[IE CONCEPTS IN SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS JAPANESE SOCIETY] Ie System is a legacy of the ancestors of Japanese society that is passed down through generations in traditional Japanese families. This system is based on the character of Japanese society that is patrilineal with the concept of daikazoku. This Ie system is a kinship system that applies to traditional Japanese families. But the spirit and sense of kinship that imbued the Ie system can still be seen in today's society, both in the rural community and in the modern society living in urban areas. Ie system that prioritizes group togetherness rather than individuals is also reflected in the corporate management structure in Japanese society. Representation of the Ie system is seen as a sense of ownership of employees to the company where they work. They regarded the company not only as a place to work but became the second home to provide welfare for them. It affects the attitude of those who prefer the company name on behalf of themselves as an individual.

This research entitled The Technique of Making Japanese TraditionalTatto (irezumi) and It’s Developing The main goal of this reserach is to know about various of the technique of making Japanese traditional tatto ( irezumi ) and developing of Japanese traditional tatto. This research uses field reserach. Main method are observation, and interpretation. The research show irezumi has many technicuein making proses it such as tebori, tsukibori, hanebori etc. Also irezumi has been developed in making proces so that change the funcution of irezumi it self.

(Title: Sushi: Tradition in Modernity) Rice and fish are central to Japanese cuisine and the two come together perfectly in sushi. Sushi has become a favourite food throughout the world. Nigirizushi is the most famous sushi of all. Nigiri means “press in the hand” and zushi means “sushi”. Nigirizushi is a clump of sushi rice pressed together with a topping that is usually raw fish. Traditional sushi takes along time and much effort to make. Japanese cuisine would not be complete without sushi. Edomae topping benefits from many long years of innovations in preparation methods all with the aim of achieving a balance, a harmony between the rice an the topping and the waonderful taste wich that harmonius balance can give.Keywords : sushi; nigirizushi; Japanese cuisine; edomae zushi

(Title: Joshi Kosei in The Life of Japanese Society). The main goal of this research is to know about Joshi Kosei (A Teenager Prostitution) in The Life of Japanese Society. This research is a combination between field and library reserach. Main method are observation, interview, interpretation. The research show the history of prostitution in Japan, the factors, and the effects for teenagers who are doing the job. The law in Japan has taken prostitution as a legal job, but it engenders a social problem especially a prostitution that involved teenagers. This article entitled The Uniqueness of Japan Martial Arts Shourinjikenpou The main goal of this paper writing is to know about several uniqueness of shourinjikenpou as one of martial arts from Japan. This article writing uses field reserach. Main method are observation, and interpretation. This article explains shourinjikenpou has many uniquennes such as: shourijinkenpou is combined between tradisional martial arts from China and ancient martial arts from Japan. Also shorinjikenpou contains Buddhist Teaching therefore the philosophy of shorinjikenpou is taken from buddhist teaching. Shourinjikenpou has two main stance. They are goho and juho. The word in Japanese linguistics is commonly referred to as tango 単語 or go 語. Japanese words can be grouped according to their history, class, and process of formation. This research will discuss the word based on the process of its formation. The process of word formation is the main focus in the branch of morphological linguistics, which in turn spawned several theories. This study uses the theory of Akimoto which divides the word into 2 types, namely single word, and the word join. The word join includes compound words, word reduplication, and derivation. This study uses literature study method using references from various linguistic books of Japanese language.

Japan is the most visited country in Asia by foreign tourists, alongside Thailand and Singapore.

(Amae and Omoiyari’s form in Fuminsho's Short story) This article describes the embodiment of bushido values in a literary work. The value discussed is one of the Bushido element called Jin (means compassion) especially the form of amae and omoiyari. With literature research method,this article explain amae and omoiyari’s attitude which describes in a Japanese short story entitled Fuminsho. As a result it is known that despite the genre of science fiction, the short story of fuminsho contains amae and omoiyari which is shown by the relationship between the role of main characters and the other characters in the short story.Keywords : Short-story; Amae ; Omoiyari

Particles are one of the Japanese part of speech that can not stand alone in a sentence and have no conjugation. Particles must be attached with other elements in the sentence to be able to know its meaning. In practice, however, the meaning of a particle often resembles the meaning of other particles. This is what makes Japanese learners often have difficulty. In this research, we will discuss the particle case ni, one particle that has many similarities with other particle.
