Abstract

Abstract Industry competitiveness for the companies that have already listed increased. Therefore, dividend payment is an important decision. In general, dividend payment consists of cash dividend and stock dividend. Many factors that impact dividend payment and that matters become concern in this research, especially cash dividend. This paper’s objectives is for analyzing factors that impact on dividend payment on the property companies that listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2010-2013. Independence variables that utilized on this paper are cash ratio, earning per share, and return on investment. Sampling methodology that utilized is purposive sampling with samples total eleven companies. Analysis method is quantitative method, regression analysis panel data. Research result explain that cash ration, earning per share, and return on investment significantly impact cash dividend. Key words : Cash Ratio, Earning per Share, Return on Investment, Cash Dividend

Abstract

AbstractSocial Security Agency (BPJS) program in health as a follow up of the National Health Insurance (JKN) aims at financing the health of Indonesian society. Therefore, in order to clearly and completely understand health system, health financing subsystems needs to be comprehended as well. But in fact, the hospital unit cost is higher than the BPJS rates lead to the difference in revenue for the government hospital. This research applied depth interview method which is a qualitative method. To reach the research objective, re-engineering of business processes was implemented by using the latest methodology namely revision. From the research result, the researcher found an impact on revenue in one of district general hospitals in Indonesia, especially in the management process of BPJS claim. It was proved from the difference that arised from the difference between the Perwal rates used by general hospital and CBGs INA rates used by BPJS.  To minimize the difference, clinical pathway is needed by making casemix team and changing the plot of the claims. Keywords: plot of BPJS claim, BPJS, business-process re-engineering, clinical pathway, casemix team

Abstract

AbstractACFTA affect many economic trade sectors in Indonesia either from the Import, Export as well as the states finances and its policies. The objective of free trade around the world is more on looking at the benefits to both countries that entered into the agreement. The ACFTA will influence competitiveness and comparative advantage among members of ASEAN in the textile, one of the Textile products become an image of Indonesian nation culture, it is call Batik, as it continues to spread worldwide and is recognized as a primary need that should be preserved our country. However, much of the existing literature on ACFTA seeks to provide qualitative estimates of the overall effect of ACFTA on ASEAN and China. In line with this, this research aims to determine the effect of Batik Imports from China that become bigger after the enactment of ACFTA. This study examines the value of Batik Textile Imports from 1998 to 2014. To see the implementation of ACFTA since 2007, the researchers divided the value of imports into two periods: 1998-2006 for before ACFTA and 2007-2014 for after ACFTA. This study uses a difference test method of non-parametric Mann Whitney. The results indicate that the value of batik imports from China after the ACFTA is greater than before ACFTA with significant value of <0.05.Keywords: ACFTA, Import, Batik Textile

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisa Pengaruh Pelatihan Pertambangan, Motivasi  dan   Budaya  Organisasi  terhadap  kinerja  apprentices  Papua.  Data  yang digunakan  adalah  data  primer  dan  tambahan  masukkan  dari  data  sekunder,  dengan responden adalah apprentices yang bekerja secara teknis di daerah operasi pertambangan PT Freeport Indonesia. Sebanyak l00 responden dan teknik pengambilan sampel metode purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan desain kausal.   Teknik   pengumpulan  data  menggunakan metode survei dengan  alat  bantu kuesioner  tertutup. Analisis  data  dilakukan  dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Dalam proses pengolahan data digunakan aplikasi  software SPSS versi l2.00. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel pelatihan (Xl), motivasi (X2) dan budaya organisasi (X3) terhadap kinerja (Y) dengan Persamaan regresi  berganda yang diperoleh: Y= 0,733 + 0,386 Xl + 0,273 X2 Untuk meningkatkan kinerja apprentices, pihak pengelola Institut Pertambangan Nemangkawi diharapkan memberikan kualitas  pelatihan  yang lebih baik, memenuhi kebutuhan stakeholders, Kurikulum yang sesuai serta didukung fasilitas tempat pelatihan yang  lebih lengkap. Upaya membangkitkan motivasi para apprentices  harus  terus dilakukan,                Budaya Organisasi berupa nilai dan  norma yang ada diantaranya tingkat kehadiran dan disiplin seharusnya diketahui lebih dini sebelum memulai bekerja di PTFI. Tingkat  kehadiran yang masih rendah, dapat ditingkatkan dengan konseling  dan pendampingan kepada para Apprentices. Hasil perhitungan Koefisien beta  menunjukkan   bahwa   variabel Pelatihan Pertambangan (Xl) memiliki nilai beta paling besar (0.528). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pelatihan  Pertambangan  memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja para apprentices Papua. Bila  dikaitkan dengan teori yang ada bahwa benar Pelatihan yang diadakan di IPN akan mendukung meningkatkan kinerja para apprentices, dimana suatu pelatihan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dan memperbaiki penguasaan berbagai keterampilan dan  teknik   pelaksanaan   kerja   tertentu   yang   pada   akhirnya   untuk meningkatkan kinerja yang dibutuhkan saat ini. Kata Kunci: pelatihan, motivasi, budaya organisasi   AbstractThe  objective  of  this  research  is  to  analyze  the  influence  of  Mine  Training, Motivation and Organization Culture toward Papuan Apprentices Performance. The Data used primary data and  secondary  data as an additional input, the survey respondents consisting of fulltime apprentices who  works directly in PT Freeport Indonesia Mine operations. The research conducted with Purposive sampling method and taken sample from l00 apprentices. The research method were using descriptive research method and causal design. To collect data was using survey method with closed questioners as assistance tools. The data analysis by validity test,  reliabilities test, normality test, simple linear regression analysis and multi linear regression analysis. To process data used SPSS l2.00 program. This research shown that there is an influence occured among  Training variable (Xl), Motivasi variable (X2) and Organisasi Culture variable (X3) towards  Performance  (Y) with multi regression equation results: Y= 0,733+0,386 Xl + 0,273 X2. To upgradeapprentices performance, Nemangkawi MiningInstitute’s Management should consider the training quality and to answer stakeholders needs, up to date Curriculum and programs, and complete Training facilities. To boost and keep up apprentices motivation, Organization Culture thru norm and value such as absentism level and discipline must be known in early prior to work in PTFI. The low absentism level  that  could  be  increased  with  counseling  and  guidance  by  each  supervisor  or instructors of the Apprentices. The Coefficient beta results shown that Mine Training variable (Xl) has largest beta value (0.528). This is shown and prove that variable Mine Training has significant influence towards Papuan apprentices Performance. That is true as theory mentioned that Training at IPN has positive influence to  increase apprentice performance. Therefore training  purposed  are to  lift  up  and  improve  mastery  in  skill  and  determined  work technics with the end results to increase present performance. Keywords : Training, Motivation, organization culture

Abstract

Abstract International trade is divided into two types of export and import. Indonesia because of its natural resources has the potential to perform the export of tin to fulfilled the needs of the worlds tin. The Company utilizes the position of Indonesia as tin-best world to do business internationally. Every business must be have a risk, as well as international business. Macroeconomics usually affect on this business sector like the exchange rate and prices. This thesis aims to analyze the influence of LME price, exchange rate and CPI on profit earned by the company by sales trading through an international exchange market ICDX (Indonesia Commodity and Derivatives Exchange). This study uses information trading sales which made by the company during the start operation. The study was conducted with a descriptive design causality, data analysis performed using ANKOVA test with one covariate and to prove the relationship between variables was tested using granger causality test. Research to obtain the result that LME price which moderated by exchange rate and CPI covariate affecting company profit significantly, the results reinforced the granger causality test results that support of the research hypothesis. From these results the company is expected to determine a better strategy in order to compete with similar companies that already exist and can improve the positioning of the company in the tin market. So that the company can obtain pay a high enough price from the buyer. The company is also expected to improve the ability of bargaining with the buyer in determining the settlement payment in order to be more profitable company. Keyword: Trading, exchange rate, settlement, international exchange stocks.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this first study, continuing limitations of the study AAhlak and Al-Nawas (2010) This study uses research object seven banks include Bank Mandiri, Bank Permata, BNI, BRI, Danamon, BCA, and BTN. Second to investigate and evaluate the activities of marketing and quality relationship banking arrangements. To analyze the data collected from a random sample of 124 clients drawn from the five dimensions of commercial banks in Indonesia, the quality of the relationship is used to identify the structural characteristics of the relationship between the management of the banks employees and customers. The results of the empirical research is four things. First, greater employee orientation relational and customers produce higher quality relationships. Second, a better financial providers (employees) attributes produce higher quality relationships. Third, the higher the quality of relationships that lead to better continuity of relationships. Fourth, committed client relationships generate client satisfaction, loyalty, word of mouth influence as a promotional tool. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan gabungan dari Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kemampuan (Variabel Eksogen) terhadap Kinerja (Variabel Endogen) dan dampaknya kepada Pengembangan Karir Karyawan di PT. PEP,  serta mengetahui tingkat pentingnya pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kemampuan melalui Kinerja yang berdampak  kepada Pengembangan Karir Karyawan di PT. PEP.  Metoda analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metoda deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk mengetahui indikator yang paling berpengaruh dalam pembentukan setiap variabel laten. Populasi 714 orang, dengan menggunakan metoda Slovin diambil sampel sebanyak 165 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling.  Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan b50ahwa ketiga variabel eksogen, yaitu Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kemampuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, pengaruh secara parsial adalah kemampuan 29,09%, lingkungan kerja 16,54% dan kepemimpinan 6,74% serta pengaruh secara gabungan sebesar 52,37%. Dampak terhadap pengembangan karir melalui kinerja adalah sebesar 39,09%.        Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, kemampuan  AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know as partial and simultan the effect of leadership, working environment, and ability towards the performance and the effect of employee career development in PT.PEP, and to know the level significance of leadership, working environment, and ability towards the performance and the effect of employee career development in PT.PEP.  Data analysis of  this research used descriptif analysis method and structural equation modelling as to know significant indicator to form each laten variables. The populations 714 person and cumputed using Slovin method to take sampling amount 165 person and used purposive sampling as sampling technique. From this research, it can be concluded that the ”three exogen variable”,  Leadership, working environment, and ability affect as parsial to the  performance there was  ability 29,09%, working environment 16,54% and Leadership 6,74%, and simultaneously 52,37%. Abstract

AbstractThis study examines the relationship between service quality, pricing, satisfaction and word of mouth (WOM) patients in the house of bouty and healthy Women Hauraa. The more specific objectives of this study is: determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction, determine the effect of price on patient satisfaction, determine the effect of patient satisfaction with word of mouth: determine the effect of service quality to WOM. Respondents in this study were 170 respondents with criteria have at least high school education, aged between 17-60 years old and female. Sample determination using purposive sampling method. This study uses analysis Structural Equation Modelling with application software version 8.8 lisrel. The results showed that: Quality of service, significant effect on patient satisfaction,  The price does not have a significant influence on patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction significant effect on word of mouth and Quality of service does not have a significant influence on WOM. The results provide a practical contribution that the management house of bouty and healthy Women Hauraa should be emphasized that reliability, responsiveness, tangibles, assurance and empathy is maintained, because five dimensions have considerable influence on the satisfaction of patients that will create WOM. WOM plays a role important enough in terms of marketing house of bouty and healthy Women Hauraa. Contributions from the results of this study can be used as a reference by the management to improve service quality performance.Keywords: service quality, patient satisfaction, price, word of mouth, a beauty clinic

Abstract

Kesuksesan suatu organisasi bisnis dipengaruhi oleh loyalitas pelanggan sebagai faktor yang dominan. Pada dekade ini loyalitas pelanggan telah menjadi sorotan retailer Super-market dalam menghadapi kondisi persaingan retail. Kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pe-langgan adalah perilaku konsumen yang merupakan salah satu faktor menguntungkan bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra  toko, private brand, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini dila-kukan di wilayah Jakarta Barat pada bulan September 2007 dan objek penelitiannya adalah 4 Supermarket yaitu Carrefour, Giant, Alfa, dan Superindo. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 200 responden yang akan dibagi masing—masing 50 untuk setiap Supermarket,  dan meng-gunakan metode survey melalui kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda  dan sederhana. Bagaimana pengaruh citra toko, private brand, dan kualitas pela-yanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara  simultan dan parsial, dan selanjutnya bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. R2 menunjukkan besarnya pre-sentase variabel independen yang dapat dijelaskan, dan uji hipotesis yang merupakan uji  signifikansi secara parsial dan simultan antara variable dependen dan independen yang meng-gunakan t-tes dan F-test. Hasil penelitian pada 200 responden pengaruh variabel citra toko, private brand, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan   dengan R2 sebesar 43,9%. Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaru signifikan terhadap loyalitas pe-langgan dengan R2 sebesar 33,9%. Hasil penelitian antara keempat Supermarket menunjuk-kan bahwa signifikansi secara parsial  variabel tidak sama, akan tetapi secara simultan sama. Pada Carrefour, citra toko, private brand, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifi-kan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan R2 52,1%, pada Giant hanya citra toko, private brand yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sedangkan kualitas pela-yanan tidak dengan R2 38,4%, pada Alfa hanya private brand dan kualitas pelayanan yang berpengaruh pada kepuasan pelanggan sedangkan citra toko tidak dengan R2 45%, pada Superindo hanya  citro toko dan kualitas pelayanan yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan private brand tidak dengan R2 43,4%.Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Carrefour dengan R2 29,2%, Giant dengan R2 22,2 %, Alfa dengan R2  22.7%, dan Superindo dengan R2  52,1%. Kata Kunci: private brand, kualitas pelayanan, loyalitas pelanggan  AbstractCustomer loyalty has been recognized as the dominant factor in a business organizations  success. The  customer loyalty sub]ect  has become  of  increased interest  to most retail’s businesses of Supermarkets in the competitive situation over the last few years. Store loyalty and customer satisfaction describes a consumer behavior that is likely to be advantageous to Supermarkets. This research describes  factors  that determine customer satisfaction is influenced by store image, private brand, and service quality of Consumers’ Supermarket. The research was conducted in West Jakarta on September 2007, with rese-arch ob]ect of four supermarkets they are Carrefour, Giant, Alfa, and Superindo,  using survey method with questioner. The samples are 200 respondents, which are distributing 50 respondents for each Supermarket. Customer satisfaction as mediating factor to influenced customer loyalty. The   research using linier regression analysis to predict number of the independent variable can explain de-pendent variable. The R2 shows the number of independent variable’s explaining percentage to  depen-dent variable. Test hypotheses shown the significance interaction of dependent variable and independent variable, using F-test for simultan interaction, and t-test for partial interaction. The result of the research shows that regression  coefficient interaction among Supermarket is different significant in partial interaction, but in simultant all the independent variable are the same significant influence customer satisfaction  for  each  Supermarket.  For overall four Supermarket (200 respondent) store image, private brand, service quality are significant influence customer satisfaction with R2 is 43.9%.   And, finally customer satisfaction as mediating factor has a significant influenced to customer loyalty with R2 is 33.9%. In Carrefour store image, private brand, and service quality as partial significant influenced customer satisfaction with R2 52.1%. But, the other Supermarket is different,  in  Giant, store  image, and private brand has partial significant in customer satisfaction with R2  38.4 %. Alfa has private brand and service quality are significant variable in partial  interaction  influenced  customer satisfaction with R2 45%.  Store image and service quality are significant variable in partial influenced customer satisfaction with R2 43.4% at Superindo. Customer loyalty is significant influen-ced by customer satisfaction in Carrefour with R2 29.2%, Giant with R2 22.2%, Alfa with R2 22.7%, and Superindo with R2  52.1%. Keywords: private brand, service quality, customer satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractEnergy drink industry is growing rapidly in Indonesia. There are various brands, packaging (whether in bottle or sachet) and the liquid and powder types. This growth also creates competition in the energy drink business where energy drink manufacturers continuously strive in various ways so that customers remain loyal to its products. The objective of this study is to research the role of brand experience that is mediated by brand trust and brand satisfaction on the energy drink of Kratingdaeng brand. The design of this study was used explanatory research with survey method by distributing questionnaires in which there are 27 statements with Likert scale 5 to 210 consumers Kratingdaeng in five major cities in Indonesia as a sample. The data analysis technique that has been collected using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), assisted by calculation process with LISREL. In a study conducted five hypotheses, then it can be shown that the scale is reliable and valid, to the brand experience, brand loyalty, brand satisfaction and brand trust. The result of T values greater than t table (t>1.96) and significant values (p<0.05), then the brand experience to positively influence in building brand loyalty, both directly and indirectly through brand satisfaction and brand trust.Keywords: brand loyalty, brand experience, brand trust, brand satisfaction.
