkas dan mudah dicerna serta memperkaya pemahaman yang aplikatif. Lahirnya konsep merupakan pengetahuan milik umum dimana lahir teori ilmiah yang ditemukan secara individu, yang perlu dikaji, diulangi dan dimanfaatkan secara komunal. Suatu paradigma lahir dari sarana suatu komunikasi ilmiah dengan baik yang memungkinkan komunikasi ekplisit antar sesama secara intesif. Sehingga diperlukan kajian secara empirisme, intusime dan rasionalisme.

Abstract

In general, this study aims to determine the effect of programs Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah (ZIS) Productive to the performance of micro-enterprises and prosperity mustahik; while specifically the purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of productive ZIS programs on the performance of mustahik micro enterprises and mustahik welfare. This study was conducted in Bogor and Depok districts of West Java. Data collection was done by survey method by taking samples of 89 mustahic households as respondents. Data analysis was done by quantitative approach and completed with qualitative and intuitive analysis. Quantitative approach used is Partial Least Square (PLS) model, while data processing is executed with SmartPLS program version 3.0. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that productive ZIS program can improve the performance of UMK mustahik. Improved performance represented by an increase in assets and profits can also make it easier for UMK mustahik to achieve better welfare.

Abstract

This research background on the news - reporting kompas.com of the Democratic Party. In the news, media kompas.com citing political communications expert Dr. Heri Budianto. The purpose of this study was to determine the Democrats construction news through the statement of political communications expert Dr. Heri Budianto in Mass Media Kompas.com. Basic theory in this research is the theory of social construction of reality consists of externalization, objectivation, and internalization by Berger and Luckman. Sociological theory of media by Shoemaker and Reese also be the basis of the theory in this study. The method used is framing analysis Entman models with indicators Define Problems, Causes Diagnose, Make Moral Judgment, and Treatment Recommendation. Subject / object in this study are statements of political communications expert Dr. Heri Budiantor published in the online media Kompas.com on the Democratic Party. These results indicate that by using framing approach Entman models can be seen that the statements Political Communication Specialists Dr. Heri Budianto contained in the online media Kompas.com framed in such a way with the selection of issues and highlighting the issue of political reality these parties.
